Date and time (provide timezone): N/A Character name: Penelope Burnwood Issue/bug you are reporting: The Citybee Service Company won't allow us to take one out if there are online off-duty/not on a work vehicle drivers. Expected behavior: It should allow us to use it whenever if there are no DCC members on-duty/not working on a vehicle. It's just linked to how many DCC players are online (which is OOC), and not whether there are active DCC drivers or not. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: It says 'Active Drivers: 2', but they're not working on a vehicle, and 'Free Drivers: 2' -- They're just off-duty/not working on a vehicle, so we should be able to take a Citybee vehicle out and rent it. I waited 3 minutes and got no response (because they're off-duty/not active). It's either a bug with DCC or Citybee, but I believe that it's a Citybee bug because on the DCC app, there are no on-duty drivers. If they're off-duty, then they're off-duty, they won't leave what they're doing to go on-duty and take my call; that's how it should normally work. Vehicle license plate number*: Irrelevant to the bug

Everyone's downvoting my vote because it's the truth, and I said that it could be balanced, you're also not playing in a real city, this game is based on real world, but it's minimized because Rockstar won't make us drive for hours to get to places, so distances are short in game. I don't get why you're so angry with me, go talk with the developers (ping them) that you're harassing instead of being mean to me. I was just sharing my opinion and this is allowed. By the way, this was before the second patch, I find it annoying to drive at 10MPH too, but we've got to deal with consequences. I don't care one bit about this anymore.

Do you people realize that an RV's primary or common usage is not for carrying your work's goods to deliver and sell them to a warehouse/drop-off point? (Source) Meanwhile, trucks are still here and they do the same thing as an RV, the only difference is that you're complaining about the changes when you're not even using them the right way, to make it fair, I don't too, but I'm not complaining. We all know that what we are doing is wrong, so we shouldn't argue about something that is wrong. (Source) Maybe there's an idea behind the changes that were done to the RV; To force people to switch to the trucks instead? You store too much in an RV for it to maintain it's speed; that's why it drastically falls to a really-really lousy and poor speed. You're talking about speed, read the specs of trucks, they're strong enough to handle significant amounts of heavyweights; that's why they didn't get nerfed (from my point of view).

Because it depends on how heavy the stuff you have inside weigh. I would say that it needs to get balanced a bit, but not fully restore it to what it was. You still have the normal speed if you remove everything inside and throw it outside. Also, a player cannot ever pass any vehicle that's being driven at 25, it's impossible, try it for yourself.

-1 I disagree, it is realistic. I have a mini-house inside it, any speed that would be higher than that would cause furniture to shake and break/shatter. It's so realistic, or at least adds a little bit of realism. It's not just about how heavy things are, but also that in real life, you would drive it slow so the furniture wouldn't break (nobody would be that careless in real life to break their furniture, even if their RV was capable of driving at a high-speed). Also, you have 'safes' (items inside them as well) inside for sure, they're made of metal and RVs are normally slow, that would add a lot of weight to it, making it even more slower. This is a VAN made out of heavy metal. Believe it or not, I used to set cruise mode at 30MPH when I first got the RV and had it furnished to make it appear that I'm taking care of the furniture inside and also how it would get slower with that much furniture inside, I stopped doing it because everybody drove it at a high-speed, but now that it's official, it's better and fair for everyone. Just call a tow truck if you're not okay with it, it's $1,500 for a tow, which might also not sound realistic, because the tow truck's speed would be much lower than the RVs speed since the RV is already slow from the furniture/items inside it, but this is a way. Imagine an RV driving at a high-speed with all of these items across hills/roads/off-roads, not to forget about the sharp turns. I'm okay with it because I'm using the RV as my character's living place for now and it doesn't seem unrealistic for me. Remove some items if you want to drive at a higher speed. Be reminded that you're not driving/walking on a real road, it's a game, everything looks smaller than what it is in reality, you don't feel it because everyone is used to real life physics and mechanics, but for the game it's very realistic. You take an hour I think to drive from a city to another in real life? In the game, it should take 15-20 minutes to drive from LS to Paleto and vice versa if you're following the traffic laws. In-game, you get arrested for minutes or hours (only got arrested once), but in real life, you get arrested for years.

+1 Bus-stops should also be displayed on the map and have an option to display whether a bus is heading to it or not to not waste others times. I've always wanted to ride a bus and hailed over for them to stop, but drivers never stopped for me, so the duration of when buses stop by bus-stops to collect passengers should be extended for some more seconds.
