  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 188 Date of interaction reported: 03/17/20 Unix time stamp from HUD: 130 I 1584494515 Your characters name: Fregothy_Bleu Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? I approached ID 188 giving him demands at close range at full stop with his window down at which point he attempts to escape. He makes a U-turn and attempts to ram me 3x doing circles in and out of the shooting showing no value for his life finally landing the 4th ram attempt. ID 160 - NRP

Hello and thank you for taking the time to make this report. First off I would like to make it clear that my intention was not to bait the reporting party into stopping nor did I plan to use it to pause the RP to take advantage. I addressed chuck in /b originally because i recognized his voice and I was not sure if it was an alt or his main character so I said his name in /b to be safe. Unfortunately I do not have footage of this incidence as I didn't think that it would be brought to the forums. I am happy to answer any other questions asked by the RedHot or DrizzyDre regarding to the report. Thank you for your time while reading my response. -Freg P.S. I would also like to request that the staff members handling this report ask the reporting party as to why discord Push-To-Talk can be heard in the background of the recording.
  3. Hello and thank you for replying to the report against you. Here is a similar scenario that I have linked below with close to the exact same circumstances. Not only does the reporting party attempts to hold up 2 people the driver also has "cover" behind the driver side door and roof and still got given a punishment for FearRP by a Sr. Admin. You lost your chance to fire while not under FearRP once you had complied with my demands and stepped out of the vehicle as well as turning your back to me. I am happy to answer any other questions asked by the next staff member to take this report, until then this will be my last response to the reported party's comments. Sincerely, Freg
  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 135 Date of interaction reported: 01/17/20 Unix time stamp from HUD: 120 I 1579306707 Your characters name: Fregothy_Bleu Other player(s) involved: ID 51 Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. How did the player break the rule(s)? I approached ID 51 and ID 135 in the jester and issued demands to the driver of the car. The driver stepped out of the vehicle and began to comply with said demands. The passenger stepped out and instead of complying and showing reasonable fear for his life he decided to withdraw a gun and make a 180-turn and aim at me to which I responded by shooting him. 5. Once I had crashed and been put at gun point they were discussing reporting it in /b for me crashing into them at which point I said something along the lines of “I happened to be getting chased this way and went straight into you” If I remember correctly. As I don’t have my own footage, you could check the chat logs in the minutes surrounding the Unix time stamp in the reporting parties video to see what exactly was said by me. Please let me know if there are any more questions I can answer.
  6. Hello and thank you for taking the time to make this report. I was in an enemies car at the time and was being chased by the owners of the vehicle. What I didn’t know is another group of the enemies were coming directly towards me when I went over a little hill. Once I had realized that they were right there it was too late for me to attempt to swerve out of the way. Unfortunately when I attempted to capture the last 10 minutes of recording on shadow play my storage was full at the time and it did not save. If staff has any more questions for me I’d be happy to answer them.
  7. Hello and thank you for making the time to create this report. As my ally said, She acknowledged the demands obviously meaning she could hear them. While I understand that demands given at medium-high speeds are not valid due to her responding to the demands I issued I took it as valid. If what I did was not allowed then I fully understand but i shot her since it made sense to me that if she could reply to them then she obviously heard them rply. While I had my reasons for shooting, my driver saying "just fucking shoot her" was not why I shot and therefore I'm not sure why he is even involved in this report when I was the one who shot. Here is where I would usually post my POV but seeing as the reporting party already posted it from where I sent it to here in private PM's I have nothing more to add. With that being said I will reply if staff needs any additional information from me.

How did the player break the rule(s)? I approached ID 68 and ID 84 with an Ak in my hand stating my demands when the driver and passenger decided to ignore the Ak to their face showing now value for either of their lives and made a U-turn attempting their escape at which point I unloaded into them. ID 76 was driving through the road when ID 99 and ID 45 attempt to ram into him at lethal speeds. ID 76 had not gotten off his bike nor aimed at any of the enemies giving ID 99 and ID 45 no reason to attempt to run him over. After the first pass through ID 99 keeps driving through the shootout attempting to hit several other people despite already using his one attempt at the start. ID 45 shows no value for his life as he drives back and forth through the shootout swerving in and out of oncoming enemy fire. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/03wxz

Fear Roleplay (FRP) Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 1 and ID 286 came very close to ID 53 and I at which point we aimed Aks at close range and gave very clear demands. After issuing these demands ID 1 began to call on radio making a callout showing no value for his passenger or his own life. Both ID 1 and ID 286 had plenty of time to follow said demands but instead chose to not comply and call for backup on the radio. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/hq56c
