+1 This needs to be done for all non-LSES factions.
-
+1 do so for the parking lot, too.
-
It’s NRP for crims (and everyone else) to abuse the booth by letting some through and others not, like gang v gang chase or pd v gang chase.
-
If you’re on a script job you get through for free.

Would generally just be nice with the rules regarding LifeInvader be published as was promised so we can use it better.

Update: As per 2323 UTC+1, I've been on duty for 3 hours 23 minutes actively, yet salary has only increased 2,1 hours.
-
Date and time (provide timezone): 08/01/2021 21:38 UTC +1 Character name: Thomas Pennyworth Issue/bug you are reporting: I went on PD duty at 2000 UTC +1 with 18 hours counted towards my salary. However, after more than 90 minutes, my salary has only gone up 0,9 hours instead of the expected 1,5. Expected behavior: Hourly salary should go up with the hourly interval. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Logs will be able to prove that I went on duty at 2000 UTC +1 and did not come off it, yet the hourly salary has not counted as expected. It might be happening, but only cause players are not thinking before talking in regards to their injuries. Like Osborn said with the last rule changes, not everything should or will be scripted, and this ought to be one of those things. The change with disallowing talking on the radio while injured was in response to a large fear rp issue where players would change their frequency despite being under clear rp, just to keep their legal/crim freq away from being compromised. In my opinion, a shit change, but one that was necessary cause players were in clear violations of the rules. Further forcing someone to basically not be able to talk at all if they've just been in an accident is going to kill even more people than it already has. What happens when you're just unfortunate and lag and get injured somewhere weird, and there's no medics on, LEO doesn't have time to get your call? You die. What if you're injured but they just can't find you and you can't yell you're stuck in that well with a broken leg? You die. I could go on and on with scenarios where this change would kill people more than is already happening. It should not be necessary to force people into a specific state to be realistic with their state of injury; if people can stay away from breaking big rules like Fear-RP and Deathmatching, they should be mature enough and smart enough to think, "Maybe I shouldn't talk loud since I got shot in the chest and bleeding to death". Honestly, if you're getting warnings and punishments for this kind of thing, I think it's more than fair to say it's earned.
-
I can’t blame you, I think that’s stupid too but it was a reaction to a large problem with fear rp. But further enforcing itfor no real reason other than people not being realistic doesn’t make sense.
-
I’ll give this a -1 simple cause forcing whispering or /low is not realistic for all injuries. If I break a rib or get shot in the chest sure, but ifs just a car crash with an arm or a leg, I can still yell at the top of my lungs, and have actually done so.
-
And your suggestion to fix this is?
-
I think the suggestion is sound, as I can easily be occupied for 10-20 minutes doing impound, paperwork, interviews and whatnot. But I think 60 minutes is a bit too much, think either 15 or 20, 30 tops, would be more fitting.

Trucks from the trucking yard will despair after a while of not being used as they’re returned to the yard. Not a bug but a feature, as the scripted vehicles are for the scripted jobs only, not oil or mining.

The Community's general involvement in crucial staff-related decisions.
Pegasus_ replied to CalvinKlein's topic in Archive
@FrankieP you have literally picked the two worst examples in the world, choose any European country to see it actually works. Staff are still players, just like us, able to give input, as well as faction leaders being involved in some decisions that heavily affect the server like seen earlier in the year. -
That has nothing to do with the argument you made before, it takes either equally as long for a LEO or longer to make as much as any employee at LSC, DCC or Weazel. Sure, the contents of what you can do are different, and I won’t lie when I’m saying PD offers a lot more than standing on a ledge or sitting in a car waiting for a request, but it is a lot easier and quicker to get to a higher pay level in the non-leo jobs than a mechanic or cab driver.
-
@Ultra3D There is no real difference in pay between the different legal faction jobs. In fact, it's a lot harder to get higher paychecks in jobs like PD/SD/DOC due to more in-depth promotion systems. I have now worked at PD for nearly 5 months, and worked at DCC for more than a year - it took me less than two months to have a higher paycheck than what I have not at PD after more than double that time.

We could also add “no fishing zones” for further risk/reward.

The samme issue exists for some other gunstores, but have not been able to document yet. Expected behavior: The red loading zone should be visible as with general stores and vehicle dealerships and more. I think they should move the fish drop off to Sandy, makes more sense to have it at the lake where there’s already old fishing shacks instead of the city.
