  1. +1 you don't need to be trained to drag someone around. If it was added, /drag and /dragapprove should be required similar to frisking.
  2. +1 I really like the idea of diversifying the clothing stores to "tiers & types of clothes" similar to how it is on GTAO, for the people complaining about "it being to complicated" all thays required is a list of what clothes go in each store. As for adding undershirts etc, and more clothes. Make a list for the developers on what needs implenented and they will likely be happier to do so.
  3. Simple suggestion here, There are a number of houses, properties and warehouses that do not have building range on their alloted ground. The building range for all of these should be increasesed vastly and a rule implemented that states "building is strictly limited to owned land." Preventing players from building in other owned areas e.g. across house gardens/shared garages. The building range should also be changed from a circular radius, to that of a large rectangle, accurately repressing more properties. Along with the range increases, I believe that a limit to the items placed outside per property could be increased up from its current extremely low limit. Over this will assist in all buildings and larger ones such as warehouses, large properties and mansions, whilst preventing a future request for the same issue. Islands have a crazy building range, meaning this is possible, so long as rules are added to managed it.
  4. Piecing it all together from the last couple replies: Each gun could have a stock cost e.g. An SMG could cost 8k to take out from /pw and will refund 8k when returbed to the /pw. 8k is significantly cheaper than the standard import price for criminals to acquire an SMG. Each guns ammo would also have a cost, e.g. $50 per smg bullet, (costs $65 for crim import) This would allow a cost to be managed per risk taken and ammo usage, ammo obviously being at greater disposal than a gun itself. From this it would cost the treasury: 8000 [smg] + 7500 [150 smg ammo] £15,500 for taking out an SMG. A lot less than the value of what a criminal carries, however still adds to the risk of the Faction taking a loss.
  5. Agreed, when an item is successfully returned it should refund the value of taking it out. Perhaps not fully refund it, so there is still a financial cost of taking out X weapon.
  6. +1 - there are a multitude of prooerties and houses that cannot build on their entire alloted area. However, I believe this should be under the game suggestions section.
  7. As people have mentioned rolling is used to resync guns and other aspects, as without doing so you shoot ghost bullets. Players can be hit whilst rolling, you just have to play ahead of the desync. You're also at a disadvantage rolling as you cannot shoot. Does not need removed, is balanced and serves a core sync purpose.
  8. I'd also agree, this could be a simple implementation to help this without adding funding etc. Solid idea.

    Criminal Events

This is the reason criminals have not received an update in over a year. Not everything needs to be all inclusive, certain aspects should have unique areas to each of them.
  10. I said there is never more than 60 people in total between the alliance of zetas and triads, nothing else. Alliances are much more than just shooting a common enemy, but most people seem to ignore this and the rp that goes on in the background.
  11. Backup can exist without an alliance, the phrase "the enemy of my enemy is my is my friend" exists for a reason. All criminals are sick and tired of the 40+ unit law enforcement response to every scene no matter the severity + the added backup of pinging all SWAT members in discord to log in for a single scene. This is why we band together.
  12. First off you're a clown. Second off, we have zero way to "spawn" in any weaponry as our only script option was removed. Thrid off, the only alliance to exist between "Official" criminal factions is Triads and Zetas that totals 100~ poeple as of which no more than 60 are even online at a joined time from both. Please do not make rash comments saying we spawn in millions and the weapons to go with it when you clearly have zero criminal experience. Most criminals live off welfare alone.
  13. No, what Osborn said is cops will not be made lootable. Which I fully agree with. However cops really need to face at least form form of loss when dying or engaging in unrealistic situations. Currently the funds used to pay their salaries and all items/vehicle are spawned in from thin air creating literally zer sense of loss. I'm not sure how I feel on individual officers having to pay a fee, however both the officer and the faction as a whole should face a certain loss. What I believe may be a good suggestion is a set weapon budget per month that cannot be adjusted, every time a weapon is taken out with /pw this would use X of the budget. Meaning standard pistols and tazer would still be supplied freely. This would assist in preventing running in and losing weapons such as carbines, smg's, shotguns etc. I also believe there should be a cost for deploying SWAT as the armour they use is of a much higher level than the standard vest. At the end of the day its all about realism and balance, the average criminal faces a monetary loss of around 20-30k per death, whereas Law Enforcement loses nothing. And to address the elephant in the room, PD is not over powered per say, however things have highly fallen out of balance as of late.

    Criminal Events

+1 this will help the current criminal content drought and give livelyness until we get some form of an update
  15. A bank teller would not press the panic alarm if in clear direct gunfire whilst the gunman watched.
  16. FearRP is simple. The rule is intended to enforce showing due care for your characters life in situations where you would IRL. The number of people who say "They would run at close gunpoint" are welcome to try as this eliminates the stupid from the smart. You would die, and it would take seconds. It is fairly simple to not be placed under FRP, perhaps take time to learn how to do so and then avoid placing your character in these situations in the future.
  17. Strong -1. The only thing this will bring is people targeting their enemies after every NLR cycle with the one goal of placing them in crippling debt. People will still die both accidentally and intentionally even if this was in place.

    New Drug Lab?

Portable labs are already in the works, no more need for any further addition of static labs as it will just be targeted the same as others.

    Import Changes

There is no point changing this script anymore as it has been disabled fully and declared an "IC issue" Criminals now have no way to acquire illegal weaponry, and can only acquire pistols via abusing legal gun stores. Even after making "ic attempts" to contact poeple involved in supplying, they were all ignored. Criminals have now lost yet another core piece of their rp and can do nothing about it. In now way is it realistic or immersive that the largest gangs in the server can't even acquire a pistol, let alone higher caliber guns.
  20. First of all, let's not remove the 1/2 only remaining script supported areas criminals have for little to no benefit. You make it out like all gangs so is grind drugs and make money, I can confirm for you that is not the case. Drug labs are in a terrible state and the money that comes from them isn't even worth the effort. To put it simple, in the current state of drugs there is almost zero reason to even buy them as a player, let alone attempt to sell them. For this to work, all of the drugs would have to be reworked, along with providing actual useful side-effects to the buyer. Once the drug effects have been reworked or improved to a viable state, then I can see the potential for player to player sales.
  21. This topic has been covered a million times, cops should not drop items as unfortunately this would make then an easy target to get easy loot. This has already been made apparent that law enforcement being lootable is not planned to be changed. As for law enforcement losing something or increasing incentive to not want to lose items, this is something that is needed for our balance terms alone. Currently law enforcement faces absolutely no "impactful" losses but finding a good balance for this will be hard to work out. There has been an entire thread based around this and I'd advise you take a look into that for the general opinions and input of others prior to delving into this one. As for cops being "invincible" this is definitely not the case, use your numbers and tactics to outplay a scenario, or perhaps if you cannot handle the heat, then you should retreat. I do agree on one area that responding with every single cop to every call is becoming an issue. Tldr cops shouldn't be lootable but should face some form of loss.
  22. I believe they mean a scripted non-inventory way to do so, I made a suggestion similar to this a while back.
  23. The issue was not resolved, you have to just not build over the limit.

    Los Santos Triads

弹药 After acquiring multiple businesses in Los Santos, and the Little Seoul area. The Triads recently looked into branching out into the international cargo business. Before branching out into the international cargo business, The Triads knew they would need to either find an existing companies warehouse or find an abandoned one themselves. The Triads then began to search for various different warehouses. The Triads wanted a place where they could transport cargo, while secretly conducting criminal activities. So they knew they would need to find a secluded warehouse far away from the actual docks. The Triads began searching through a database of old warehouses. Every abandoned warehouse they came across was either in the open, or so dysfunctional upon repair. Until they came across one warehouse owned by a Chinese businessman by the name of Zao Chang. Zao Chang was a successful businessman gone bankrupt. Mr. Chang owned a small company that housed a Warehouse down near El Rancho Blvd, while owning a broken down boat in Buccaneers Way in need of repairs. The leader of the Los Santos Triads, Bruce Wong met with the man about potentially taking over Mr. Chang's cargo business that had was on the verge of bankruptcy. Mr. Chang explained that he was not looking to sell his business, but was merely looking for a business partner to help him get the business back to its feet. After months had passed, the small company had gotten back on to its feet and the company was making money again. After a few months of the company making an exceptional profit, Mr. Chang asked Bruce to come down to the Warehouse. Mr. Chang had explained to Bruce, that he was terminally ill and the last thing on his bucket list was to get the company back on its feet. Bruce had accomplished that goal for Mr. Chang. Then Mr. Chang pulled out a few documents, presenting them to Bruce. Before Mr. Chang showed Bruce the documents, he asked Bruce to look after his two kids who would soon be coming to Los Santos in the coming months. Bruce then nodded, and exclaimed that he would be honored to look after his two sons. Mr. Chang then presented documents stating that upon his passing Bruce would receive a total of 90% of equity, while the remaining 10% went towards his two kids. Bruce then thanked Mr. Chang. Two months after the documents were signed, Mr. Chang had passed away and his two kids had successfully landed in Los Santos. Bruce had explained to Mr. Changs two kids that he was going to look after them in their father's absence. Fast forwarding the company was then renamed to “Chang Cargo” in honor of the late Zao Chang. Months down the line, the Triads had been successfully operating under the disguise of the public operating freight company. managing to contract in builders to secure the missing walls to their compound and introduce a fully gates parking lot. Business on both legal and criminal aspects was booming, with the interior design ongoing for the new headquarters and the warehouse fully furnished, it was time to rebuild the depleted stock. After multiple runs, the Triads had successfully imported both legal good and some contraband, storing each of these within the newly allocated warehouse. With the build up of Alcohol, Cigarettes, Televisions and other accessories, there was also the riskier aspect of the business. Using the already existing Dream-Market, the Triads had slowly built up their stock of illegal ammo and weaponry. Over time this stock got to a comfortable amount where it was not time to begin supplying these weapons to the streets. Alongside their only allie, Los Zetas the two groups worked together to reform and control the pricing set throughout the gun market. This operation would run successful until one day, certain individuals made mistakes resulting in closure to the entire market to anyone outwith the two allied organisations. After some time had passed it was now time to re-open the sales, a plan was created to steadily roll out the weapon supply to the public. WCA and NLA had earned the organisations respect, allowing them to receive all forms of weaponry, whereas the general public and other gangs had been granted access to Shotguns only. As more groups gained access to the Dream-Market the ammunition spread was slowly growing thin. The ammo supply currently being provided on the market was not satisfactory to the current demand. However, each group hammered on with the orders, attempting to gather what they can to supply both their internal demand and the demand from the streets. Sitting down one day to access the Dream-Market, the worst had occurred. The once fully populated import market was now offline, leaving nothing but a blank page prompting to log out of the market. Everyone was confused as to what had happened, the supply had been active for a number of years with almost no issues stocking the demand. No message was left to inform of the change, the site was now desolate and supplying the demand could no longer be met. It was now time to return back to the old supply chain, the Triads attempted to get in contact with their old supplier based in Shandong, China. The man who goes by the name of Pong Xing was successful in supplying the demand once before for the Triads, luckily for the organisation they had managed to re-open this supply line with the connect. Previously the Triads had to fly their goods out to a remote island off the coast in the East China Sea and then import then via a small freight ship to bypassing import customs. It was now time to begin loading supplies out from the warehouse and onto the trucks, in preparation of the upcoming business venture. Throughout the day multiple trips were made between the freight company headquarters and the company owned ship. Slowly the containers were populated with the contraband, and fully legal cars & parts to disguise the contraband. With latest business venture of the organisation, they now had a direct business line into the heart of China, and this would be used as the public face to move their weight back and forth from China to Los Santos. In exchange for the weaponry the Triads sent out containers full of their contraband that they had stored up in the warehouse, alongside a direct payment to Mr Xing, covering his risk taken for this operation. With the boat previously stocked up, it was now time to have it set sail straight towards China, hopefully making a direct pipeline between the Los Santos Triads and Pong Xing's arms business. With the creation of this pipeline, many further business opportunities arose, and the Triads began planning a way to import drugs directly to China and influence drug markets out with Los Santos. Now that the ship had left heading towards its destination, it was time to return to business as usual. Unfortunately as the Triads no longer had their connect for gun imports it was time to source these a different way to cover the short term gap. Heavy weapons just increased in value tenfold and the streets were about to be torn apart attempting to acquire these to satisfy the mere internal demand.

    Combat Logging

Plain and simple, Combat logging should be its own form of punishment and not a NRP. Similar to MG. Combat logging is one of the most gameplay destroying rule breaks and kills any form of active RP to a halt. E.g. You would get Combat Logging#1,2,3 - 3+ resulting in a permanent ban.
