Bans are not handed out lightly so it makes sense that should the person being banned makes an appeal, the appeal should be reviewed adequately and carefully, reviewing all pertinent information. The integrity and safety of the server is paramount so I think the time of appeals as it stands, is necessary to maintain the integrity and safety of the server and community.

+1 Would be great for bus shelters to be added to the maps where the routes are placed however I think placing markers on the map where the stops are would clog the HUD and cause issues with weazel blips. There are improvements that could be made for the bus job though. It would be great to see buses actually being purposeful other than a way to get money.

Great idea so long as you don't come to an intersection, panic and struggle to close your phone to hit a wasd key and get hit by a car! Should also be cancelled should you be tazed/hurt/injured so its not abused! +1

+1 From an LEO perspective it would be great if detectives could 'examine' packed cash. Then a notification at the top could say 'Money appears genuine' or 'money appears counterfeit' This way there is risk and reward both ways. If you're caught with counterfeit money you can get 'possession of counterfeit currency' If you get caught manufacturing 'manufacturing counterfeit currency Also contributing to criminal RP and progression. Nice!

Expected behavior: At random times, Health can be full, Health can be low, the vehicle will periodically lift itself off the ground, almost like you're running over something, causing you to spin out, its impossible to drive sometimes. This is a very generalised opinion, it's sad that you have had bad experiences to make you feel this way. Moving forward maybe constructive ideas and suggestions would help improve gameplay for everyone.

I understand what you're saying, however it was demanded the spike strips be removed which meant your tires couldn't be disabled and realistically speaking I'm not sure I agree you would have seen them being placed. However think about it from a realistic and logical stand point. After holding a poor man hostage with large pistols, along with the clerks and stealing large quantities from a bank, would you not think to be met with hostile retaliation. I cannot speak for everyone else's intentions, however, I can speak on mine from other experiences, the tires were the target of gun fire to vastly disable or slow the vehicle. There are other factors at play that you cannot see also. For example in real life at any given point there are helicopters available for use in severe situations such as this. Should a helicopter not be available (which wouldn't really happen IRL) alternative measures have to be set in place to compensate for the lack there of. I.E high speed intersepting units, taking of tires and so on. Like I said prior, when planning a bank robbery, which is high risk, especially this bank in particular due to its location, you really have to plan. I've seen 15+ people in this bank in on given situation get away before so it's all about the planning.

Hello! So, I interacted with you initially in this situation. I understand your frustration with this situation. Being a criminal is very hard. 10x harder than legal characters. Robbing banks are the hardest part of the criminal side of RP so it stands to reason it would take lots of planning and so on. You stated you had backup plans and escape routes which is great. However you must have surmised to begin with the best course of action is to have a hostage because PD would take the life of the hostage seriously. You used this to your advantage. Moving forward you should have maybe considered that once the hostage was safe you had no leverage, which left you open to hostile actions since you'd been holding an innocent civilian under gun point deeming you all dangerous. In future it might be best for you to consider alternate ways for you to keep your leverage and allow your friends safe escape. I've found that as a criminal you need to think 5 steps ahead because departments like PD would probably have well versed and practiced protocols for all situations so you'd need to think outside the box and be super smart and sneaky. I would ask that you not view PD as power hungry, its not the case at all, I can speak on myself alone. However I share some frustrations of the same RP scenarios when it comes to bank robberies. As others have stated, this is an IC issue. It is Enforced on an IC level because the law created is IC. In terms of realism, prior to covid, there are very minimal reasons to be wearing a mask. Where I live you can only wear a mask for religious or medical reasons, and while you want to RP a medical reason, you've been told by administration your best viable option is to roleplay it instead. I have seen people roleplay a hijab using the cloth mask without a face part but it still covers identity. If there was a mask that looked like a medical grade mask I'm sure it wouldn't be such an issue, but there isn't. On a final note this post seems like more of an issue with policing which again is an IC issue. Laws are not created by cops in real life, they are created by the government and UPHELD by the police. Would you berate a janitor for the way he is payed to clean? Work with what you have available to you and move forward with IC means to improve or change laws.

I think it'd be great to have some kind of work function type RP to be available, like building stuff or mechanics. Ores are okay but not many spawn, so maybe there could be an area in which you could do a similar process to farming, but at a table that looks like a drug lab table without the chemicals in which there are 9-10 processes in which have timers where you can build objects to sell at the sell point to gain stamps and trade in for time served.

So i'm a huge advocate of the general populous of this server. ECRP is a gaming community that's main goal is to provide a fun environment to play on. I feel like charge stacking is an issue, i'm not accusing ANYONE but i have witnessed petty charging myself and i saw someone get jailed for 16 hours a week or so ago. 16 hours in a limited setting for RP is unfair, this game is for fun, not for sitting in a confined space with 0 RP. I think the arrest times should stay the same, so we can still add whatever charges, but jailtime should be capped at 2 hours OR The value of ores should be adjusted to allow some kind of resolution. I agree that if you do the crime, you should do the time, but anything over 2-3 hours is so excessive and unfair. Law enforcement needs to appreciate that without criminal RP we would have very little to do so it would be great to see this improved for the better of the whole community

Investigators seemed to stall the final stages of the investigation, sighting a lack of evidence. It was later revealed by a private investigator that some of the investigators were dirty and were given hefty retirement pay out to leave the division. The commissioner who dealt with these retirement funds transferred out of the state and the city was asked to forget the whole ordeal. Elizabeth and Josh would not forget.
