  1. i like the idea of bringing back rotating chopshops, meaning that the NPC is only present at one chop for x amount of time
  2. Agree with anakin, every situation I've been in that requires negotiations has resulted in shots being fired as soon as the hostage has been handed over. There's no point risking your entire gang getting arrested in the bank by doing negotiations when you can all just scurry off on bikes have a very low chance of being caught. I feel like if demands such as allowing free passage was up kept during negotiations rather than being sprayed at then banks would become more interesting.
  3. -1 i believe as it currently is works fine typically it's: start off in an rv move to an apartment move to a property the risk of cooking in an rv is present and greater than an apartment/property because of how cheap it is to buy. the time for the drugs is fine
  4. development for cooking things like burger and fries is currently being done
  5. +1 A lot of the more expensive heavys are slowly becoming redundant as people are realizing how the price to performance is simply not worth it. Currently, the most expensive heavy is the SMG - its 36k import without attachments or ammo and is literal garbage. It can take 30 + bullets to kill someone In comparison, the shotgun costs 24k import - it has similar range drop off to the SMG however does an incredible amount of damage compared to it Nowadays if someone is running a heavy, they will most likely be using a pump/.50 combo as it is the cheapest and most deadly. I feel like the .50 is the only balanced weapon right now.
  6. +1 Regarding the house raids, as a primarily Crim player I feel like it takes way too long to gather enough proof. Currently if you house raid and don't have POV of why you are raiding them, you are kinda screwed. It seems like you need piles upon piles of proof for a house raid and regardless you will most likely get reported in hopes that it gets accepted and the person can get refunded.
  7. backup rule is good as it helps prevents 3 gangs sitting on a freq 24/7 - from my understanding it was implemented during the council phase
  8. +Support Literally get shot at unarmed with my back facing PD half the time and have witnessed it happen to others too. Recently seen PD members including SWAT jump off 10 metre high highways and proceed to spray people in the back getting onto bikes whilst they were not a threat
  9. The majority of supers have advantages and disadvantages compared to one another. For example the vacca has good acceleration/top speed, but isnt good for taking turns. You never see PD deploy supers for warreners, but for vehicles that warrant them (Such as rapid gt's) they are deployed because a cruiser simply wouldn't keep up with them. In reality you just need to adapt the way you evade depending on what vehicles you have on you (If you have a heli you go to tunnels for example)
  10. Has happened to me before when I had a shotgun on my back whilst getting pulled over, some of the PD could see it and others couldnt
  11. +1 Same thing for vents hopefully, dismantling them mid cook is an absolute nightmare An idea could be is that you have to double press it, or verify it before it actually dismantled
  12. You can transfer credit vehicles amongst characters by doing the following: Go on the character with the vehicle, press f6 and click the 'Vehicles' tab under untradeable vehicles will be the issi sport, if you click on it a transfer vehicle option will appear. However this will cost 2,100 credits
  13. Samoa was a troubled young man who was born in Hawaii. His family had a small amount of money and could hardly meet ends. Growing up with his brother, they often caused mayhem. Due to the lack of funds incoming to the family Samoa decided to adapt to what he had; deciding to begin committing petty crime such as pickpocketing. He was never caught. Hawaii was a busy place, especially for tourists. Every day Samoa would see several foreigners driving luxury cars with deluxe clothing, typically Americans. Everyday he would relax near the beach, peering at the people living in luxury... Wishing he could be like them one day. After a year of questioning himself, he decided to buy a plane ticket to Washington DC, in hopes eventually he could be living in luxury as well. Promptly after moving to Washington Samoa began to run out of funds, he eventually decided to enlist in the navy. After a few years in the navy as well as months of dwelling training, he joined the Seal Team. Samoa served 10 years in the team and survived countless large scale operations. Eventually, he was dishonourably discharged and received a criminal record after gunning down an unarmed civilian in his final operation out of anger and spite. After serving a 15 year sentence in prison he eventually moved to Los Santos, with nobody to turn to he decided to take on a life of crime. Initially starting off with taking small increments of low class drugs, Samoa eventually began to take Crack to ease his reality. One day whilst chilling at bayview he had stumbled across Wizard Prophet Scoobie Bathsheba, who would go on to teach Samoa the way of Flarg. After a small discussion with Scoobie, he told Samoa some information regarding “Flarg” and their religion of The Bathshebas. Samoa saw this as a great opportunity to continue his life in Los Santos and possibly rip them off from crack which he was destined to receive (to be updated weekly)
  14. Wizard Prophet Scoobie Bathsheba along with Missionary-In-Training Thimble Bathsheba arrived at Bayview and started to discuss the future of the pre-school. After some talking, the pre school was offered to the Bathsheba Family. After moving from the new pre-school to the Church, we began to be interviewed by members of Weazel News; Beck Heart. Throughout the interview, Beck Heart slandered the Bathsheba Family on multiple occasions, using terms such as “Cult” and “Killers”. The interview was long, and becoming more and more frustrating over time. Eventually, the Weazel elitist pig crossed the line, in retaliation Scoobie withdrew his .50 pistol and eagerly placed it to the reporters ribs, telling him some wise words in the process… This act from weazel will be remembered by our lord and saviour, Flarg . Once the interview was concluded, the Bathsheba's collected their communicators and began a journey to the SD Department, where they would gain access to the entirety of the building. Nothing was done in the station and eventually the Bathsheba’s left, heading back to Bayview. During the Weazel interview Rose Bathsheba was finally able to gather her courage and tell her story. She admitted being pregnant with Sheriff Pierce Hardy's baby and wanting him to help raise the child and contribute to the pre-school. Of course she wasn’t really pregnant, however she wanted to obtain more money from Sheriff Hardy as well as the community. After Pierce Hardy had seen the episode of the pulse by Beck Heart, he decided to resign out of fear. After some relaxing at Bayview, the Bathsheba Family decided to move down to the Department of Corrections to see what was happening, however on the way Scoobie spotted an SD unit and decided to confront her. Originally, Scoobie tried talking her into becoming his lover; however this was a Romeo and Juliet kind of relationship… After some time of harassing the SD units, they decided to make a move upon the family and detain us. *Bang* *Bang* *Bang* Suddenly a barrage of shots came from the direction of Scoobie, seconds later the Wizard Prophet dropped to the floor with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest, his .50 remained in his hand as he recollected what had just happened. The Bathsheba’s were not only shocked, but devastated… No one really knew what just happened but everybody wanted the same; REVENGE. Seconds after the original rain of gunshots, a few more followed; injuring the female SD officer that minutes prior Scoobie had confessed his love for. A few more bodies of SD soon dropped to the ground. All SD units were injured, Scoobie was proceeded to be scooped off of the ground, bringing him to the Department of corrections in hopes that the guard had BLS. Scoobie later fell into a Coma… We knew that our frequency was compromised… so therefore we decided to use the same frequency but backwards *REDACTED*
  15. Made a video to show some of the experiences that you may encounter whilst working at the DOC!
  16. Jorge Lewis from nothing to slightly more Shortly after his arrival in the City, Jorge realised he had nowhere to go, no friends or family. However, he soon met a friend who would still be friends with him to this day, Owen White. Jorge was shy and didn't know what to do with his life until Owen joined the SADOC. Owen explained to Jorge how beneficial his career in SADOC is. After some debating with himself, Jorge finally decided to take the leap, joining SADOC. After filling in his application and sending it off to the Human Resources team, his application was soon accepted. He moved onto the next recruitment stages and eventually made it to his PT Jorge passed his PT with flying colours and showed off his strength to the HR member, Faye Voyce. During the PT Jorge had to display that he was fit enough to work at the DOC, he vigorously climbed the obstacles and got to the other side as quickly as he could. After arriving at the DOC for his academy part one, Jorge met a lot of new people who would remain his friends to this day. In the academy Jorge was shown about the prison and taught some procedures he would later be tested on. However, since the Academy only 3 people in the picture remain. After passing his Academy part one quiz, Jorge became a trainee within the DOC. He liked the job very much and was on duty constantly. Within his first month of working in the DOC he had processed 126 10-15's. Jorge wanted to show off his skills to eventually become a member of the Correctional Emergency Response Team. He had always dreamed of joining CERT but it would take a long time for him to do. Jorge and Owen did everything together from processing inmates, patrols together and watching each others backs. They would be seen constantly together, making jokes and doing their job. Jorge and Owen had a brother like relationship and let nothing harm either of them, what one didn't see the other was already ready for it. Jorge began to become targeted by certain people. On his way from leaving the DOC grounds, he was ambushed by a large gang. They had no mercy, they took everything he had and left him hairless and beaten on the side of the road. Jorge was embarrassed and didn't want any of his colleagues to know what happened to him, he asked the medic, Charles, to not inform anybody of the situation. After this moment, Jorge realised that he was on his own, he couldn't trust anybody, only himself. However, when Jorge thought his life couldn't get any worse, Owen resigned. Jorge didn't know what to do, Owen was the reason why he joined and the only thing that kept him motivated to keep going on the job. Not only had Jorge lost a friend, but a brother. They spent countless hours together and Jorge thought nothing could ruin their brother like relationship. Jorge realised that if he wanted to peruse his dream of joining C.E.R.T he would have to let somethings go. After many hours dedicated to the DOC along with the vast amount of training, Jorge felt he was finally ready to join the CERT team. He was approached by the Captain of CERT, Seth Cincaid and was told to put in an application even though he was under the rank requirement. This was an exciting moment for Jorge as he knew that he impressed the Captain. After being given the opportunity to join C.E.R.T Jorge decided to stay with the DOC regardless of Owen resigning. Once again, Jorge was targeted by a mentally deraigned man. He was brought to the top of a mountain at gunpoint, zip tied and his knees were both broken by the man. Jorge remained calm during the situation, teasing the man who had kidnapped him and getting in his head to prevent any more injuries. As Jorge was in the back seat zip tied, he managed to send Owen, now an SD deputy a text alerting him of the situation and the location. PD/SD soon arrived on scene, it was over and Jorge was alive. He had suffered two fractured knee caps, herniated cervical spinal disk and a collapsed lung. However, he didn't show much emotion, he remained calm and demonstrated that nobody could harm him mentally. After intense surgery preformed by Charles, he eventually had the ability to walk again. After many days sitting in a wheelchair, he was finally able to walk with the support of crutches. He didn't really feel much about the situation, the only thing he was sad about was the fact he couldn't work. Soon after he was placed on medical leave. After his recovery process, he was able to work again. He was thrilled knowing that he would no longer be pestered about him having to sit at front desk. on one of his first day backs, a code 1 was called. An exciting moment for Jorge as he knew he could impress everybody. During the situation, he fired a total of 59 M4 5.56 rounds into one of the cars with one of the targets inside, injuring him instantly. (Look above for entire story) Jorge was now a fully fledged CERT member, he had completed his goal and now aspires to become a Senior Operator. (Continued 06/01/2020) After Jorge's arrival back into the city the CERT team was quickly disbanded, everything he had worked for and achieved was taken off of him. However there was a replacement for CERT, CIC and MSO. Jorge quickly took a liking to both MSO and CIC and attempted to join both. Himself and Owen later became the joint heads of MSO, but what did this mean? The next few weeks were tough due to him being constantly hunted down by gangs and certain individuals after that learnt about his position in MSO (Maximum Security Operations) During the next few weeks the DOC was under constant attacks, code 1's every day; people rushing the front lobby with AK's, kidnappings, etc. Thus alert status Red was initiated. Status Red was put in place to tighten security measures to prevent more situations from happening, however it didn't stop situations from happening outside of our wire.
  17. Occasionally the DOC becomes overcrowded with inmates leading to the risk of riots, hostage situations and any other situation that can cause risk to life. In this specific situation we were split into teams of two, one person experienced and one with less experience to ensure we would remain safe at all times. Our Assistant Warden, Reina, decided that we would pull the cellblock on lockdown to prevent any situations that could turn ugly.
