Dope post! I'm totally a fan of giving more allure to the Civilian life on the server as gangs are just a bit too populated and out of control most times. Really digging the idea of being able to work your way up in a Job achieving higher positions for better pay. Hope to see more cool idea bounced around this thread. Cheers!
