+1 as it doesn't make sense the way it is now.

+1 To add up more realism, the timer should be based off how big the vehicle is (a truck would take 7 hours, a car is 5, bikes 3) as in how much of time would it approximately take to reassemble the vehicle's parts in return of making it harder to break into them but also make it pay a lot more than what it is now after facing the difficulties as chopping is pricey and we don't have a key system or even hotwiring so chopping vehicles is a mess imo for legal people and it doesn't even happen in real life as much as it happens here and cops are most likely to be busy with a lot of stuff most of the time but in real life you'd get a unit right away when you make a call.

+1 I don't think that I should be BLS qualified to treat others that have cuts and such as this is basic treatment that we should all be able to do. That doesn't necessarily take rp away from MD as they still would have to come to the scene to take them to the hospital and probably proceed with further treatment if needed because we don't actually die.
