  1. Hey I'm ID 19. I think you are talking about me but I'm not sure because the title says ID 19 but your description says ID 90, but anyways, I talked with either you or blatniak about it a bit afterwards, but from my pov I pulled me gun before I saw you or heard "knees". In fact, I tried to pull my gun as I got out of my car but I guess I did not wait long enough for the animation of getting out of the car. From my pov the boxes were bugged which made it very hard to see you even after I went to the side of them. You can see me un-ADS almost immediately after I saw you as I was going to try to comply with you. I have attached my POV here: https://streamable.com/ko8d1 I'd like to add that this is clearly a revenge report as a member of our faction has an ongoing report against the reporting party for NRP using the same footage.
  2. @Pegasus_ If I'm understanding you right, I believe both locations should scriptly be NCZs as well, however staff are not enforcing these areas as NCZs. I just had my car stolen from Yellowjack and was told by two staff members that it wasn't an NCZ.
  3. As it stands in the rule book, "'Tequil La La' club, 'Yellow Jack Inn' bar, and the block around them" are defined NCZs. This is true for Tequilala, but only the inside of Yellow Jack is actually an NCZ in game, so it's pretty misleading when you park your car outside assuming it's safe because the rules say it is, when in actuality it is not safe at all. A simple rewording of the rules would solve this issue.

  6. Hi ID 93 here. I was actually not originally part of this chase. I was behind you trying to go straight and was about to pass you on the left but you suddenly turned left. Had I been notified that I would be reported, I would have saved my POV that would show this beter, but the reporting party never bothered to to do that. This is a simple IC traffic accident not a ram attempt. If anything more is required of me, let me know.
  7. This is all the footage I have as my replay software is set to record the last 5 minutes. I'm not exactly sure what you would be looking for, but I was at the parking lot because I had just gotten out of mission row and I was waiting on a pickup.
  8. Since the reported party references earlier points in the chase I have linked my full replay here: From my POV I never made contact with the Bifta in the parking lot therefor no RP was needed. Immediately as the chase started there were 4 separate vehicles following. From my POV none of these vehicles gave demands during the chase. My issue with your demands is that they were given when I was actively trying to turn around and as your bifta was completely faced away from my schafter with 2-3 other vehicles headed directly towards you and you felt that it was reasonable to focus fire in my vehicle as soon as I backed up, even when you began to drive away.
  9. Player(s) being reported: ID 155 Date of interaction reported: 2/8/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1581213446 Your characters name: Donny Bruno Other player(s) involved: DeShawn Haywood, ID 163 Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? We began following the white Bifta from parking because we were informed earlier over radio that they had started a shootout in Paleto. The rule breach was about 3 minutes into the chase and no demands were given and no shots were fired up to this point. I believe that the demands shown in the video linked aren't even valid as we were both in moving cars. Even if they would be deemed valid, ID 155 gave almost no time to comply before firing shots. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/t1qnt If longer footage is needed, let me know.
