Andy Mason Chapter 2 Small Time Crim Andy after landing in Los Santos didn’t had the best of start in this city , First day getting caught driving a bus without a license and no body to help him through this completely different life style in Los Santos he quickly engaged in Crim life here , starting of with petty thefts , to cars to guns eventually goin full into crim life. Andy always found ways to make money , Firstly he started off with getting guns for cheap ,getting a permanent supplier and then flipping them for profit , couple of days into the city and getting steady money from that as well doin some side hustle and life went on back and forth like that………….. Life Changing Moment By some months Andy was deep into crim life until there was a situation where Andy got caught by cops after a big shootout near Oil Mining and there were a lot of charges on him and Andy went to DOC for a long long time , when he got out he was contacted by a Detective by text on Phone to come meet him at his office , as much Andy hated to go he had to cuz he knew if he doesn’t it might end up badly so he got his car from impound and after getting fresh haircut and new clothes , grabbing a bite to eat he headed to PD where he asked for the said Detective and then was escorted to the office couple of minutes later the Detective came in and after casual greetings he closed the door and sat down ….. Detective : “Andy , do you know what this is about?” *Andy Mason sighs Andy Mason : “No , I am not sure” Detective : “So basically this is about our last arrest and situations around it and people involved in it” *Andy Mason tightens his grip on the chair and clenches his teeth as if he is angry Andy Mason :“ So! I did my time for that already and just got out , what you want from me ?” Detective : “ This is not another arrest relax , I just got couple of questions and an advice for you” *Detective leans ahead and rests his hand on the table *Andy Mason relaxes a bit Andy Mason : “Can we get on with this , I feel scuffed in here” Detective : “ I am not holding you here you are free to go if you want , this is completely your choice !” *Detective smile *Andy looks at the detective Andy could leave at that point , but the smile on detectives face was really unsettling and Andy had a feeling he was not as free as the detective told him so he decided to follow through with this….. Andy Mason : “ Let’s get this over with ye , I don’t want to come here again….” Then there was a long session of questions and stuff about Andy’s situation and the usual back and forth…………… . . . At the end ….. Detective : “ That would be all Andy….I got some advice for you …..” Andy Mason :“ Go on so I can get out of here “ Detective : “ It’s not too late for you , you can turn your life around still , do it before there is no way back ….“ By this time Andy was tired of back and forth with the cops and he wasn’t making as much now cuz cops were constantly on him and it was getting very scuffed at this point…. As sad at it was , Andy was actually considering the Detectives offer… After this point Andy started staying clean and couple of months in he was doing a legal job and was clean now….. He worked at LSC and then BayView before he got deported… Andy after a struggle came back after months and started working legal again at DCC Little did he know , life didn’t have legal plans for him….. Past Coming Back At this point Andy was doing good , making decent money for himself and was living a trouble free life but he wasn’t happy at all. He didn’t know what was wrong but he just felt this wave of sadness and just couldn't understand what was going on in his head ….. One day after his shift Andy came to the pier just to chill and met a friend there who was in Lost MC and they just started talking . Andy out of nowhere just asked his friend …. Andy Mason : “Yo g you think you can hook me up with some contacts , I wanna join a gang again , I am tired of this legal stuff bro…” Friend : “What you lookin for G , you a clapper , or you cook and make money only or what , gimme specifics on what you gonna do if you in a gang ….” Andy Mason : “Bro I mean anything at this point , I make money cuz I got like more of a business type mindset but you know holding a gun isn’t new to me so wassup…” Friend : “ Alright , I think I can hook you up with goblins …..gimme a sec” *Andy Mason nods *Friend call someone on the phone and talks to him for a little while before heading back to Andy Friend : “Stay here , someone is coming to meet you ….” Goblins After a couple of minutes someone rolled in an Issi Sports , parking his car and getting out , Andy’s friend went up to him and talked to him and then asked Andy to come there.. This guys name was "Joe Phelps" Joe : “ So you lookin to join ye ?” Andy Mason : “Ye I am….” Joe : “ You got any previous experience or na…..” Andy Mason : “Well a little bit but its kinda different situation with me , I have been a crim , then legal and then coming back to crim after a while so it's gonna take me sometime to adjust…” Friend : “He knows what he is doing …..” Joe : “Gimme your number and Full Name , I will forward it to one of our recruiters , He will be in contact.” Andy gives joe his number and after a small talk Joe leaves and Andy is back to fishing but he felt relieved .He didn’t knew what it was but he just felt at ease and a lil happy…. The Recruiter Andy didn’t knew the recruiters real name he just had his number and his nickname “Pinky” Pinky contacted Andy after 2 days and asked Andy to meet him at the Dam. Andy instantly rushed to the Dam and parked his car at the bridge and waited for Pinky to come. Pinky rolled up in 5 minutes with 2 other guys “Afonso” and “Liam” Andy and Pinky talked for a while , getting to know each other better and then proceeded with the recruitment process , Pinky had a lot of questions for Andy and they were there for a long time ….. Prospect After the long interview , Pinky told Andy that he will have to meet more higher ups before he is officially a prospect , but he can start rolling with the Goblins as of now and then Pinky proceeded to take Andy to a spot they called HQ , Pinky also talked to another guy over there who wanted to join and after that Pinky decided to do stores and some other stuff to see the new prospects in action……. Stores went smoothly and there were a lot of people still who Andy needed to meet ….. Later that day Andy got arrested right before fight club and he got out of jail when fight night was over , he got to Property on the exact time everyone was there… That's where he met all of the GOBLINS and officially got the prospect rank with his prospect mask. +1 bike engines are small and less fuel consuming than cars , so even on small tanks they can easily get you miles , I think the system rn is unrealistic for bikes and should be changed , but thats just a personal opinion and everyone has the right to disagree with it.

Chapter 1 Andy Mason Before Los Santos The Beginning Early Stages Andy was born in Russia although his parents were originally from the US but they moved to Russia in the early stages of life and Russia was their home . Andy was born with a Russian nationality and his family was well adjusted in Russia and they owned a couple of businesses and properties and were doing good financially and socially . As Andy was brought up in a decent environment and around good people he was really a good kid . Little did he know the actual things which were going on in the back of these so called Legal businesses .He was like every other kid going to school , doing sports and all sorta things and life went on like this . The Real Things At the end of his teenage years , after graduation , Andy was just chilling about at his home and working on his car when his dad called him to his home office for a talk . Andy finished up on his car and cleaned up and went to the office. Its not something you want to hear right now , it’s something you will learn in time , all I ask from you now is that under guidance of Sergey handle some stuff I will tell you , It isn’t much , you will just be handling one of the business and basically you will be getting a lot of cash in and you just have to look over its processing and its handling and it will then be taken away again after getting processed at the business property , you will have your ledger that's where you will record everything and it will be send every weekend to me and you will have couple of people under you throughout the process who will help you and will be at your disposal.” . . . Andy , Robert and Sergey talked for hours about the stuff……………. Andy suspected something like that was happening behind there for a couple of years now so he wasn’t that surprised when he heard this, that he was going to handle money laundering business and he was actually happy about this inside , Guess that was just his family genes kicking in……. Years passed by and Andy adjusted to his new life pretty quick and taking in new businesses and was actually doing good , with his dad still at the top and at his side as always. Reality Hit Until one day after the change in government and new policies in place the actual stuff started hitting in , day after day detectives poking about and a lot of crazy stuff going on and it was really hard to stay low key with the business and it was very hard to avoid these new government officials and cops , but money solves things so like always it was just to get the right guys to bribe and it would go smooth after that , or at least that’s what they thought. So their guys started looking for “Mr.Right Guy” , and after weeks they found one they believed was what they were looking for. Well small talks and gradually getting to know the guy began and it was going good and they thought he was the right one . Well after months when the time was right or at least it felt right the real talk happened between Robert and “Mr.Right Guy” and the meeting went great and the guy was in on the plan. They celebrated the new friendship and all was looking good …… . Andy slept well that night thinking all will be fine now ….. Andy woke up to sirens and a lot of yelling going on , Sergey was at his door “ Wake up Wake up , that fukin guy snitched and cops are down there arresting your dad , he send me to get you out of here , we have a plane ready and the car is waiting in the back for you , I have set up a this card with 7000 USD in it, that’s the only thing I can hook you up with right now , get some clothes and go to the car , the plane will take you to Los Santos , I don’t know if we will be able to contact you or not but you will be safe there …….” that’s all Sergey said and ran back down with his mp4 and that’s where the shots began . Andy quickly grabbed his stuff and the card and ran through his window to his car , in his underwear and they car quickly pulled off through back roads to the private air strip where the plane was waiting for him and the driver passed him his documents and stuff and left without saying a thing , Andy was still trying to gather his thoughts as to what was going on and what will he do …….. He landed in LS at midnight all messed up with no contacts no nothing …...some dude dropped him off at a Bus stop …. This was the start of a new life for Andy Mason………. To be continued.......

Criminal should try hardcore to avoid police , Seriously ? How they get no chance , a gang member is fishing and he goes to fish drop-off to drop his fish and is doing nothing wrong and he gets pulled by a cop who arrests him for nothing , no probable cause no nothing nada , ask a cop "why he arrested him?" "we know he is a gang member must be doin something illegal" like ya all don't even want to admit what you do wrong . Like someone posts a suggestion and moment a cop sees it and topic has anything to do with PD they just start flooding the post with same comments over and over and over again "We are a law enforcement faction and our RP is held to the highest standard blah blah blah blubity blah" like never I have seen someone say yea we did this wrong or we should try to avoid these situations or something , Do you guys realize if a guy is a gang member that's not probable cause to arrest or search him unless he is engaging in an illegal activity or is seen doing illegal stuff in past couple of hours , no one said anything about traffic stop you can pull a gang member on traffic stops , question them for however long you want just don't assume stuff and arrest them on spot, IRL when police are dealing with gang members they tend to pull them at traffic stops not to arrest them cuz they don't have anything new on them so they question and keep them on traffics stop just to annoy them to make them slip so they can get there evidence and then arrest them other than that if they dont have anything they can do nothing. You want constructive ideas ,here are some read a real PD handbook and read the actual laws and try to fix your RP to a standard that you actually say PD has and fix the mentality about winning every situation . Thats a start right there.......

-1 crim rp is already dying , if this is implemented its dead like 6 feet under the ground dead , there is no point adding this , although it is appealing as it will end many conflicts easily and will not end up with alot of drama and forum reports but still in my opinion it should stay the way it is.

I agree with your opinion that PD is getting overpowered and its getting unrealistic. Firstly if we talk about chase situations , everyone know when there is a police chase there are like 20 cops chasing a person with an x-ray on top that doesn't happen in real life , very high profile suspects are only dealt with like that , and to top that everyone knows how cops drive when they are chasing someone, it becomes gta online at that point hitting everything on the road , literally people die when there is a chase , someone gets hit on the intersection , someone is hit while riding a bike when there is a chase goin on and much more , and overall when we talk about damage realistically they are damaging state property , IRL when there arises a situation where a suspect is fleeing from the scene after being pulled over for a reckless or something not that big of a deal they just don't chase them the whole day with half the police department , they just make a warrant serve it at their house or when there is the chance of least casualties . While here that doesn't happen for a reckless that turns into felony evading as soon as the suspects starts his engine after getting pulled over , if you look at police codes IRL evading police is a misdemeanor until that guy kills or harms a police officer or a citizen or how critical a situation becomes , in here if you even literally go a mile hardly on highway running from cops and get caught with no casualties or no damage you still get felony evading , its a 20k ticket with jail time , but the PD causes more damage than 20k while trying to chase the guy. talking about x-ray , choppers are highly expensive assets and there fuel is very expensive so they just don't get called on every single chase situation but completely opposite here. When it comes to arresting procedure , when you pull over a citizen who has a warrant for small time thing , like driving way too fast through a speed cam , IRL they call one additional unit just in case of backup but here you get the pleasure of 6 cruisers straight up or even more. Now comes the police questioning , when police do a traffic stop usually the police officer makes small talk , like where are you going ? , where are you coming from and do you live around here , what's your job and a lot of other small stuff just to come with a friendly approach and to make the guy in the car feel a little bit at ease .One more thing they do is tap the back of the car , that is done firstly to make sure the trunk is closed and secondly to leave a fingerprint of the cop on the car just in case something happens and the fingerprint can be later used to link the car to the scene and the officer , now that can be done here too to add to RP .Now comes the items the police officers are to take when they go on duty usually police officers are assigned a single cruiser and they stick to that until they are assigned a new car or it is damaged to a point that it is deemed dangerous to drive , but the script here they can just pull out a new one is seconds and despawn the old one whether it is for fuel or damage , and moslty I have never seen them rp taking a cruiser out , although I know they rp the body cam and stuff but personally I have never seen them rp taking it out of garage and inspecting it and stuff , now what I like to suggest is that a system be implemented where they have to refuel like near the garage or something rather than just pulling out a new one in seconds and the refueling should have a timer although they shouldn't pay for it as gov pays for PDs fuel but for damage what I like to see is that when ever a police officer puts a car back (despawn) in the garage , depending upon the damage there should be an amount deducted from the faction treasury as a cost on repairs and the whole process should be logged so at the end of the week if there is an officer who is costing PD alot of money in repairs and much more can be evaluated by an evaluation officer who has to make a report on that evaluation and send it to HR . Now this will make the police officers treat their cruisers as their personal cars and treat them as valuable assets and that will prevent the whole ramming and hitting every single thing on the road in chase and in general situations. Now the SWAT thing , every chase after a while you see a white kamacho thats the big bois "SWAT" now IRL swat isn't called on chases , its a Tactical Response Unit and they are called in when there is a very dangerous situation on hand not when a guy in a warraner is evading cops , you can call them when the guy who is evading you gets a backup of 50 people all with aks and shotguns yea then you can call them and thats what they are for. Now addressing the line "PULL OVER OR FORCE WILL BE USED" , the term force doesn't mean you ram the next guy and make him fly literally quarter of a mile , The term force in this statement is defined as adequate amount of force that will ensure safety of the suspect aswell as the officer who will engage the car while trying to immobilize the car with enough force that will do minimum harm to both parties involved . Now alot of us have encountered a situation where we used a bike to evade cops and at a point in chase you see a slope or a bump and you bike lifts of the ground and flies for some distance and as soon as you do that you have 50 cops in you PMs saying NRP NRP NRP NRP save POV save POV well they are right but when the tables are turned and you see a cop going over a bump making his cruiser fly or generally doing something unrealistic and you go OOC and say NRP and the first response you get is Please Keep Thing IC and you tell them save POV and next thing you know you have a forum report against you for Mixing or using /b too much , like come on. PD is given alot of stuff and alot of assets that if used properly can make the law enforcement RP on whole different level and thats what it should be but in my opinion some , not all abuse that and try to win over a situation cuz they think they have the moral high ground but some actually try to be good in rp aswell as trying to make there character better.I mean crim side ain't perfect either but what can they do they are asset wise nothing compared to PD , They are targeted like crazy with the sole reason that yea he is a known crim . Both sides need work but PD need more than crim side cuz they actually have something that they can work on and they have alot of assets and it is one of the most essential factions and the one you interact with the most while crims cannot do much until PD is off there high horse and actually give them a chance to just live their lives. That is just my opinion with some facts in it and everyone has a right to disagree with it.

Great Idea ,however as @SpeedRacer said people will abuse it in chase cases and people will abuse it for chopping car , However to avoid that there are couple of things that can be done in my opinion firstly like it is considered NRP if you refuel mid chase same can be applied here , mules cannot be used in active chase cases , secondly a timer can be added for loading a car onto the mule like a significantly long timer , that timer will do two things it will be long enough that people can actually RP loading car onto the mule while the timer is running as they cannot rush the process and secondly if someone decides to still use the mule in chase case it will be nearly impossible to do that , and there is one more thing we can do to avoid using it to transport cars to a location ,picklock and chop it is that only owner of the car can load the car to any mule like he has to sit in the mule and he can only load it . I really love this idea cuz like my man said it will provide a lot of RP opportunities like transporting track cars and alot of other things , also it will ease the process of taking a car to mech shop if its perma stalled. It is a very decent idea tho it is certain abuse will happen unless proper steps are taken. Huge +1 from me.

Honestly I kind off agree with you as you explained like you go into a station and you just come running out thats no reason to tase you or like point guns at you ...A single cop could have just asked politely to take you mask off and your identity and like asking simple questions like why were you running or something like that ...tasing is completely abusing power and from what I have heard after the latest update I guess there is alot of like server lag so the voice chat is kinda bugged and there is alot of delay ....Even so there was no point tasing you and taking to DOC.... BTW what charges did you receive for that situation? I am pretty sure you can ICly resolve the situation

+1 This will add to alot to the RP as well as in investigation.......this is just a spitball but a Cyber Sec division in PD would be its counter part but not as buffed as PD , like serious investigation required and alot of manpower to get to some stuff goin on on the Black market that would also add to RP Overall it would add crim rp , investigation RP and stuff like that

The idea is great but before this they should bring back crim RP to that level where it requires this type of features. The rules and updates have limited Crim RP to very low level now and there is nothing to gain from Crim RP and PD and SD and law enforcements get over-powered day by day , When Crim RP is buffed to a point where it is realistic , profitable and its worth it to be a criminal then this idea wouldn't seem bad at all. For now -1 as Crim RP is already on the verge of Dying and should be brought back to the level it deserves.
