[DEALERSHIP RAFFLE] ChromeCars - [ENDED]

Jacob Leoni 2 Tickets -
This was my first RP server of any kind, and while I read the rules enough to understand them and pass the quiz, applying them is far different. It should be the duty of every experienced player to educate newer/less experienced players....some will learn and apply, others will not care and those will eventually get kicked. Blindly kicking/punishing players instead of giving them the opportunity to learn will just lead to a dead server

fine dont un-nerf it, but a buyback program should 100% be implemented for drags (and other items in similar positions)
-
Implement gov buy-back program for drags at 2M a pop, Done. (And this is someone who has 0 drags and got out of the game at 2.7ish)

Without a judicial system it's literally the only protection crims/civs have?
-
Are we allowed to OOCLY ask PD for proof of this (them taking it out of their locker and turning it on)? How about PD/Gov vehicle 'dashcams'?
-
Set more consistent rules around what it can and cannot do (the 'cloud' should not be a thing IMO)

Just like drags dropped in price?
-
-1 - These were removed for a reason - It would devalue current super car owners assets (no, I do not own one and likely never will), similar to how drag nerfs devalued drag owners assets - Appeals can be accepted at a later date

Drag certainly was the best 'item' on the server, and quite common as well. Regardless, it's very disheartening to see items that players spent many irl hours of grinding to obtain, and certainly several players have quit regarding it. Many players have lost 300hrs+ of grinding time due to these nerfs, and it's really disappointing that OOC nerfs can cause such repercussions on players. Easy option would be to offer a government buy-back program of say 2.5M a pop, which also removes the drag from the economy, while not screwing people who invested heavily into the bikes. Another option would be elevated impound/mors costs, and extended durations. (Say mors from 4 hours after chop to 40, and same duration on drag retrieval from impound

In the past 24 hours (OOC time) Cop in super requesting gps blips for their business Cop in super going to a personal call to show a house they were selling Don't have recordings/don't record but there were others who can confirm these specific incidents and perhaps have recordings. This is a very regular occurrence it seems, now more than what I've ever before. Not sure if this is allowed or not, but regardless it definitely is immersion breaking to see so many PD liveried supers out and about regularly.

Are the tollbooths even working for anyone? 90% of the time the bars are floating over the ocean 20m west of where they should be. (If they are visible at all)

High stakes poker room(Diamond Casino?)
Jleoni replied to McLovin1257's topic in Implemented Suggestions
Poker additions/concerns/bugfixes have been regularly suggested and exclusively ignored, unfortunately. -
Not true at all, some of the faster burning cars have costs approaching cab prices in terms of $/distance traveled. This is a huge boon to gas stations, assuming players continue driving as much as they have before.

VSTR (CTS-V) miles per tank: ~323 Drag (Hayabusa) miles per tank: ~190 Police Cruiser (Crown Vic Police) miles per tank: ~380 I'm not a PD, but I am willing to bet that these ratios aren't consistent in game. Regardless, as a civilian/non-VIP driving is now prohibitively expensive/frustrating to the point that I avoid it almost entirely. You can't go anywhere without constantly worrying about being near a fuel station. No more running back to back races, or just cruising the city. If we are using the 'x4' math in the direction of increased server activity, then the values should be as follow: VSTR: 80 Drag: 47.5 Police Cruiser: 95 These make much more sense (city to paleto is about 7mi) This is yet another change to indirectly buff legal-faction/long-term players while nerfing new players/crims/civs, and the most oppressive yet.
