I agree that it doesn't make sense for ANY criminal to make an IA report, however, As others have stated, IRL, you'd be stalked, harassed, injured or murdered if you disrespected someone, but in ECRP, you respawn and it happens over and over. IA for me is the police, policing the police. If someone is not following internal IC rules, they should be held accountable and with script limitations and respawns and stuff, this is the best way to go about it to ensure the person/s do not behave in the same way again!

Again, we have internal regulations (About RP standards) that prevent this sort of behaviour

Whilst i understand your thought process on this, and completely understand where you are coming from, i agree with Jett's mention of being stuck in animations and bugs, this would cause more harm than good. I believe that tougher guidance internally on the usage of FL could improve quality. We currently have internal policies about RPly having guns in your car etc, this could be monitored more.

I agree, credit properties or vehicles, or vehicles that aren't obtained via IC transactions should not be allowed to be rented to make IC money.

It's not just about news though, it's about bringing the community together and opening avenues to get people involved together.

Weazel News Revamp ( For clarification, this is not my image, google is amazing.) Similar to the above picture, it would be great to have weazel news focused in a different way to stop limitation on advertising and refocus text chat. My thoughts were that we have a few options to us on how we could revamp weazel news. We could have an app, similar to the above image in which you can view latest new stories, or you can view the classified adds section that allows you to upload pictures and actually have advertisements itself. The second was to utilize the ECRP discord weazel news channel to allow faction members to post IMG files so that people could actually view images for advertisements. Lastly, we could look into a script in which weazel can generate flyers for you that you can post where ever you'd like (Similar to the furniture placing script but it only allows you to place the "Flyer" item specifically without limitations.) (Similar to this;) I'd really love to see the opportunity to weazel, a constant faction that has lots of opportunity for growth and involvement in the server to do much more than they currently do with more immersion!

Your ideas are really well thought out, the only suggestion I'd like to comment on is the ANPR system. It's a great concept, however, there must be a system in place for criminal players if this were to be added, and this should be added BEFORE the ANPR system, such as false plates that can be manufactured and purchased (Potentially by the DOC inmates). I feel it's unfair to add advantages to LEO's who are already benefited by resources criminals do not have access to. In regards to scouts being used, from experience, they are used because they are the best performance car with handling and off-road capabilities, they have an awful top speed however, i don't believe adding an ANPR system would change this.

I can completely understand that words, whilst mostly not intended to be offensive on an OOC level, can be. However, I feel limiting players further on what they can and can't say isn't the way to go about it. It should be noted however, it very clearly states in our rules "Players using offensive language excessively In-Character through text or VOIP must stop if a player asks for it Out-of-Character." - I think making players more aware of this section is important. I have personally asked someone to stop using certain phrases or languages in an interaction because i found it highly offensive, 99% of the time, they are understanding and stop.

+1 I think it's a great idea. I think there should be 1 moving car scrapping NPC. I feel it's difficult for criminals making their way up to get a piece of the action but also when there is an imbalance of power with gangs (Due to some disbanding/merging), it makes it impossible to be able to run a chop shop without it being found and stolen by gang members or the police.

Can confirm, He also was the number 1 for wage garnishments in PD. Maybe the FL menu should be restricted inside vehicles in that you can only access it from the trunk and perhaps the items that can be accessed maybe? To be clear, as it stands at the moment, weapons are limited based on rank internally and if they are outside of the standard loadout RP is required to collect it from the armoury. If you don't RPly have it, you should be going back to get it.
