Just confirming I'm also having an issue. I have a few more Dildos to cover up, and this bug is making that difficult!!! - Places new items seems to work OK. - Items placed before today seem to have separate permissions, and I get the message saying I don't have permissions to remove furniture. Primates don't carry around ARs and Shotguns, while the rest of the apes have pistols. Analogies can be made to suit any situation in life, and they are usually not a good comparison. As for the boredom.....yes you are 100% correct. There is not enough to do for criminals. However, I don't think taking guns/drugs/store robberies and making them more complicated and adding perks and giving control over those things is the solution. Instead….they need to add MORE things to do. (improve on the current gang activity as well, that's fine). But the real problem is there isn't enough variety and depth in what criminals can do. Criminals aren't sitting at the bank because Zetas don't have a monopoly on guns. They are sitting at the bank because there are only a handful of criminal tasks available, and the presence of PD and SASD is too high to make doing half of them worth it. (example: I tried to chop a car, and it took 4 attempts because SASD would randomly just drive in there to arrest people. It took about an hour to finally get it done, for ~$4k)

Although I agree with the problem. And agree robberies and crime should be rewarded better (especially with the changes to the PD/SASD). I don't agree with your solution. Scripted commands and limitations interrupts and distracts from good RP. Rob someone, he has virtually no cash, then get a chance a few minutes later to rob a rich-ass white bitch (like me)….I want that encounter to happen. (if it's RPd properly). It would be a shame if that RP scenario had to be skipped, because of some arbitrary criminal script limitations. I think there are better ways to reduce chain-robbing, and increase the level of RP at the same time. While also raising rewards for criminals, when they perform RP and their crimes to a high standard. I think the PD presence and SASD is a step in the right direction. But now tweaks should be made to increase the reward for pulling off solid, smart, well RPd crime, in spite of the heavy PD presence.

Cop poster: You are a criminal and therefore it's your fault and you should get nothing. Criminal Poster: But here's a valid reason why we should allow this, in some very specific situations, and within reason. It could also just send an alert to the driver, and the driver RPs what happens? I mean we are saying this is a change needed cuz it effects RP right? Let DCC and the drivers figure out RPly how to handle it. But yah, the current script is dumb LOL.

Pre-Opening Cocktail Party We held an invite-only cocktail party ahead of our official Grand Opening this Saturday! It was a huge success, as many close friends of Jasmine Gray's and some high-powered business and organization leaders stopped by! Thanks to all that participated, particularly: DCC Weazel News The Rooks The Wanted And all the coaches and staff at the counseling center!! Guests start to arrive at the center!! A pleasant mix of friends and the cities elite. Gathering for drinks in the "chill zone" inside the center. Mingling with guest in the main lobby. A demo of a group session at the counseling center. Quite fun and interesting!

You realize this doesn't change anything? to use any of the profits, it will still be taxed at 35%. I am sorry, but I need to stop with this conversation. It is clear you are just trying to find any excuse or any information you can to hike up your pay. It has already been stated, the real problem is the Gov needs to supplement trucker income directly, or by adding routes that can be used to stabilize truckers income. Stick to fighting for that, and stop terrorizing business owners. My solution is to start trucking.

Stations can only hold 20k. Theres your proof. And Chuck already answered your question, on 20k fill, if they sell at $8, they make 160k, and get taxed 35%, so 55k, so 104k is the end income. Profit of 4k..... See the problem????

The government doesn't let them submit operating expenses and costs. That's the issue. They tax 35% of ALL income, they cant write off truckers fees and cost of gas. And marketing and other operating expenses are your concern. Like I said, they will just find other people to do their deliveries, and cut you out completely. In fact, I have plenty of time on my hands, maybe I'll just go down there when my friends need deliveries and do it for them?

I am not here to negotiate, I don't own a business. I am here as a friend of Stef, because I see the effect you guys are having on her, and I want it to stop (as well as a few other owners I know, Einar from Auto-Services is also an amazing person). And I can promise you, 100%, these two would not blow you off, unless you mistreat them first.

first your missing the biggest piece, the sell price. Stefanie Huth sells for $8? others $7......and of course some $15. This makes a HUGE difference in the profits. Stefanie, on 20k liters, makes $3 per liter, so 60k. That is taxed.....down to 40k ish. Then add on operating expenses etc. (keep in mind the ENITRE sale gets taxed, not only profits) Mind you, she made an investment of ~8 million or more.....for less than 30k profits a week?? plus all the hours lost managing it? Again, I think you are misunderstanding how these business work, and what they actually make. If you want to attack rich people, make sure they are actually screwing people over before attacking them publicly. I will also note, that Stefanie has a massive amount of wealth, and she makes it a point out buy and operate her businesses as a a way to give back to the community. In all honesty, she deserved free deliveries....in my opinion, she is the only hero I see in this whole situation.

Another confirmation, YES the owners have resorted to doing their own driving. I know, 100%, of 3 businesses that do this. Even using a friend to post at the truckers yard so the second an order is placed, they can take it and not let any "truckers union" employee get the order. You might want to adjust your strategy, and reach out to the owners instead of using scare tactics to force your way. They are smart business people who know this city well, they will win out if that is your only game plan. I used to be as angry as you about the "super-rich", until I took time to get to know a few, and most turned out to be some pretty amazing people!

Confirming the accuracy on her numbers. I can confirm, because I was going to buy a gas station, and tracked the numbers of liters used, and the prices, at every gas station in the state for about a month. (I have the excel sheets to prove it) Gas stations, ESPECIALLY paradise (her store as well) make far less than you all think. I you want to strike, get real numbers. It is possible. and make sure you are not putting people out of business. All you are doing is forcing the few GOOD HEARTED business owners to have to raise their prices and screw over the citizens of Los Santos in the process. This "truckers union" are not heroes, you are bullies. Go after the people actually gauging prices.

I feel like they will just buy the luxury items, and keep there 4Gs as well. And if they do, they will just sell them to other super rich people. I definitely feel you on the problem here, disagree on the solution. I think one thing they can do is auction those babies off when people are absent for a month. There are a ton of those houses owned by people who don't RP at all anymore. Same goes for the 1Gs-3Gs actually. The market goes up over time simply because people buy houses, then stop playing. Its a never ending bottomless pit where supply constantly deteriorates, but demand stays the same, or refreshes with new players, effectively raising demand over time. Auction off unused housing, give the proceeds to the owner.
