TEN SOLDIERS is a criminal group that was created in 2001 by two retired NAVY SEAL soldiers, they mostly try to stay hidden and away from people, they have mostly been seen right before they struck. The group mostly consists of retired soldiers but as well as with people with different backgrounds. Members have been seen in Los Santos as well as in Sandy Shores. The group does not have a known territory they stay in, they would rather change their meetup location multiple times throughout the day to avoid getting tailed, ambushed or caught. The hierarchy in the group consists of both standard NAVY SEAL ranks as well as nicknames that have stayed with the group throughout the years. Although this is a criminal group, they undergo training in communication and tactical thinking. They do not only specialize in serious crimes as their main goal is money and they are ready to do almost anything to get some income, even things like burglaries, kidnappings and torture, robberies and car theft. Have you ever seen someone get robbed at the hospital? Or at the DMV? Or in a bank where security is? Never heard of that.

So you think that robbing people at the PD, stealing cars from the PD parking lot which has cameras on it is a smart idea? Or starting a shootout at the MD? Or robbing people INSIDE the bank?

Way more, sometimes up to 10 times a day... I remember once a huge storm stopped, 1-2 minutes later, another starts...

Agree with NoewUH here. If you want people to stop robbing you at the pier, call the police. Because when I personally go there to see if something illegal is happening there, I get screamed at and told to mind my own business and people always tell me ''Don't you have other stuff to worry about instead of patrolling the pier?''. Overall do not agree with making the pier an NCZ because as NoewUH said, it's a perfect place for criminals to rob people. Ever

I own a 3 car garage, I do indeed experience the bug as well. AT LEAST 70% of the furniture is invisible, if you go inside, you can just see flower-pots flying, doors missing etc.

And there are so many situations with people not paying back that if everyone would make refund requests on every person, the refund section would be full with refund requests from owners of loan companies.

As far as I know, the refund requests take a really long time to process, that way, people do not let Ballin do other stuff than accept and give out refunds. A system would make everything easier for everyone. Agree.

Hello and thanks for taking a look at my suggestion! How my suggestion would help out the loan companies: 1) Loan companies would actually have a system to get money back from people that do not pay the loan back, as there is not much they can do right now and they are losing a huge amount of money now. 2) People would not just be able to take a loan and leave the server after. My suggestion would have the aim to improve the business for loan companies because right now it is really hard to get money back from people as they take loans and then stop playing on the server for a long while, and do not pay the loan back. I would suggest a system for loan companies to seize things from people that do not take loans back. This would also slightly increase the level of roleplay, as in real life, people would not be able to just disappear without giving the money back to the bank and the bank would actually be able to seize property. This kind of already works with houses, as the loan company can always buy the house and give the key to the person that took a loan, and when they pay the loan back, they would give the full ownership to the person, but as I have found out, about 90% of loans are for cars, and that's where my suggestion would help out. There should be a system for loan companies to either seize the property directly of the person if he is not answering to any attempts of people contacting him or add a system for loan companies to give permanent access to a person, and if the person doesn't pay the loan back, remove that access and sell that property. Huge -1 people will abuse this a lot by for example shooting officers in the head and instantly 1 tap them because ''He gave me a ticket, I have an IC reason''. Don't try to make this to a ''certain SAMP RP server'' where you probably took this from. To implement this, we got to increase the level of RP on the server, and that is really difficult without implementing a UCP system.

Or make it impossible to use bobby pins in NCZ, idk how easy or hard that is to script, but I think that would be muxh easier than adding gates to every single area.

I understand that, but I do not think the police are trained to run up 1v5 on criminals just because they have kevlar, they are trained to stay behind cover, I do not know what kind of lack of fear you are talking about.

Also in the video, you killed them easily, because they were outnumbered, if you just want to shoot cops/people for fun, there are DM server where you are free to do that.
