Player(s) being reported: ID 27 Date of interaction reported: 04/16/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1587011227 Your characters name: Valentina_Guadalupe Other player(s) involved: - Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. How did the player break the rule(s)? Before the video that i posted here, we were chasing a player that got shot and "timeout" we didn't really waited like 15 minutes for him, but i came back to see if he logged in and he didn't, this player was on top of a bridge watching us and i think he was MGing with the guy that timeout (I have the footage of the timeout if you need it), but as im not sure, i will report what i really can. We were chasing him as you can see and he starts doing wheelies on his bike, and even tried to ram one of my friends with a BF400. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/nb01mh
  3. First of all you guys need to read the rules, you can ram anyone with any car if the person its on foot and if you only try to ram once, and how can you say that i had no DM rights, when you guys were in a shootout with us? I will not comment anymore, and if David James wants your help, should put you in "other players involved" otherwise stay out of the report. He had the evidence more than 72h. As i posted " Evidence cannot be older than 48 hours. If players are deliberately withholding evidence and knowledge of a rule breach, they will be punished for said action "
  4. Hello, Valentina Guadalupe here, i was the reported. I have to mention 2 things of " Player Report Forum Section Rules ", before this report keeps going. "Attempt to inform the reported player(s) of the report through tagging or screenshots of telling them via PM they have been reported. " " Evidence cannot be older than 48 hours. If players are deliberately withholding evidence and knowledge of a rule breach, they will be punished for said action " This evidence has 72h+ and i wasn't even PMed about this report Another thing that you are able to see on his video, that was a desync hit, he didn't even lost HP when i "rammed at high speed" as he says.

Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? As you can see in video, i did the RP of taking his battery. But ID 116 was injured and he couldn't do /up. So i just did the RP of taking it. A few moments after, this same ID in the same situation call's the Police on his phone. After my friends gave demands to ID 350, as you can see in video, ID 350 timedout after got shot. We waited around 5 to 10 minutes but he didn't came back to resume the roleplay. 7. You can only try to ram, each person once. Hit or miss. And you were being directly fired at. So you can't just go back to the middle of an active shootout even if its to try to ram other person. Because you are disresgarding for your life.

    ID 218 [FRP]

Player(s) being reported: ID 218 Date of interaction reported: 04/10/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1586541179 Your characters name: Valentina_Guadalupe Other player(s) involved: - Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? As you can see in the video, ID 218 comes to ram, more than once in an active shootout, not fearing for his life. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/mcfi8k
  9. Well, i wasn't even PMed about this, glad that someone told me about it, but here is my footage moments before that shootout, getting my gun ready to shoot. Besides when we were driving i saw them shooting at my friends and i had DM rights, and as i had my gun ready too shoot as soon as they pointed the gun i shot from the car. They did not have FRP on me because i was facing them with my weapon drawn. https://streamable.com/jroyq

The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? We were involved in a shooting, when all the enemies were injured I told my friends over the radio to take off their masks so we could know their faces in the future (I don't use voice in my character, so whoever is in charge of the report can see from my logs me telling them to remove their masks over the radio) He belonged to a group of enemies, who often dress up as our friends and surround us to rob us, or are involved in shootings against me or my friends. It was when I tried to pull the mask from ID 68 with him injured, and he answered my action simply with a /do no, and when I asked the reason he answered that the mask was stuck to his face. I think just having masks glued to my face is a bit of PowerGaming, but still, I sent a PM to ID 68 asking him to send me the roleplay where he would have glued the mask to his own face. He just ignored me and I decided to come and do the report. Evidence of rule breach: Attempting to take his mask: https://imgur.com/zGbOpx8 Reason why i couldn't take his mask: https://imgur.com/0AIvuYR My PM to him: https://imgur.com/kqWHDd4
  11. The shootout was like 1 minute max. I can be seen driving around but never close to guns, only you and you had a shotgun i just went far away from you, then you were down and i come back, i don't see any fearrp on that. Its supposed to me stop driving, without people give any demands and just shoot a shotgun far away like nothing ? I rammed one person, it wasn't even you. I just realised that you were there, when you just shoot the car with the shotgun , from a distance that the bullets wouldn't even touch me.. I left the shootout with my full hp as almost everyone that was inside the car. I wasn't in any situation of FearRp. But that's a thing that the admins and moderators will judge not me.
  12. I explained, i rammed him when i realised that he was shooting at the side of my car. Because that footage it isnt when i reached there, that footage just shows me ramming one person and keep driving around far from the guns.. I was there already even before the shootout.. Its not my fault if he shoots my car from the side and i ram him in my defense. As i said i only rammed one and runned away from the guns to protect me and my friends, when i had the chance i stopped the car behind the two Kamachos.
  13. This is Valentina Guadalupe. During this situation our radios were being spammed with information such as where they would be, how many and what types of weapons they used. As Letizia said, when we got to that area, there was still no shooting going on. And I was just looking for the enemies. None of the enemies gave me any demands and just when I saw that I was getting shot at the side of the car, I ran over one of them and started driving away from those who had guns, but as you can see in the video, he was a long way away shooting a shotgun. I think I wasn't wrong, when I'm inside an SUV, a long distance away and they try to shoot me with a close range gun. I didn't have any of the people giving me demands, really putting me in a fearrp situation, yes there was a shooting, but I belong to an illegal group, which has shootings several times, I think it's not the fact of being inside a car that changes anything, because you can also see that I only ran over one person and I didn't pass near anybody else who put me really in danger, and when you can see me stopping the car, I stopped the car in a protected area, behind two Kamachos. I tried my best to follow all the rules and I don't think I broke any. I couldn't get any recording because 1 hour before, we had a similar situation and I was in a huge fps crash while recording and everything was teleporting. I apologize for the situation. Compliments.
