If someone is so mentally unstable that they can't handle a 14 year old insulting them online, they honestly shouldn't be playing online games at all. People need to realise that people say things that aren't right online, and that's simply just how it is. someone saying "kys" doesn't genuinely mean that you want them to kill themselves, just how if your mate says something, and you might jokingly say "I hate you" it doesn't genuinely mean that you hate them. Especially coming into an RP community, you should have some sort of freedom as to what you want to roleplay as (of course with some boundaries). The phrase "kys" is just a response someone will say to some form of shit talk, don't dish it if you can't take it, simple as. Using the excuse of "there are alot of people under 18 who play this server" is also a very pointless argument, as in my opinion the younger members of this community are more toxic than the older ones. EDIT: I personally think instead of banning words, it should all depend on context, for example if me and someone else are joking around, they say something that is stupidly funny, I might say "kill yourself" whilst laughing, I don't really know how to explain what it means, because it has no meaning, its like telling them to shut up. If someone is going around telling someone to kill themselves, like GENUINELY meaning it, then sure, report them and get them a punishment, but if you are driving past and hear someone tell their mate to kill themselves in a joking way and take offence, maybe you should just turn your computer off. TLDR Instead of banning "kill yourself" just make it context based, if someone is saying it in a joking way and don't actually mean it and it offends you, ask them to stop, if they continue, report them. Simple as.

One thing I see PD doing way more than SD, is shooting tires for no reason other than "they're endangering the public" if thats the case shoot every bob in a police scout on the wrong side of the road too. PD shooting tires when no hostility has been shown IMO is just bullshit, it takes the fun out of the game and I only see it happen when its a set few PD command that are in charge. If you are in a position to look into this please do. But if its genuinely allowed then also look into it for me!!!!

thats just a skill issue, theres nothing stopping you getting a bike setup, which means the bikes arent on you and you've got a solid 2 minuets to lose the helicopter if you do it right.

+1 If someone felony evades, give them a felony evading charge. not felony evasion, reckless operation, felony public endangerment and face concealment. yeah there's the whole idea of "If you can't do the time don't do the crime", but lets be honest, what are you all gonna do without crims? Cops need crims to function and to actually have fun. prison should be a deterrent ic'ly not oocly. I couldn't think of a single person who would rather be in DOC than cutting about interacting with 10x the amount of players, with not much of a limit. Someone who I can say is the perfect balance for strict but fair when it comes to a LEO character is RedHot. He will try as hard as he possibly can to catch you, but once he does you will get put with the bare minimum. For example, one night I was evading in my Issi sport, and ended up getting caught, but because I knew it was RedHot who would be charging me, I wasn't bothered at all because I knew that I would only get the set 1 hour for felony evasion (and nothing else!). Cops who will do the polar opposite and give me 3 hours are just silly IMO and are the biggest reason my playtime has reduced so much over the recent months. Following on, another issue with this system is, that you get hit with the "This is an IC issue, you can speak to someone who is in a command role within PD/SD about this ic'ly and try to get things changed" ( not a direct quote just something along the lines of what I've read before. This argument is honestly one of the most stupid, and angering things I've seen. If OOC restrictions are put in place for charge stacking etc, no one will do it, but if its an IC thing, people will do it (plus it makes no sense ic'ly for this to happen anyway). If someone genuinely has a counterpoint for the charge stacking rule, please quote any of what I've said so that I can give it a read.
