Hitting people by desync or lag is indeed a problem that we can't control, but for this situation which we shouted at you for around 15 Minutes that you hit people on the property, I would not accept blaming this on desync or Lag, since it's not a matter of seconds but several minutes of warnings and actions. Plus the fact that you indeed abused the "cough drop" troll which is something that I would personally take it OOCly since if you are doing it on purpose, you are doing it to purely avoid getting yelled at. The so called "cough drop" is a way to say to somebody to use the OOC command /VR

The fact that this person Runned over multiple people, including Mechanics, after multiple warnings and attempts to stop his actions, he kept coming back driving recklessly inside the Property, giving us every right to point a firearm at him to prevent any accidents and Injuries, like the other people said as well above.
