I think we just need an IC way to deal with scams

There's no rules against scamming, should the something you're allowed to do be in the rulebook? The reason we put that in said development update, is because at the time it was a hot topic, and it needed clarity. Illegal gambling is a crime, as per the penal code, and thus you can't do it in a No Crime Zone. If it is NOT in the rulebook, You CAN generally do it, you did not have to 'scour' the forums for anything. There's no rule saying you can't scam, so you can. If after all that thinking, you still got scammed because you thought it wasnt allowed, you should've been more careful and/or asked someone about it?

Red is how it currently works, blue how it's supposed to work. Currently, the total loan gets split based off of the interest rate, instead of interest alone. This makes it so too much is getting taxed, resulting in a loss of money. Expected behavior: The loan interest alone should be sent to salary, which will then be taxed. So in the example, 1000 dollars should go to the bank, and 400 to the salary. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Here a loan of 40%, instead of 400 dollars going to the salary, 560 go to salary, which then get taxed and reduced to 449.

Wrong, try it out for yourself first. Use of third party software to simulate a crosshair, or anything similar is against our rules and you'll be punished for it when we find out.

Ever since beans acquired their new business, lots of people have started ordering beans. In order to provide a better service, we pick up customers in a brand new limo, and drive them to the Bean Tower. Here, three customers buy some beans from the business.

Speed cameras are there to make sure people don't speed in NCZs, because going fast means you will load in slower, and possibly drive over people / cars which haven't been loaded in yet. This is more apparent on worse PCs. If a mask were to circumvent the speeding cameras, everyone would wear a mask, and speed regardless, thus defeating the purpose of the cameras all together. I doubt having PD review footage from cameras would ever be possible. In addition there would be so many bolo's and footage to be reviewed that you could arrest the whole city after a week. I have personally been flashed only twice, if you pay attention to the cameras and avoid the zones if you don't need to go there, there should be close to no issues in avoiding the cameras. I think there should be some tweaks on speed, maybe the way they ticket, but not in the ways you suggested.
