Time for change For the past few days the main family members of the Shelbys have been discussing change. New rank systems, new business ventures and a new way of life. The way the Shelbys were run was not a way that the family wanted to run it and they felt like it was rushed in planning. The news of losing some of the Shelby's key members to join Dojin-Kai acted as a wake up call to Jack telling him he needs to change his management strategies. The family have been spending a lot of time devising a new plan that will make The Shelbys more prominent in the city while also creating a better system. "Change is coming, we aren't done yet"

My SD application has disappeared, for my friend he can see "pending interviews" but i cannot. Is there any way of fixing this. My file will be down as "Mark Brenson SD Application" or something along those lines. just wondered whether there was something i needed to do so that i can see this.

He crossed the line... My day started as any other day, in the office. Sorting loans, dealing with clients and discussing gang information with my fellow members. We were told that an irrelevant man named Jay West had decided to cross a line with the Shelby’s and attack my office. I took this very personally as that loan office is very important to me. We all know what happens to people that cross the line. Later that day I was arrested for “flying” across an intersection in front of a police officer so spent 50 days in The Department of Corrections where I bumped into my good old friend, Jay West and his group of lackies. Jay, being Jay, decided to run his mouth and threaten me which would turn out to be his last mistake with the Shelby's. He mentioned killing my brother and cutting my hair. The first thing I did after getting out of prison was have a gang meeting with every member in town to decide on our new thoughts on his gang and what we are going to do when we see them next. We then went out hunting for the west brothers and bumped into them at a gas station. Now as soon as we saw Jay we all knew exactly what we were going to do with him so we dealt with the matter very fast and professionally. Next thing we knew we had Jay West on his knees begging we didn’t hurt him or take his stuff. Unlucky for him, I wasn’t in a charitable mood, so I decided to get him to recite every threat he made to me but make it about him. He said “you will cut my hair”, “kill my gang members” “and "clap every member I have” we then took everything he had, including his phone, and disposed of the trash our very special way...

The Shelby’s, Jack Shelby, Pablo Shelby and Andrew Shelby, grew up in a mid-income family in Small Heath Birmingham. Our father was a widely known mobster boss within the city. Doing this, he was able to bring back much and provide for his children and wife. We were later brought into the gang and were given mundane jobs to complete which impressed our father greatly at the skill we had. We were then brought slowly up the ranks of his gang and worked closely with each other. Everything turned for the worse one significant night, our mother was kidnapped by a rival gang in retaliation with aggression our father had shown towards them previously. Our father stood his ground and sent us in to help to save our mother. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in saving her due to the other gang outnumbering us and our father being stubborn with the demands they had made as he believed they were unrealistic and no matter what, his wife would return safely in our hands. When we returned to our father, empty handed, he was in rage. He couldn’t even bare to talk to us or look us in the eye. We all grieved for a few days after her passing and when our father built up his courage again, he spoke to us saying that we would never live up to the family name and that we were a disgrace to him. We were kicked out of the gang and told if he ever saw us again that we would be met with violence and would be punished. We took this opportunity to relocate and took the first flight to a new location, Los Santos. This is where we planned to try and not just create a family gang that would impress our father but be stronger and better than his too. Currently the Shelby’s gang is recruiting new members to expand the family and further establish ourselves in Los Santos. We dress smart, in suits and flat caps. The colour of the flat caps represents our status within the gang which can be identified by outsiders. People are recruited into the family either by approaching one of the members and requesting an interview or by us recognising talent and people that we want in the Shelby family gang. We establish good connections with people however if they decide to cross the line and hurt any of our members or property then we will show the same respect back. The Shelby gang’s vision for the future is to be widely known throughout the city and even beyond. We want to be able to ally with as many groups as possible and help them out when needed so that they would be able to do the same for us. We don’t wish for gangs to compete with us, however the Shelby family will stand their ground if they are shown aggression by others and fire will be met with fire unless an agreement can be met. The ranking system goes as follows. You will receive promotion upon completing tasks and showing your worth to the Shelby’s. Higher ranks come with higher power within the Shelby Family. Must be somewhat experienced in the city. ((Minimum of 20,000 XP to join)) Must have skills which will come in useful for the family. Must be a reliable and honourable member of the family. Must act mature and respect other members of the family, especially the higher ups. Must be active. Inactivity of 2 months ((2 weeks)) will result in being let go from the family. ((Must understand the server rules and not break them whilst playing)) Jack Shelby THE BOSS: Taking the role of the boss, Jack took leadership over the brothers, managing all things that go on inside the gang and nothing gets past him. Pablo Shelby Underboss: Being Jack's closest brother, Pablo was more than happy being able to work by Jack's side with the family's business as his right hand man. He helps with the decision making in the family and making sure everything is organised, he is the calm and collected one out of the siblings. Emily Shelby Emily, the only sister of the family took on a more humble role. Helping the family grow in numbers she ran the whole recruiting scheme and made sure everything is running smoothly. But this also meant she had to be one of the most strict out of the High Command not being afraid to punish those who do not listen or follow commands. (02/04/2020) Today we held our first official meeting with some new members we have recruited. It was a great success, we discussed future ideas and how the gang was going to work in general for example, the infrastructure. We organised everyone's arrangements for the gang and continue to seek for it to grow in numbers and continue to update members on the events within the gang. (03/04/2020) The Shelby's have kick started the recruitment process and are interviewing many people in their numbers. They are trying to expand quickly and are making sure they are known and established in the city of Los Santos. (04/04/2020) Today we further out the process of recruiting members and we are seeing our gang grow. We are testing the loyalty of the members and seeing if they are up for the challenges that they may face whilst working with the Shelby's.

The smoking animation in this server just ain't that good and that's why I think we should either use the smoking animation from fivem/ the one you use for spliffs or make cigarettes available to buy from 24/7 then you could do cigs and cigars from shops for people to buy a pack. This would add so much to rp while also giving people a smoking option without having to break the law.
