I think something that would be even cooler is the ability for guards to listen in on each phone, and potentially gather information and intel on what's being said. Would potentially make people think twice about what they do and add that element of the unknown into it.

Do you not think that cops have these heavies BECAUSE of the actions of crims? I'm a member of DOC and have been on and off for well over 2.5 years. Our IC policies are reactionary, if no one attacks us then levels of heavies deployed massively decreases, officers are more likely to spend time with inmates etc. The same is generally true for PD/SD too. LEOs are reactionary by nature, purely by virtue of their role. You might not care for the reasons why, but unfortunately things happen for a reason, not because the magic genie said so. Maybe if crims stopped shooting cops based on them being pulled over for a 2nd degree speeding citation, then the amount of heavies being deployed by LEOs would massively reduce.

I ain't wrong though. It's a skill issue really, don't evade when you're only gonna get a 1k citation, or better still speed smarter.

100% it would, it used to be the case that people would rob cars all the time, you'd be parked at the store, come out and your car would just be gone.

It's not really over used though. It has heavy IC restrictions surrounding its use, it's not as if there's 10 of them flying around concurrently.

I agree in the sense of yes it benefits experienced truckers however the place names can change fairly regularly which makes it very hard to have a constant idea of where everything is.

When you're looking in the UI for trucking jobs, it'd be nice if there was a way of seeing the location of where you're delivering too. This would be beneficial for new and experienced players alike as some of the business names aren't even the same as what the blip on the GPS might say.

Having the default truck as one that goes 120 is a better idea. It gives owning your own truck and actual purpose and makes it somewhat worthwhile.

You can prevent that by remembering to let go of shift before you get to the door but it's a lot more hassle than it's worth.
