+1 however i think that it should only go down in a fraction of the time, for example every hour could be 5 hours when offline, that way people don't just think "oh well i'll evade and just do it overnight etc.

if you don't care for winning/losing at all, then why do you care so much about having shadows off apart from that it gives you an "advantage" in shootouts? it just seems like you're being awkward for no reason in my opinion. There are much worse things that need looking at rather than some game settings in my opinion. I think that having no shadows is honestly just a preference, having shadows on gives you advantages that having shadows off doesn't (being able to see people rounding a corner you aren't focused on purely cos of their shadow).

not sure how easy it would be to create a script for this, but if there was something on the MDC that an officer could do (like a check box) it would make it so the time from that moment will be taken off of the persons prison time. This way when charges are placed its easy for the cops to do and pretty hard to forget to do it. (again im not sure if this would be possible/be able to be done but would be a pretty good way to do it)

+1, i recently started using one and i was hearing gun shots from grove whilst at the impound. i think they should be limited to the default sounds, only reason i haven't gone back is because i can't be arsed changing file locations etc

press f2 to get your ingame cursor (same to turn it off) then just scroll using that and to open the phone just click the top with the f2 cursor

+1 prison needs something new, its currently next to no fun without any of the higher ranking members on duty, and even then its still extremely limited. nothing other than interiors/exteriors has changed to benefit the inmates massively in over 2 years

I personally think that instead of lowering it completely, it should be dependent on the crime committed, for example if someone felony evades and gets caught, then 24 hours is completely reasonable, however if someone gets a reckless operation, I can see the 12 hour license suspension being more adequate.

This officer only opened fire from his vehicle because the people in the car opened fire on him, this makes complete sense, however I do not think he would've done this for going in the in correct lane for a short while.
