  5. In my understanding, if someone is not abiding by fearRP and if it makes RP sense you can still shoot as they are not complying with demands as long as explained in the fearRP report? In the rules it states "Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police." So in my opinion you have attempted to rob someone who has not complied with demands (your motive isn't to kill this person just to gain items or money). It would make no RP sense to let them run away if RPly you are a big time criminal. You cant stop the RP because someone broke the rules, so with the current examples I personally would continue with my RP until I make the report. - In short, I agree further clarification is needed.
  6. We seemed to have no objection to it being an off-road vehicle when we was discussing it and it was suggested a few times. This is only a guide and I may be mistaken on a few vehicles
  7. As I said, as an overall I agree and having two versions of the footage would be a good solution. I will check out the report on my lunch break
  8. Overall, I agree with you and another system could be implemented but I have no idea's to what. However, It is not down to laziness from anybody. Where the chatbox is used for multiple things that include Text-Chat and /me & /do's, covering these during reports would bring up more confusion than it is worth IMO. I'm confused how it makes it harder to defend yourself? If the person has not broken a rule the POV's would show this, regardless if it is posted publicly.
  9. I love this, great idea!
  10. That’s the plan, I will slowly add to the post over the coming days when I have some time. It is not an official list just something I’m working on to help clear some confusion
  11. It's obviously not intended bug abuse and they are doing as they are told but, agreed it needs to change whilst they are fixed.
  12. Hill & Mountain Climbing Vehicles This is a list of vehicles that would in general be considered acceptable for hill and mountain climbing. Each scenario is different and context matters, do not take this as a blanket allowance for all terrains and grades. TRUCKS Bobcat XL Sandking XL Dubsta 6x6 Trophy Truck Bodhi Yosemite Rancher Rusty Rebel Rebel Caracara 4x4 Kamacho Bison Everon Contender SUV Patriot Landstalker Rancher XL Injection Scout Hellion Beejay XL MesaMesa Freecrawler Seminole Alamo VANS Rumpo Custom Youga 4x4 BIKES BF400 Sanchez Manchez Manchez scout Gargoyle Enduro OTHER Brawler Bifta Outlaw Blazer Street Blazer Verus Scorcher I will try to update the list if anything has been missed but hopefully this can clear up some confusion around what is considered a hill & mountain climbing vehicle.
  13. Enjoyed the read, I hope to meet Joe IC someday!
  14. Jay Spades (Part 2) Jay spent the next 8 grueling weeks, emptying bins and serving drinks, he was working hard to impress the patched members and enjoying their company more each time they would meet. Growing relationships with the members Jay was sure that one day he would be a patched member but he just had to keep enjoying the Diablos and working hard. He had heard from Scott, an enforcer for the Diablos that the members were going to vote on patching him in but did not say the outcome. Jay grew nervous coming up to the next meeting not sure if he was going to be continuing with his friends for life or being kicked to the curb. Luckily he was patched into Diablos that day receiving his yellow bandana and he has not looked back since. Over the coming months he continued with the Diablos and DCC enjoying almost every moment. Making new friends and chilling with his brothers was all he was interested in. Jay also had a love for cars and had started a car club with Dean, they were putting on events around the city that were a hit with the locals! After a few events Jay knew it was time for him to step away from the car club and focus on his career, the MC and his new love interest. He had just been made PR director at DCC and was dating a special someone he had met whilst working there. After a couple of weeks of really focusing on the club, Charlie approached Jay and asked if he would step into the role of the treasurer. This role involved looking after the clubs money and making sure everything was accounted for, Jay was thrilled. He knew that stepping up meant fitting some already big shoes laid by the people before him but he knew that he could make the club proud.

  19. Jay Spades (Part 1) Jay Spades came to Los Santos looking for a future. Originally from the UK, he didn’t know anybody but soon found himself at the pier and heard some fellow Brits talking and plucked up the courage to introduce himself. Jay met Dean Stevens and immediately knew they would be friends. Talking about life back home and their reasons for moving to LS they realised they had a lot in common. Dean had been around the city for a while and had recently started working at DCC and encouraged Jay to do the same. Jay got excited at the thought of a job and/or a career and immediately pulled up his phone and sent in an application. He was greeted by an email from Charlie Rellet, at the time an assistant manager at DCC asking Jay to come for an interview. Jay met with Charlie and all went well with the interview and this started his relationship with the president of the Diablo’s. Nothing was said to Jay about the Diablo’s until one day Dean came into work with a brand new bike. Dean looked cool, calm and happy with his purchase. Questioning the purchase as Jay knew Dean loved cars, his new friend told him about the MC he has just joined and that Charlie was the owner and President. Jay was impressed with the bike and Dean's new outfit but carried on with his duties at DCC trying his best to earn some money to build himself a life in LS. Over several weeks of seeing his friends going off on their bikes, Jay had to join, he had been spending his free time thinking about bikes and what he could do with the Diablo’s on their in-formation rideouts, evenings spent drinking, and brotherhood characteristics. Jay spoke with Dean who took him to Charlie immediately, Charlie was happy Jay showed some genuine interest and spoke him through the bylaws at the clubhouse, of course Jay accepted all terms and began his journey as a hangaround with the Diablos. Over the coming weeks Jay was riding the with Diablos whenever he could, sharing the experience with his friends and making new ones. He was finally feeling at home and a part of the brotherhood. At their weekly meeting one Friday evening, Jay was asked to step aside whilst the patched members were speaking. After several minutes Jay was asked to step back inside with his new friends and was handed a black Bandana - he was now a prospect! To Be Continued...
  20. I'm sure the work involved is quite intensive but the reason the developers are involved is they enjoy to provide for the community. There are currently 3 official MC factions which means a high percentage of the community are into MC's or recognize them in some way. I don't think it is a necessity but I do believe it would add some great RP and immersion.
