The Story of Founding the MC

Matt Armstrong, the Founder and President of Iron Pegasus Motorcycle Club established the club after realising that Los Santos is a good location to have a club for the reasons of operating in legal businesses such as real estate, mechanical engineering, private security and mining operations. However, after having a rough time setting up in Los Santos, the members of the club have taken operations to a level that they thought they never would.

Several members of the club served in the military in the early 2000's and after the war, the club became founded by 6 guys that served together. Before the club was founded, they lived and worked in Vice City as mechanics working on bikes as their everyday work. From this point, they also got involved in providing private security for organisations.

Ever since the club being involved in hostile situations, it has taken a toll on the members mental health, therefore causing them to do things they would never have imagined. Iron Pegasus MC is a club that has lost it's true meaning of what it is to be a legitimate club, and have turned to the bad side of things.

Why was the MC established?

The members of the club before they became a club never found anything in their life that represented the feeling of being in a brotherhood, so after several years of finishing their service in the military, they all decided together when they were in the process of embarking on as Private Military Contractors, that it would be a better fit for them if they were to try and operate in something that doesn't involve war behind it, therefore leading to them making a bike club.

Where is the MC based?

The club intended to setup somewhere in the county areas of Los Santos, however, due to recent events that occurred in Paleto Bay, the club now chooses to settle down in the city. After being attacked severely by a gang in Paleto, the club has set up a hideout in the city as they fear for their lives after seeing the power and numbers of the gangs based in Los Santos.

Who are the partners of Iron Pegasus MC?

IPMC has made a partnership with the San Andreas Workers Union. (SAWU)

What does the club aim to achieve?

The club has been trying to find it's place in Los Santos after making many connections with other organisations and aims to one day also get a workshop up to allow the club to work on bikes, cars and offering services to the public on getting their vehicles repaired and upgraded to their standards. Also, to get more properties associated with the MC such as a clubhouse and facilities for mining operations.

Although the club has been focusing on building connections, considering that the club has members with military backgrounds, this provides the intention to help out organisations and other start-up based companies that require security services. Iron Pegasus MC also intends to open up an entertainment venue with a permit to stay open late night, allowing the people of Los Santos to come and enjoy their night.

Is the club involved in illegal activities?

The club chooses to not get involved in illegal activities. However, situations have caused the club to go down routes that may have involved members of the club to perform bad actions. The intention of the club is to create a system that provides a flow of money to all members, allowing them to live stable and safe. This club strictly does not get involved in any gang warfare and when or if ever confronted in a hostile matter, the plans are to stay in a form of only 'Fire when fired upon' by any members of gangs or civilians. Civilians will never be harmed, nor is there any intention to put any civilians lives in danger.

Always comply with the emergency services as they deal with enough pressure in Los Santos from all the gang activities going on. Do not ever harm any emergency service personnel. The club also must never shoot at the police, but instead comply with them immediately and the face consequences of your actions. If a firearm is to ever be fired at a Police Officer, you will be removed from the club effective immediately.

What does the club do?

Iron Pegasus MC is a club that is attempting to settle in to Los Santos legitimately, however being steered off course due to many hostile events. The agenda of the club is to get a steady income for the treasury, ensure that all members are paid to a standard that allows them to be off the streets of Los Santos. Other than the club building up financially, the club loves to cruise around the city and country and interacting with the citizens of Los Santos in entertainment venues and other places.

The club only drives Chopper/Harley style bikes and only uses cars and trucks for business matters.

A Prospect may retrieve bikes from police impound lots and guard all the bikes while the club is in a meeting. Prospects try their best to follow all club rules and prove that they are worthy of being a club member and earning a patch. Prospects may be dealt menial tasks and have to endure some level of hazing by the club members. Some clubs allow Prospects to wear the club name on the rear of their cut, or vest, but without the full logo of the club. Prospects are voted in the club by the executive committee and must pledge his loyalty to the club and all the members to receive his patch. He may be referred to as a full patch member or as being patched.

RECRUITMENT IS OPEN

Joining Iron Pegasus Motorcycle club is a simple process. If you are interested, you find us. Ask around until you can get to meet one of the high ranks. From that point, you will be taken on a ride with some of the members of the club, where they may take you out on a ride and see what you're made of.

You may NOT wear patched uniforms when joining as a prospect and will be able to only wear patched uniforms upon meeting the rank of Patched Member or above.

In order to rank up from a Prospect, you must have a minimum of 5000xp.

08.03.2020 - Finding the right workshop in Los Santos

20200308204115_1.jpg

Matt Armstrong and the other high command decide to check out a location regarding their plan of opening up a mechanical workshop in the city of Los Santos.
The members of the club decide to all form together and spend some time in the workshop to see if the environment suits them.
From that point, it is agreed by all members of the club that this workshop is suitable to get open for business.

The club heads in to the workshop and begins to explore the equipment and tools that they may need when opening up shop.
Armstrong brings Tony Black over to examine some areas of the workshop to make sure it is in working order.
After having several areas of the workshop checked by our best mechanic, the decision to have a one day trial is assessed by the club.

The trial begins.

The club members begin to gather their bikes in to the workshop, reminiscing them back to the past.
They begin to work for several hours in the workshop with the tools they could get their hands on.

Plans are also made by the club to hopefully one day contact the government in getting this as their first legitimate business.

Armstrong receives a call from a club member, with something sounding very urgent
.
Tony Devachy informs Matt that it is no longer as simple as applying for a permit for the location.
Devachy brings up some devastating news that purchasing the workshop could cause problems for us.

Armstrong is told, there is a powerful gang in the neighbourhood that may take this as a hostile action.

Matt Armstrong informs the club that there will be a very big meeting in place.

Armstrong says: "Prepare yourselves gentlemen, it's going to be tough meeting."

Matt Armstrong and some of the other club members decide to go forward with the meeting.
Upon the club walking into the territory of this gang, tensions rise when many firearms are seen.
Suddenly being outnumbered out of nowhere, it was a difficult situation for the club to be in.

Out of nowhere, many more members of the gang show up to the meeting as well armed to the teeth.
The club has been in worse situations than this back in their time in the military.
Armstrong decides, we've got this. They have no intention of shooting us.

"Let's finish this meeting and get on with it." - Armstrong says.

Armstrong begins speaking to the skull faced masked man that identified himself as the highest command around.
With a permission request given from Armstrong to the man about claiming the garage nearby.
The man decides to ask questions on why and what can you do for us if we let you get that business.
Armstrong provides a proposition to the man that could be good for both parties.

A positive response comes from the members of the gang, and the man asks for Armstrong's contact.
With the man taking Armstrong's number, the meeting is concluded at this point.

The club eagerly waits to hear back from the gang they have met if the permission is given.

Iron Pegasus have a rough few days, and decide to go out for their weekly cruise.
It's a nice day, the Road Captain's training formations and cruise speeds.
The club take their wheels to the highway to perform highway cruise training.

The cruise turns out to be successful, and members are beginning to form good cruise formations.
Upon hearing some bad news, Armstrong decides to form an emergency meeting.

Armstrong informs all members; "We seem to have a target on our back."
With the members agreeing, a decision is made to perform diplomacy with other organisations.
The club decides, we need information to find out why we are targets.

Another meeting is formed, yet this time with an anonymous individual.
The club gathers some information from the contact, allowing them to make better diplomatic decisions.
The club begins to seek out the problems based on the recent misunderstandings.

Triad.PNG

The club in the middle of patching one of their members, is approached by armed men.
With the club coming outside to attempt talk their way out of the situation.
The masked man asks questions about if we are hostile and if we are a gang.
The man appears to be a high command member of the Triads.

The club successfully negotiates with the Triad member in ensuring there is no further hostility.
Although, one problem is solved of expressing that the club is legal, other gangs still believe we operate in illegal operations.
The club attempts to find all the leadership of all criminal organisations and negotiate with them.

Unfortunately I decided to leave the MC and return my patches. Riding with the guys was an absolute pleasure but the way the MC is organised and working doesn't  suit me... So I won't be a member anymore but I'll stay close as a friend...
