For many years on this server I've main'ed as a crim. And within that time I have been through the peak, and the dip. Crim has always remained the same, with very little changes through the years. You login, you do the same jobs over and over, then a fight or two. To keep players active, motivated, keeping new or bringing old players back, things MUST change. 1 - Cartel (Illegal Faction management) I think there needs to be more input from the cartel. IN GAME. It would make things interesting and support more roleplay. This covers everything from generic meetings as you progress through Tiers - for good or bad reasons, gun orders - I have always disliked the way you order from the NPC's. It feels empty and lifeless, why not implement having to go through the cartel In game, and physically meet with them for a exchange? And more things like Cartel offering you exclusive jobs, with high reward and risk factors. The scenarios you could create are endless, provides more roleplay, more cartel integration and shifts focus away from generic things. 2 - Criminal Jobs The jobs a criminal can do in ECRP has more or less stayed the exact same through the years. ATM's, stores, house robberies, banks, chopping, and cooking. In my opinion, there is SO much more that can be added, newer more interesting jobs that can remotivate players. Introduce boosting cars, jobs that require some form of hacking mini games, robbing money trucks that are rolling through the city hell the possibilities are endless and hope to see it once ECRP goes to FiveM. Adding more criminal jobs also solves a cop issue with them not having much to do. When someone evades there's 10+ cruisers on the chase cause not much is happening. Add more jobs, people start doing different things, cops get spread and have more things to respond to. 3 - Cooking drugs. People ask "Why does crim mostly revolve around PVP?" In my opinion the answer is because it does. Most of the well paying jobs that people are more likely to do due to the reward, has some form of PVP involvement. Public labs almost always ends up in a shootout. Public chopping same deal. Once private labs was removed and public labs became a thing, I believe this is what mainly cooked crim roleplay. Criminals stopped roleplaying, and instead once they had a healthy number online its "lets spin labs" Everyone wants to cook because drugs makes the most, and in that happening a shootout always occurs. I'm not saying bring back private labs, because staying in your comfy property for 5 hours making millions a day with no risk is boring. But some change needs to come with this. 4 - PVP Limitations. I think in terms of PVP, there should be a limit to how many people can be involved in a fight. 5 max, 10 max, pick any number you think Is necessary but set a limit - People will read this and think hell no but hear me out - Limiting a lets call it "demon time group" to 5, or 10 adds more positives then negatives. Firstly, if the max amount of numbers from your faction to shoot is on a limit, other members of the faction will be off doing other stuff rather than the entire faction coming on to "spin labs" Secondly, a limit will help newer factions with less members out In PVP. They wont find themself in a 20v8 shootout, get obliterated, then disband after being bullied around for a for weeks by the bigger factions, this means new factions will most likely remain. This would change alot of things. Such as how many people can hold a lab. If 2 factions are beefing, how many are aloud to go shoot. Setting a limit I think would even things out for everyone, including smaller groups and cops. - Yes, this limit would also involve the police. Nowadays if you get into a shootout and cops arrive, you can expect an army to appear, Id say if a gang limit of shooters was set to 5, or 10, then cops are only aloud that as well, maybe a few more because realistically there would be more police involved In a shootout than gang members.

I have not properly rp’d as a full on criminal since 2023 on my main, but I will make some points that in my opinion need an absolute look into / change based on my past experiences, as well as current nowerday issues I’m aware of. I’m glad this topic is here now, over the years there has always been crim vs cop squabble, but this I believe is an important topic that must be looked over word by word. Why? The server is moving to FiveM. And the server as we currently know it has a dwindling playerbase. Moving to FiveM things MUST change in order to either bring old players back and active, or keep new ones in. 1 - Tasing through windows of a vehicle. This has been mentioned alot of times already so keeping it short and sweet, it’s highly unrealistic, kills off any progressive roleplay for the scenario, and does bring along a need to “win win win” mentality. 2 - Air1 abuse. I was recently told of a situation where a friend of mine and his illegal faction was involved in a big chase with LSPD. The chase prolonged, air 1 was involved. I was told that when the original air 1 needed a refuel, a second helicopter to “cover the chase” was called in while the original helicopter refuelled and later returned. In my opinion, both policing factions are very well equipped with an entire fleet of vehicles to give them the balanced fighting chance in chases. Air1 is OP enough as it is, I’ve never been in any police faction, but owning a helicopter on one of my characters and being able to see what Air1 would see in a chase makes me wonder why there’s even a need to abuse it to an advantage. If Air1 needs a refuel, that’s up to the ground units to lock in and stay on the chase. As a criminal, seeing air1 pull off to refuel and soon return after provides a balanced opportunity to the criminal to “make their move” within the pursuit and try to successfully escape. With the open sky, barely any restrictions and speed of a helicopter, there’s no need to be abusing that. 3 - The seemingly unlimited police response. NLR After reading through comments already made, the NLR being played to an advantage seems to come up a abit. My days of getting into huge gang bang fights with pd/sd are over. There’s no actual gain from it since you can’t loot anything bar gloves and radios, and if you lose your looking at a 50-100k plus loadout gone. But knowing about gangs who have the fighting power to wipe an entire response team and win, only for them to respawn, lock and load and go again seems stupidly crazy. 4 - Cops response. Just logging in and driving around a few weeks ago, I witnessed what can only be described as an ARMY (at least 10+) of cop cars chasing ONE vehicle with 2 occupants. This is just wrong, it’s unbalanced, and not fun for crims, probably one of the many reasons why people are giving up as a crim. As a duo, idk what they did to get into that situation, but let’s say for instance why were caught robbing a ATM or a store? Why do they have a Flecca bank level response on their ass for something so small, with very little reward? A limit of how many cops can respond to a call based on the severity of the criminal activity would solve this. Eg someone robbing a house or a store should have A FAIR AMOUNT, but fewer cops to deal with compared to someone robbing a bank due to the risk v reward. 5 - My personal point. My main point I’d like to push is not just a cop problem, but a crim one as well as I believe they work both hand in hand. Back in the day, playing as a crim from 2021 - 2023, crim felt like it owned the server. Huge OG gangs that ran shit, pretty much winning every outcome with cops. What did that lead to? Cops getting updated, better vehicles, better loadouts etc, anything to even the odds which I’m all for and support. But look at the server now, the criminal world feels absolutely empty, and for the cops, once they gained and gained to be able to fight back, they held their power and never lost it - if anything it kept improving after crims had indeed diminished. That’s the main issue. What do cops do? Respond to criminal activity. For years now with barely any change what does a criminal do to gain attention of authorities? The usual banks, stores, chopping, cooking drugs and a few small things like ATMS and houses. The empty crim world as we know it today, plus absolutely no major new criminal changes being implemented over years? No wonder I’m seeing 10+ cops chasing 2 poor guys who probably just did an ATM, they clearly have a lot of time in their hands. As I said before I believe crim and cops work hand in hand. Once the server moves to FiveM, if cooler, better, NEW criminal jobs came to ECRP, no matter how small or big, that would solve the overwhelming cop issue because their forces will be spread more - actually giving crims more of a chance to make money.

In nower irl modern day crime organizations possibly not no they dress normal and low profile. But if there was a gang brought into ecrp who portrayed themselves as close to real Italian gangsters from the 80's, 90's Im sure youll find they pretty much did dress like that. Also this is a game after all and just because mafias dont dress like this irl why cant factions on ecrp do this to achieve better looks, and capture the immersion. Even if nower day crime organizations dont, whats stopping new clothing items such as over coat / more jackets, more shirt options, new hats, pants shoes gun harnesses etc coming into ecrp that help gangs meet the image they are suppose to be holding by. When me and sico created La Famiglia it wasnt about what "colour" we wore, we tried to capture the italian mafia look in what we thought looked best, people in our faction liked and enjoyed representing, what made us stood out and what backed up our lore. The only thing that made LF recognizable was the mask we wore because as @alexalex303 said if your not in colours in ecrp your not seen and can be classed as inactive or never around. I would very much like to see things like this brought into ecrp as some gangs / factions take pride in what they wear and how they portray themselves. More options to do this would be great.

After a very long, anticipated wait, It was finally the open day for Al Dente’s. Employees started gathering in the restaurant thirty minutes before the doors opened up to public. Here Marcus Falcone and Mikey Moore went through a few pointers with the employees, answering any questions, and they began preparing the restaurant for active operations! A handful of parties burst through the door groups at a time, filtered by the security team. Each party were greeted by Marcus Falcone and the waitering team at the doors, before being assigned a waiter and lead to a table! The restaurant began filling fairly quickly, classical Italian music began playing from the speakers, the place rapidly risen to the standard, of a true Italiano vibe that meet with the beautiful Interior design. Big thankyou to all who turned up to the event! As well as an honorable mention to all employees for their amazing efforts and RP showcase: Lenny Haze, Linden Thuynsma, Jack Mcall, Stewie Gravoso, Aubrey Brown, Adaline Lovelace, Nea Roberts, Joey Morningstar, Geo Miller, Daniel Zikiri, Nelson Moore and Mikey Moore.

After attending a successful Clappers event, Marcus Falcone managed to grab hold of an old friend, Larry Wrzosek. They settled down for a brief meeting to discuss business. Having said Clappers and Al Dente’s are the only two Italian restaurants in the city, it was agreed they should work together, looking out for one another's best interests. This is when Larry Wrzosek suggested a supply chain he uses for liquor. It was then that Marcus was introduced to Ania Wawrzyniec, owner of the Hungry Hunter store located in North Rockford Dr. Larry explained Ania's bulk order services for booze and other supply's from her store and Marcus liked what he heard. The following day, Marcus Contacted Ania In hopes to conduct some business. After a while, he had received a reply that his order had been placed, and was waiting for him! Arriving at the Hungry Hunter store, Marcus was very impressed with the set up and system that was in place. He secured his order from a locker down the side of the store, using a one time code from a note he purchased from the vending machines. Fastening a loaded crate full of booze into his vehicle, he set off back to the restaurant heavily satisfied with the service! The next step in resupplying the restaurant ready for the GRAND RE OPENING was to gather a batch of fresh meat. Vivienne Jones, Mikey Moore and Olivia Can all assisted in restocking food supplys for Al Dente’s!

A few days had passed since Marcus Falcone has re-purchased the restaurant, to get his business up and running again he knew he had to find reliable, top quality employees who would make the business flourish. After advertising the available positions through weasel ads, he found himself with a handful of bright minded, eager individuals who wanted to help make Al Dente’s the best place it could possibly be! A training day was taken place so the new employees would get an idea of how the restaurant would operate, as well as getting confidence and experience within their job role! The managers of Al Dente’s, Leonardo Falcone, Mikey Moore and Marcus Falcone had a brief meeting in the upstairs office before the doors were open and service could begin. Following the meeting, Leonardo gave the green light on the work frequency to let the guests inside. Walking downstairs, Marcus was delighted to see his chosen guests for the training day could arrive! Tyrone Cox, Adaline Lovelace, Evan Valentine and Kellie Vaeseri entered the restaurant with smiles on their face, complimenting the restaurant and expressing their excitement! They were show to their seats and services began! Lenny Haze, began preparing the kitchen while Mike Mentzer and Stewie Gravoso, a close and trusted friend from last years operations of the restaurant set off on their waitering. Aaron Addams began preparing the drinks for the guests and everything came together swiftly. Leonardo began playing classical Italiano music as the guests food and drinks was brought to them. After the guest party finished their meals and drinks, all employees were called up to their table. Feedback was received, tips were given, everyone had a warm smile on their face! The employees at Al Dente’s left with confidence in their job roles, and exited for the GRAND RE OPENING!
