I mean you shouldn't have to be on the parking marker to open the menu and take out a parked car, you should be able to stand anywhere in the parking lot. It should detect the vehicles around it, and players would have to exit out of their vehicles after parking it in the space between the double lines to go to the building and do the same steps that we normally do to park/unpark our vehicles in apartments/houses.
