BIG G GOODS "Transporting goods, helping the community" The transport company “BIG G GOODS” focuses on providing a more realistic role-play experience to ECRP. The faction structure is smaller but is inspired by the community and all the businesses/stores in the game. The Big G Goods transport company was founded in the early 2000s when the evolution of online shopping was established, with the support from many company’s such as Los Santos Customs, Bayview and most of the general stores and gas stations around town. This trucking company is one of the only ones in town with support for fuel and goods. Our objective as Los Santos biggest logistics company is to expand into our community, branch out to everyone and everyone, every business, and any business we here at big g goods want to help and support everyone that we can. We want to help deliver supplies to every business, whether its those starting up or those already up. We would deliver orders to places like LSC, Bayview, general stores, gas stations, restaurant, and even nightclubs. The message we want to deliver to everyone is that you can put your trust in us. The distribution center for our company is on Popular Street , East Los Santos Owner The Owner is responsible for all policy-level decisions, as well as making final decisions on promotions, demotions, and dismissals. The Owner is the last rank within the chain of command that should be reached only when nobody else is able to resolve the situation or issue. The Owner is responsible for enforcing policies and enforcing that High Command performs duties required of them. Lead Supervisor The Lead Supervisor is responsible for monitoring all managements performances and ensuring the efficient delegation of manager responsibilities among the several management. Particular attention should be paid to documentation and workplace standards, which must be upheld and their development. Management Management is required to enforce policy changes as well as current standing policies upon the mechanic ranks. Handling all employee reports in regards to policy breaks, policy changes, and other suggestions. In charge of enforcing policies upon all Mechanic ranks as well as pushing for higher quality work and professionalism. In charge of interviewing and training all new truckers at big g goods logistic company. Trucker They are expected to pass their knowledge and experience down to probationary trucker while honing their customer-relations skills before progressing further in their career. Responsible for showing the utmost professionalism as well as furthering their skills each and every day Probationary trucker The newest recruits with the most to learn. In this one week probation period, they will be supervised to see how they retain knowledge, engage with the public, and gauge their work ethic. They will be taught by our Supervisors and be exposed to all the different types of services we provide. After Training Session 2 is complete, they are eligible to be promoted along to trucker after a week probation period, and can work alone until that is processed at a Management Meeting.

Sad news, lately my best friend passed away in a horrible car accident occurring on the Senora Freeway, I was the godparent of his young child Louis, most of his close family relatives have passed or are too far away from him throughout his life to really know him. My great friend has left me in charge of his child and his property, I'm yet to take this to a lawyer to sort the legal stuff out, he was a playboy and had a lot of money from his parents who passed at the ages of 13 and 17, his property will need a lot of upkeep, he had many great parties and weddings and this house and I'm sure he said he wants me to carry on his legacy and dreams of being the best and friendliest partygoer out there. I just need to collect the keys from the insurance company, after his death his life insurance paid for the house in full but have done no more. It is on Americano Way ((No Number)) I would like to collect the keys as soon as possible so i can have the greatest garden party in honor of my dear brother!

We all know the struggle of finding and selling your home, well that shouldn't be a problem now! I think this should be implemented into ECRP as there is no easy way to sell and buy your homes, this would be a brilliant addition to Eclipse RP as it would make the RolePlay Experience more immersive and realistic. I'm currently working on a website for this but for now, I have made a discord for it. This would make everyone lives easier and all of the problems you're getting in refunds about housing would be sorted out by us. To keep this as in character as can be I think we will need an office somewhere in town and a system which allows people to come in and see me if, ECRP ever decide to take all off this into account people should be able to send a request to view at one off the houses, The system should work that the seller has to sign their houses to us and when we sell the house )and do all the hard work) we take a cut from that and it automatically transfers the rest ion to there bank account. I think there should be a safe, fast and reliable way you can get food in any situations that's why there should be a government faction. This would be realistic as many cities, towns and villages these days have a fast food chain that delivers food to you anytime and anyplace. This would be a great idea as there is nothing alike in Eclipse RP that delivers. If its set to a reasonable price I know people would choose our service I think $400 dollars per item like any shop and add additional money for how far away they are $30 per mile I think the headquarters for this should be here > It will be gated off for the privacy and safety of there cars I think this should be a Faction as many people will want to join this as this will help the community and keep good spirit all around Los Santos The slogan "Eat Fast, Not Healthy" The perfect vehicle for this would be the Panto > (Vehicle down below in blue line) ========================================================================================================

Why should I have a Government Faction? I should have a government Faction because I would like there to be a cheap, fast and reliable way for people to live I think people should be able to use a hotel in Los Santos as I think it would be great for people just starting (as its cheap and low maintenance). This would make the city more realistic because realistically a city this huge should have at least one hotel. I propose the building of the faction should be Eclipse Towers (Image-https://imgur.com/a/2YQgbRv where it is on map-https://imgur.com/a/R3zUs9s) I think this is a suitable place to have it as it's in the middle Los Santos (almost) is near the bank and other places like LSC. This would reduce many of the people living on the East side of Los Santos and stop people paying more than they should be. you would be able to rent it out for a mear $1000 dollars a week that's only $142 dollars (check edits for the new price) a day they would be able to execute parking cars and entering it like a normal house. It would automatically take $1000 dollars out of their bank account weekly they would be able to sign in or out just going to the main entrance (but they pay for the week on the day they sign up etc) they would have one parking spot and their apartment. For the apartment, I was thinking that we could use Franklin's house of story mode as the apartment Edits so far I think we should rais the price to about $250 as that's a realistic price You can buy an apartment for 100k The motto "Cheap prices, Luxury living"

Why should I have a Government Faction? I should have a government Faction because I would like there to be some competition between DCC and my company "Uber". This would make the city more realistic because realistically 1 taxi company to provide to a City as being as Los Santos isn't going to happen. I propose the building of the faction should be somewhere near the airport this would reduce waiting times for a taxi because they are spaced out, kind of like 'Bayview' & 'LSC'. You would be able to call a taxi by executing the command /uber. This would work like the current /taxi and On-Duty drivers will be notified and they can take the call.
