In nower irl modern day crime organizations possibly not no they dress normal and low profile. But if there was a gang brought into ecrp who portrayed themselves as close to real Italian gangsters from the 80's, 90's Im sure youll find they pretty much did dress like that. Also this is a game after all and just because mafias dont dress like this irl why cant factions on ecrp do this to achieve better looks, and capture the immersion. Even if nower day crime organizations dont, whats stopping new clothing items such as over coat / more jackets, more shirt options, new hats, pants shoes gun harnesses etc coming into ecrp that help gangs meet the image they are suppose to be holding by. When me and sico created La Famiglia it wasnt about what "colour" we wore, we tried to capture the italian mafia look in what we thought looked best, people in our faction liked and enjoyed representing, what made us stood out and what backed up our lore. The only thing that made LF recognizable was the mask we wore because as @alexalex303 said if your not in colours in ecrp your not seen and can be classed as inactive or never around. I would very much like to see things like this brought into ecrp as some gangs / factions take pride in what they wear and how they portray themselves. More options to do this would be great.

After a very long, anticipated wait, It was finally the open day for Al Dente’s. Employees started gathering in the restaurant thirty minutes before the doors opened up to public. Here Marcus Falcone and Mikey Moore went through a few pointers with the employees, answering any questions, and they began preparing the restaurant for active operations! A handful of parties burst through the door groups at a time, filtered by the security team. Each party were greeted by Marcus Falcone and the waitering team at the doors, before being assigned a waiter and lead to a table! The restaurant began filling fairly quickly, classical Italian music began playing from the speakers, the place rapidly risen to the standard, of a true Italiano vibe that meet with the beautiful Interior design. Big thankyou to all who turned up to the event! After attending a successful Clappers event, Marcus Falcone managed to grab hold of an old friend, Larry Wrzosek. They settled down for a brief meeting to discuss business. Having said Clappers and Al Dente’s are the only two Italian restaurants in the city, it was agreed they should work together, looking out for one another's best interests. This is when Larry Wrzosek suggested a supply chain he uses for liquor. It was then that Marcus was introduced to Ania Wawrzyniec, owner of the Hungry Hunter store located in North Rockford Dr. Larry explained Ania's bulk order services for booze and other supply's from her store and Marcus liked what he heard. The following day, Marcus Contacted Ania In hopes to conduct some business. After a while, he had received a reply that his order had been placed, and was waiting for him! Arriving at the Hungry Hunter store, Marcus was very impressed with the set up and system that was in place. He secured his order from a locker down the side of the store, using a one time code from a note he purchased from the vending machines. Fastening a loaded crate full of booze into his vehicle, he set off back to the restaurant heavily satisfied with the service! The next step in resupplying the restaurant ready for the GRAND RE OPENING was to gather a batch of fresh meat. Vivienne Jones, Mikey Moore and Olivia Can all assisted in restocking food supplys for Al Dente’s!

A few days had passed since Marcus Falcone has re-purchased the restaurant, to get his business up and running again he knew he had to find reliable, top quality employees who would make the business flourish. After advertising the available positions through weasel ads, he found himself with a handful of bright minded, eager individuals who wanted to help make Al Dente’s the best place it could possibly be! A training day was taken place so the new employees would get an idea of how the restaurant would operate, as well as getting confidence and experience within their job role! The managers of Al Dente’s, Leonardo Falcone, Mikey Moore and Marcus Falcone had a brief meeting in the upstairs office before the doors were open and service could begin. Following the meeting, Leonardo gave the green light on the work frequency to let the guests inside. Walking downstairs, Marcus was delighted to see his chosen guests for the training day could arrive! Tyrone Cox, Adaline Lovelace, Evan Valentine and Kellie Vaeseri entered the restaurant with smiles on their face, complimenting the restaurant and expressing their excitement! They were show to their seats and services began! Lenny Haze, began preparing the kitchen while Mike Mentzer and Stewie Gravoso, a close and trusted friend from last years operations of the restaurant set off on their waitering. Aaron Addams began preparing the drinks for the guests and everything came together swiftly. Leonardo began playing classical Italiano music as the guests food and drinks was brought to them. After the guest party finished their meals and drinks, all employees were called up to their table. Feedback was received, tips were given, everyone had a warm smile on their face! The employees at Al Dente’s left with confidence in their job roles, and exited for the GRAND RE OPENING!

Al Dente’s was first constructed in Winter 2022. The owner, Marcus Falcone always had the dream of running a restaurant to bring a taste of his home country Sicily, Italy to Los Santos.
