There has been a lot of solid suggestions here, but one that I did not yet see is making Cayo Perico actually useful, either putting a few labs across the island with each of their own plantation zones, or putting up a few locations where cooking materials can be collected, both from Humane and importable. This would not only solve the issue of not having money for ingredients, but would also give people more reason to visit the island. If this was to be implemented I think that it would also be nice to implement the tug boat to be available to the public so people could take their own vehicles to the island. I think that the implementation could also add to RP, as if criminals settle there, they could make rebel groups and gather resources to take the fight directly to the government, just one of many possibilities. I don't think that the simple implementation of Cayo Perico would solve all the issues of crim RP in it's current state, the suggestions that I do agree with would be reverting labs and chops to how they used to work. Reverting labs would not only make labs alive again, but would revive the (in its current state) singular most useless lab in the city AKA LSD lab. Reverting Chops to how they used to work would fix issues with the current chopping system, as people with few funds would still be able to make money off crim RP. I do not agree with removing the new systems entirely however, a workaround could be that labs in their old state pay less than the home labs, same going for the chops. This I do agree with, however another possible workaround would be editing the old chop system a bit, not leaving it so that one out of 12 chops are open, but with a new day in game at 00:00, there would be an X% chance for a chop to spawn at one of those locations. The percentage could also increase over time if a chop hasn't been active for a while.
  2. Personally I disagree with this. Lack of RP can be said for the whole server, it's your own fault if you just want to tab out and watch Netflix for the duration of your sentence. As an ex DOC guard, and a current MSI, I've realized that inside DOC, you need to make up your own RP if you want it. There has been suggestions about improving DOC and giving inmates something to do by themselves, which I do agree with. There's not much to do inside, but if you want to do something, you have to make it up. RP is not gonna come flying your way. For the offline time being served, I think that DOC has already been taken to a point where it's near the bottom. A compromise could be this:

Expected behavior: If s suspention is lifted, then the demerits stay. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Once a license suspention has been lifted, all of the demerits that had previously been on the players record get removed. My character had around 15 or so, and an officer incorrectly applied the license suspention, suspending my license for 2 days instead of 1. After pm-ing him, he lifted the suspention and suspended it again for a day. After getting my license back, I realised that all of my demerits were gone off the license. It's not a game breaking bug, but it would be nice to fix and maybe to re-add the demerits to my characters record as it would be nice for RP. Proof of having: N/A, tried searching through my POV's but found no evidence supporting this. However, if you come up to any of the people that know me ICly they would confirm this fact. Even some of PD / SD might remember, people who can deffinetly confirm this are Marcus Falcone and Apol Falcone. Others may not know me.   4. +1, but make it not cancel any current animations and / or action timers as it would be more annoying than useful.
  5. +1, It is possible to spawn in peds and give them certaint animations, just like the peds for turfs, admins could write up a script where they can run a command and have a few different spawn locations for the peds, vehicles, and other models that may be needed. Maybe have it on a timer, or make it a percentage chance like it is with drug tables to explode.

  11. It's been gone for a while, although I do know that a lot of people miss it, including me. I also think that it works with /r only (not sure tho). Would love to see admins fix this!

If so, you are able to go to mors and take it out of mors and drive it around. Expected behavior: Having a vehicle on a flatbed sends it to mors until it is put down. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Get a vehicle on a flatbed and go to mors, take it out, park it (apartment complex worked for me), if the vehicle that is on the flatbed when you park it, it will stay there, showing up in the UI, but in /vehiclestats it may be impounded, or in mors again. If so, you are able to take it out of the apartment, avoiding impound fees or mors fees. (The time when I did it, it was free) Vehicle license plate number*: HEITOUIT
