I'd say all of these characters are new and aren't actually criminals in the case of they haven't been arrested. Cash from legal to a new character in my opinion is fine cause its a pain in the ass starting off. Its different when I'm transferring money from Chrisy_Fegan to Collie_Fegan just because I don't use my PD cash and Collie could use more. As someone who is trying for official, I don't really see the issue with more gangs being created. These are two gangs that had lore from 2018 and a good presence around the city around that time. Currently a lot of gangs are coming around as Jonathan has said above me but throughout my time on ECRP new gangs come and go like nothing normal. With staff helping setting them up it creates leadership to be there and the strong lore so basically the gang has a better chance of surviving. By doing so this also creates more roleplay, competition throughout gangs and more action which at the end of the day every criminal wants. As for your denial @Luxas I'm not sure how exactly faction management are picking officials at the moment but I'm sure its not just as simple as swapping from legal to illegal. Obviously different targets need to be hit for legal and illegal factions. It makes no sense that you're running a legal MC and then the next day you're a fully illegal MC and expect to have all the contacts and any relationships around the city. It makes zero roleplay sense from that perspective. Your argument back here is going to be "oh staff are doing the same thing" but this is trying out a new type of official which I'm sure staff have put a good bit of thinking into how this will work as well as the leaders of the Lost MC are the people who run faction management and Bakmeel had earned a spot in official for LFB back in 2018.

Hey, I've played criminal since August 2018 with over 140 days play time. I've played PD since Jan 2020 with around 25 days played. I want to give my opinion on your points. Lootable weapons - Horrible idea to say the least. People shoot cops over such little things already never mind having the ability to loot guns. Only a certain amount of weapons can be taken from lockers, and the budget actually has to be managed to accommodate the amount of weaponry. - I agree this should be implemented although this will take a lot of time and effort to do so to ensure its correct. More clear rules or clarifications for LEOs. ( As a crim, i can't ram a Ingot (4 door saloon) in a contender, but a cruiser can boot me off the road while im in a Kamacho? o.O ) - As for this you can ram a ingot with a contender so idk where you're getting this from. You also CAN'T ram a kamacho with a cruiser it makes no roleplay sense and if you see it you should IA/Forum report it. Rules and clarifications are the same as everyone has on the sever so if you think things need clarified then make a suggestion. Majority of things are clear enough. A limit to the amount of members a legal faction can have. Numbers difference right now is a bit much. - I agree with the limit. We have a lot of LEOs currently on both sides although all time-zones are not covered still with this amount. I think the issue is more of that we are capped to 40 members currently as criminals and not how much LEOs there are. Lower prison times, on no planet is it fun to be a full time criminal and spend 6+ hrs in prison at 1 given time. - A lot of people are probably going to disagree with this next statement but I feel that the jail times are somewhat ok. With them being this large it prevents me from wanting to do stupid shit especially against cops. I pick certain situations to do stuff and know how long to stay and when to leave. I feel a few charges could be adjusted but it just makes you regret doing stupid shit in the long run. There are nerfs needed I agree and the speed cap is a large issue also, a crown vic is the best performing car on the server and it ultimately should be. I'm not here to sit and make suggestions myself cause I'm not to bothered currently but just touching up on the points you've provided.

Great looking thread, be nice to see this stick around as typically car scene dies within the server every couple of months. Keep events coming, improve the event artwork (There is a ton of people on the server good at graphics could easily ask around) and I'd say this could go far.Hope you guys keep out of gang violence and keep to this. (Known to happen in 4Gs, haven't tested in others) Expected behavior: When being injured or items being dropped within a house they should stay in the same dimension of doing so. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: To replicate you would have two players within two different 4Gs. Player 1 should drop items on the floor and they should appear in Player 2's house. This is also the same for being injured. If player 1 gets injured within their 4G, player 2 is able to loot and /carrybody that player from the other dimension. Image 1: This image is from a house raid carried out with multiple SD/PD. Items we looted within the house were dropped on the floor. Image 2: This image is from @LeftSharkie within a different 4G in a different dimension. As you can see the same items on the floor from image 1 can be seen within the different 4G.

It’s always retro this retro that, almost every vehicle is affected by this. In fact I can overtake you in a crown vic with 2 people while you only have one and I done so the other night during a pursuit. it’s gta mechanics and even if it was capped people are still going to reach the top speeds faster than you anyways which doesn’t sort the issue whatsoever. If you don’t care about the IC part of it why are you still complaining ? How does this affect you oocly so much ?
