  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 100 Date of interaction reported: 22/12/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1608645905 Your characters name: Bryce Stonewall Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear RP is showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life. If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands. If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims which were under fear RP remain as so. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. A player still has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object. 4. Hacking and Exploits Players must not have mods, trainers, or any kind of software installed that gives any advantage. Server bugs may not be used for advantage and must be reported on ECLIPSE Roleplay forums. Server scripts must not be exploited in any way, e.g. circumventing AFK timer. How did the player break the rule(s)? I ran up to ID 100 and gave him demands whilst he was picking up weed plants, He was bug abusing by having a gun in his hand while picking up plants and shot me when he should of been under fear RP without a gun in his hand. https://streamable.com/18ev5b
  2. Hello, due to there being several untrue statements in the other parties response, I will dissect each statement that I believe are untrue. Due to the sheer amount of rule breaks that took place during this incident, there are around twenty different point of views that says otherwise. At the point of me loading back in, the fight was already over and at a looting stage, as you can clearly see the remaining of his allies looting the dead bodies. It was not ten seconds. You say I lost very little in the situation, but I in fact lost all items on my person, the Rapid GT I was travelling in and the weaponry which were stored inside. Not only this, I completely lost any opportunity to roleplay my way out of the situation and/or escape. Which I otherwise could have done had the unfortunate code 0 not been abused to gain an IC advantage. I in no way had the same advantages prior to the disconnect. The starting demands that was given to the people present was from within a closed vehicle, i.e. not valid. I would have in fact been able to retreat to my vehicle that was a couple meters behind me, where I had weaponry and would have chosen my path from there. To support this claim, I borrowed footage that was used in a separate report regarding the same incident. https://streamable.com/19hxqw
  3. Player(s) being reported: 54 Date of interaction reported: 19/10/20 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1603059424 Your characters name: Tony Cortese Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours. How did the player break the rule(s)? Game closed itself during a meeting, by the time I was able to load back in, the fact had already happened, all shots had seized and it was at a looting stage, I loaded in, in front of the remaining players. I started off by informing the remaining players that I coded, to ensure the roleplay was taken no further to a point where we wouldn't be able to go back. I was allowed 7 seconds to respond to the demands and was subsequently shot as I got down on my knees. I was standing there, unarmed, the other party knew by the tag above my name that I was in the midst of responding. Had this been in the middle of a shootout and not after the fact I would have had more of a understanding for the actions taken. Evidence of rule breach: https://youtu.be/8o360o_gato
  4. Player(s) being reported: 396, 415, 345, 76, 315, 369, 310, 399, 410, 397, 154, 169 & 286 Date of interaction reported: 17/10/20 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1602889512 Your characters name: Tony Cortese Other player(s) involved: Alicia Rodriguez & Del Torro Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? Myself and the two other occupants of the vehicle arrived at our headquarters, upon arrival, we saw two Irish picklocking Panto's and a Bifta within the main fence, risking their lives for three vehicles that chop for 3k at most. Both players fled the headquarters and we decided not to pursue them, showing zero hostility what so ever. All three occupants of the vehicle had no prior interaction(s) with any of the aforementioned parties and where not involved in any hostility nor shootouts through out the day, two of us being fully unmasked and simply sitting there. There was no heavy weaponry or any items within the vehicle displayed to the reported party, simply risking their own life's, coming into another gangs headquarters attempting to rob without there being any illegal activities taking place, element of gain or proper roleplay escalation prior to this incident with any of the members inside the vehicle. Other than the driver attempting to flee, back right passenger was subsequently shot and killed without showing resistance, after being immobilized after an obvious stall. Faction Management help guide factions such as Aztecas and Triads in promoting a better roleplay environment and roleplay standards overall, and I feel as though it is not rply responsible to risk everyone life's without there being a known element of gain or strong enough motive to orchestrate a robbery of three people inside one of the biggest gang headquarters in the city. I do not take reports such as these lightly, seeing as the outcome sets a precedent for future roleplay. Evidence of rule breach:
  5. Hello Tony Cortese here, As the reporter failed to reach out to the majority of the parties involved, wherein they could of contacted the different factions letting them know there was a report to be made for those involved in the aforementioned incident, I have no personal footage to rely on, as it was later deleted for more storage space. Everything surrounding the incident has already been said, therefore I will only speak from my point of view. I, however was not a part of the group that fired from the red parking lot. I was stationed directly across the highway closer and at a lower altitude. I only started opening fire on the officers after they retreated back to their vehicle seeking cover after realizing what was about to unfold. From my position, and the great distance between the officers and my ally, I never endangered my fellow ally's life as he never was remotely close to the firing line.
  6. @Aldarine I was not the individual that injured ID 79. As you can see in the first video I was not a part of the situation til seconds later after he got injured. It must have had happened in the encounter with ID 116, at 2-3 meters distance. The bullet that hit ID 79 was due to one or two things. Either desync or accidental missfire when shooting at ID 116. Since he was already injured when I arrived, I had no RP reason to shoot him, as he was already immobilized and no immediate threat to my allies.
  7. @Aldarine I initially came from behind the officers, I watched the officers and my allies exchange fire.
  8. @Aldarine I never opened fire on anyone that was at a lower elevation than me. I was at ground floor through that whole situation until the last 5 minutes where my character accidentally started going up a ladder and I instantly got shot in the back by a shotgun, where I got injured and bled out. All my encounters where close quarter combat with standing officers, first encounter I believe I was no more than 2-3 meters away from the standing officer and the second time I shot, I believe I was no more than 15 meters away, where if I remember correctly, I shot around 3 bullets at standing officers running around, where neither of my allies was in the firing line. Again, I have no footage from this, as I was never told I'd get reported, I'm not even sure the reporter is reporting me.
  9. @Aldarine Could you read my statement again, I never denied shooting the individuals at the scene. I denied the inquiry about me being at a greater altitude than any of the other opposing individuals upon shooting. Where the distance between me and them was no further than 20 meters.
  10. Tony Cortese here, thank you @Aldarine for taking the time to review this report. I was never warned or told there would be any reports from this situation, thus I have no relevant footage from the situation. However to clarify, I never opened fire on the reporter nor any government employee for that matter, in which I was at a greater elevation. As you can see in the supplemented evidence, I, ID 60, was at the ground floor when ID 45 and ID 19 arrived on scene. I was seconds later shot in the back and injured by ID 19.
  11. To be clear, writing in the "crash-reports" channel does not prove your innocence by any means. It is simply notifying the other parties involved when you will make your return and if you can. It is clearly stated within the rules that if you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. Both Howard Kings and Benjamin young did write in the "crash-reports" channel, Benjamin Young writing in the crash-reports channel 25 minutes after the actual happening, after being notified they where getting reported. When I queried for any proof, Benjamin Young linked me to this website, disclaimer flashing lights: https://pnrtscr.com/n42ldj I'm having a really hard time understanding how this is in any way realistic, after being under direct gunpoint in a shootout Mike Burke continued to make the call to Police and MD, knowing I was standing there, spamming special characters such as: How would you attempting to rob someone at a drug lab that turned into a shootout for then decide to call the Police and MD be in any way realistic.
  12. Player(s) being reported: ID 135, ID 98 and ID 60 Date of interaction reported: 03.05.20 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1588492892 Your characters name: Tony Cortese Other player(s) involved: Juan Moto Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. How did the player break the rule(s)? After being injured ID 135 started screaming on radio, showing little to no care for his life, also promoting unrealistic and poor roleplay where there never was any attempt at acting injured. ID 135 and ID 60 promptly combat logged and never came back. While being at direct gunpoint ID 98 continued to call both Police and MD, where he started spamming characters to get the phone call through, knowing I would kill him. I notified ID 135 and ID 60 through discord, I asked for proof and they where reluctant to give me any. When notified on discord, one of the defendants decided to write in "crash-reports", 25 minutes after the happening. Evidence of rule breach: https://youtu.be/Rh2rn5rjx6A Confirmation them never returning.

    ID 344 (Deathmatch)

I unfortunately do not, I assume there are logs of the players that hit me and ID 219, however not the bullets hitting the car. I'm not as concerned of the players that opened fire after 344, assuming they where just following suit with what was happening from the initial spray.
  14. Player(s) being reported: ID 344 and whoever continued firing Date of interaction reported: 22/03/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1584836645 Your characters name: Tony Cortese Other player(s) involved: Richard_Jordan(ID 219) Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. How did the player break the rule(s)? Me and ID 219 had no previous interaction with any members of the PD faction nor SD faction. In the events before what is showed in the evidence, we where never in any near proximity to the situation already happening, seeing as we had just entered the city. As seen in the video, when driving down the street, away from the situation happening, not being in any relative proximity to be a threat, ID 344 without hesitation starts emptying their automatic rifle into my car. After the first burst, I stopped the car to show I'm not a threat, thinking ID 344 would give us any demands or instructions, but instead reloads and keeps emptying their magazine into my car. We never once fired a bullet or attempted to drive anyone over. I have sympathy for when people accidentally missfire or make small mistakes, but the fact that ID 344 kept on trying to spray us down when we showed we where no imminent threat aggravates me. It does not matter whether you are a part of a Police faction or civilian, this behavior is reprehensible and not acceptable. When you are a police officer you are entrusted with extra abilities, allowing you to more or less decide the outcome of the situation for any particular civilian, by a miracle me nor the person in my car got injured, had we been injured, we would have been searched, arrested and had charges stacked ruining our whole night and possibly the next day. The situation happening is no excuse for this behavior, at the end of the day we're all players, I expect the verdict to be as impartial like any other report.
