    Four Seas Order

    Aye good shit Jae!
  3. Agreed. In what IRL scenario would a gang leader/higherup reject someone who could be a helpful asset to the organization because they don't need any more members. Gang rp should have the same sense of working towards a position of power that real gangs work towards.
  4. Huge +1 current crim rp opportunities are suffering and has killed my interest in returning to the server. If the purpose of the member cap really is to let smaller gangs compete in the crim world and for new gangs to emerge, this makes little sense realistically. Most major cities with a major criminal population are home to 1-3 major gangs that play a large part in the criminal activity within the city (think Bloods, Crips, Latin Kings, MS-13, etc.) so why should ecrp cap its major criminal influences in size? Realistically if a small street gang were to give rise in somewhere like LA, which Los Santos is based on, they would most likely have ties with a major organization like Bloods or Crips, or they would be pushed out of the city by one of these organizations. In the current state of things, The Triads and Zetas have built their numbers entirely off of IC decisions and becoming appealing options for someone looking to rp as a crim, so why should their IC achievements be restricted OOCly? As of right now there are around 15 active crim factions in ecrp which present each person with different rp opportunities. I think that the current faction population is diverse enough and implementing OOC restrictions to increase the number of crim groups will just spread the crim population thinner.
  5. Big ass +1 so easy to abuse it without being caught
  6. Player(s) being reported: ID 372 Date of interaction reported: 4/16/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1587076627 Your characters name: Donny Bruno Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. 12. New Life Rule (NLR) The new life rule is triggered whenever a player’s character spawns at a hospital. Players cannot force their own death. The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it and the information collected in that time frame. Example: A player is killed in a robbery. The player’s knowledge of the robbery, the robber and their death is not usable by the player in their new life. All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved How did the player break the rule(s)? I stopped at a random dead body I came across to see if it had been gutted. I gutted the body and while i was opening the inventory to take the meat ID 372 deliberately ran over me in a money truck. It's hard to see in the clip because I saved it before he got out, but the dead body belongs to ID 372 which means he returned to the scene of his death within 30 minutes. After I clipped, ID 372 got out of the truck, looted my items, then drove away. I also told the player in /b to save his pov and that he would be reported but he never responded. 7. +1 Re-texture to some sort of concrete barrier would at least make more sense. If not removed, I'd like to see them re-textured to look similar to this: Hopefully something can be done about the late rendering issue too.
  8. Hey I'm ID 19. I think you are talking about me but I'm not sure because the title says ID 19 but your description says ID 90, but anyways, I talked with either you or blatniak about it a bit afterwards, but from my pov I pulled me gun before I saw you or heard "knees". In fact, I tried to pull my gun as I got out of my car but I guess I did not wait long enough for the animation of getting out of the car. From my pov the boxes were bugged which made it very hard to see you even after I went to the side of them. You can see me un-ADS almost immediately after I saw you as I was going to try to comply with you. I have attached my POV here: https://streamable.com/ko8d1 I'd like to add that this is clearly a revenge report as a member of our faction has an ongoing report against the reporting party for NRP using the same footage.
  9. @Pegasus_ If I'm understanding you right, I believe both locations should scriptly be NCZs as well, however staff are not enforcing these areas as NCZs. I just had my car stolen from Yellowjack and was told by two staff members that it wasn't an NCZ.
  10. As it stands in the rule book, "'Tequil La La' club, 'Yellow Jack Inn' bar, and the block around them" are defined NCZs. This is true for Tequilala, but only the inside of Yellow Jack is actually an NCZ in game, so it's pretty misleading when you park your car outside assuming it's safe because the rules say it is, when in actuality it is not safe at all. A simple rewording of the rules would solve this issue.
