Many times over past few weeks have i tired to engage with PD/SD in RP situations and a lot of the time im just outright ignored happened just today i asked some officer what would my charges be and he just outright ignored my question, this right here takes so much away from RP as how can you question the charges open up more dialog. I just feel as you mentioned above a lot of officers just want to smack you with the charges and be done with you.

Of course its to do with salaries with better salaries more people would want to be on duty and apply for said job 5.5-6k per hour is pocket change, as a former mechanic most of the time i could not be motivated at all to put my hours in bigger salaries is more incentive to work.

Inflation in the city has been rising for so long now and salaries have been flat for even longer and its probably about time some companies got a pay rise, Weazal news for example has been ridiculous trying to put adds out for the past few weeks of all my trying yesterday i was only able to place one add in all my hours playing and you'd be lucky to find two people on duty at any giving time even during peak hours. I cant blame people for not wanting to put the time in as salaries really do suck these days and you can make more in that hour from mining or hunting.

Painkiller is a good idea and you could only need weed to make them also great for rp as you could sell them to people for say half the price the current cost at MD, but they cant be sold scriptly

Yes pretty much it i dont have any issues with the current method that comes with mobile labs i think its great but taking away static labs does take a lot away from holding down a lab, honestly its a lot of effort cooking mobile sometimes i would like the opportunity to cook at a static lab and relax with some people. reason i mention that only supplies that restock at static labs can only be used at static labs is because people will only hoard supplies from each lab to use on their mobile labs.

certainly dropping the timers for static labs would make more sense than upping the prices, i have lots of great memories from spending my time at labs and it was a great way for new gangs to make money and hold down a lab.

Labs are pretty much dead now and have taken away a big part of criminal RP now like holding down labs to make money, go raiding it would be good for supplies to come back but supplies found at labs cannot be used on tables you buy via black market, this would be a great starter for people who don't have the contacts or the money to pay for these tables and supplies. These supplies found at labs can be of higher grade and as so could fetch more money at the drop off points giving the risk it would make sense hopefully this can be implemented as i believe it would benefit everyone overall, all aspects of crim rp and cops vs crims. Edit: As a few people have mentioned shorter timers would be a better alternative than to sell drugs for a higher price.

They needs to be a sense of immersion when it comes to cops and their ultimate guns, cars and so on yes while they might not own the items in question they still get a salary and have fun on the job so what if they die they lose nothing and can just do the same thing all over again. When cop cars gets rekt they just drive to PD and spawn a new one fresh fuel, health, and vests cops should haft to get cars repaired just like anyone else open up and armoury within the PD so they must go and get new stock when needed like kevlar vests, guns and ammo. Cops should also need to refuel cars when required and take it to the repair shop when needed. Auto repair shops could be opened just for police vehicles, one behind Paleto SD and another at the abandoned PD near highend in the city more immersion would benefit everyone and no longer could cops just keep rinsing and repeating after every pursuit or shootout.

Drug farming should be rewarding this isnt nowhere near rewarding in its current state i like the concept but this comes with way too many flaws, all risk no reward but at least cops are having fun knocking down doors whilst criminal rp takes a huge hit. make farming drugs worth while give us harsher punishments it should be high risk big rewards.
