As you know already, the hairstyles are kind of messy as GTA Online hairstyles don't have the kind of faded part in the hairstyles and it's just completely bald instead. These decals which I found in the Menyoo menu on SP have the solution to that. They include bald hairstyles which fix the complete baldness around the hair including on dreadlocks and the hipster hairstyle and fill it in with a sort of shaven look.
