I must admit, getting followed by a heli like that has to be the most boring experience I think that I've ever had on ECRP. I don't think an OOC rule that harsh should be put in, however I don't agree that helis should be able to follow random people around and just hand out speeding tickets like that. I think that for any other reason, for example getting a higher viewpoint to assess a situation is completely reasonable and it makes crims think a bit more about how they are going to conduct certain things, however purely to put someone in a cell for 15 minuets and take their license for a further 24hours is just boring for the player driving and has no real impact on the heli driver at all. (please don't turn this into a massive crim/pd argument or I will be forced to call in reinforcements in the form of bradford residents)

i agree that they were very powerful, but it wasn't common that supers were pulled out. only time i ever saw supers getting pulled out was if they were chasing a rapidgt, comet retro or an 811 (811 would be pulled out on highway) or an elegy+ in the city would get a t20/zentorno. and imo that was a much better system as you wouldn't get new players evading on a bati having 2x shinobis, a heli and other shit on them. it would be at most a hakuchou and a heli. idk server just seems to have no ooc limitations for the highspeeds now. there should be set cars that jugulars can be pulled out for. a few examples are : rapidgts elegys, paragons, schlagens etc. and the drafter should be used against cars that arent pure dogshit as a drafter is a very unreliable car to drive in general. As for shinobis, a limit to only being able to take them out for other bikes of a similar pace, for example: other shinobis, akumas, hakuchou drags and maybe a vortex too, anything under that should only get hakuchous on them and if its a shitty bike like a pcj600, 2 police bikes should be sufficient enough to catch them. this wouldn't make crims more powerful, nor make pd less powerful. it would just make chases vary more and it wouldn't be a case of ((new player)) on a stock bati is gonna get caught 99% of the time.

doesn't make a difference as far as im aware, the windows are always bullet resistant. Cars like this should only be allowed for VIP's on the server (not the pay to win vip) e.g. commissioners etc

I personally think that bulletproof/resistant cars should have drivebying disabled as with ragemps sync the windows don't smash when they're shot out of in this pov you can see me shooting the car, and him taking no damage but im able to be shot out of it please fix not pog!

-1 this is silly goofy and funny. as much as it is annoying, it's not like there are 10+ people doing it, there are 1-2 at most. it adds a bit of smarts to the fights and can be easily countered if the slightest bit of brain power is used in the situations. in my opinion it makes it more fun, and will always leave you with an insecure feeling in fights, making you watch your back and in my opinion make it more fun in general this is me dying to a sussy impostor. https://streamable.com/k15t1f
