That being said, if this is true, seller, can you please take down your selling listing? I am more than willing to pay a buy out price for this property if you can establish one as this is a dream home for me. For future reference, if you are not yet ready to sell, please don't lead us astray like this. Your real estate listings should be made with full intent to sell and an expected minimum purchase price. 1

Absolutely, however, you're not really giving us potential buyers anything to go off of. It simply seems that we are not given much information to go off of at this present time. This property is beautiful and of course you value it. As a potential buyer, I am able to offer a considerable amount of money for the property but of course, I value my money. Without even knowing what would be in the ballpark of an acceptable offer, it is hard to proceed. 1 1
