Faction has been closed due to mass meta-gaming as a group and deceiving staff after being warned for the same behavior. Majority of the group has been banned for failure to report mass metagaming.

Hello, Administrators meet regularly/biweekly to review rules and new scenarios that may arise as well as work to refine rules that are highlighted as issues. Administrators do have a punishment guideline therefore all punishments are uniform and within the same boundaries. In unique scenarios, a senior administrator may approve a punishment outside the guidelines but in general they are uniform and applied fairly. As for the wording of FearRP I feel that it is not-that-vague although it is left for admin discretion in a situation which means it wont be just black and white in every single situation. FearRP is as it is written in the rules that if you are at point blank range with a gun or another form of threat in which you could end their life at will if they did run, then you should not run. In the example provided, if you're already running and they're not within a distance where they would for sure hit you 100% and kill you (5-10 feet) then you're able to continue running and take the chance however if they have given demands which are being ignored at gunpoint, they could decide to take hostile action for you running. All in all, fearRP does not cause people much issue if they play by the general rule olf valuing your characters life and playing to extend it at all costs even if it puts you in a losing situation. Banned players get a message when they attempt to log-in as to the reason they are banned. They do not need access to the panel for any other reason, and we will not be opening the panel to banned players.

First of all, you registered here less than 3 months ago. Serthon has played here for 2 years. So you see there is quite a difference between your "completely clean records." Now, sorry you didn't get verbal guidance. Feel free to appeal. Did you admit wrong doing at the time of the report / investigation? Did you apologize? Did you offer to refund any losses on the spot after taking the time to look at it from others point of view? If you had and you still got punished i'd definitely like to see that in an appeal! Here are examples of "simple users" receiving verbal guidance and other players having the common decency to agree to verbal guidance for DM within just the time you've played here. If you'd like, we have 2 more years of examples. I'd also like to point out the third example is Serthon himself giving this same type of punishment to an average player. So in a sense, you're asking for him to be treated harsher than he treats you and other players.

Just wanted to point out speeding tickets do not prevent entry to a legal faction.
