  1. Title explains it, it will add more realism to the script since not always 1 scene happens at the same time. The script should decide that with the amount of on duty construction workers. Then it will add more emersion of them asking each other who will go where and organizing the trip.

  3. So, lemme explain what is this topic about, this will be a brand new feature for criminals. It will bring a more in depth RP opportunity just bear with me. The whole system is basically cops wouldn't be able to /delcruiser with anything in the trunk, it should not work that way anymore. So whats the system? Ship the stuff to the capital, other cities in the United states will want to use the contraband found in the city of los santos for other purposes. For example supplying our beloved soldiers overseas. So how would this system work? Whenever you are confident that you have enough materials or illegals in your department you call escort using your federal laptop for a cargo heli that drops its line in a place you designate by standing in and your highest command would do a command /callcargodelivery. A ((white marker)) should appear and you should drop all illegals there and a timer should start ((8 minutes same as chopping cars)) there would be a random chance that criminals get notified when is law enforcement getting rid of their illegals and can come for a fight to get a very valuable loot OR nothing, as cops can literally call multiple locations up to 3 at the same time and can fake 2 and drop in 1 or divide the loot on 3, it brings A LOT of RP opportunities to thinking, planning and putting all sorts of effort to create a distraction for criminals and so. EDIT: Just a small refinement you should be able to dispose ANYTHING you capture using /delcruiser except for heavy guns. AKs/shotguns/micros and so. So this narrows the amount of times you have to dispose a day. Question: Criminals can just camp all drop off points for cops to dispose. > Well that would be extremely hard to scout 20+ locations 24/7 waiting for cops to dispose. Question: Cops can just leave the stuff on the ground so they despawn. Whats the point? > That would just be non-rp there should be cabinets secured in higher ups accessible only place. They should store all illegals there, once they feel like its enough then they dispose. Question: What will happen after the timer is over? The 8 minutes? > Everything thats dropped in the marker will disappear. If criminals failed to go and secure the drop by either killing everyone around or going in with multiple cars taking cover behind them and looting whatever they could and fleeing, then police can just chase them or whatsoever. Lastly I wanna point out, it doesnt make any sense for belongings that criminals spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to just be deleted from existence without the chance, the random chance of them getting them back. Its like OH I'm caught RIP money, hey felonies, hey fines. NOTHING they can do to get things back. This will bring a lot to the SWAT side of PD, SED side of SD and IB side of PD, Agent side of SD.   5. Hello and thank you for this bug report, However this is purely a sync bug. your car must have been on fire in other pedestrians eyes. Thats why when it exploded in their eyes it killed you. I have had my cars do that to me before. If a mod agrees this falls under Desync and I dont think any fix can come out server side. It should be a rage fix.
  6. This bug always happens if you swim into the ocean for a long time. Like probably 5-10 minutes. If someone could confirm please do!
  7. You're contradicting yourself right now. Scripts can definitely help in cases like crashes. A 5 mins cooldown on your car that you crashed while driving wont really hurt anyone. I mean when do you see people disconnecting when they're driving? They most certainly crash. Cops shouldnt get that cooldown. If it was a criminal running away cops should be bobby pin the car no problem. I mean cops wont take advantage of a crash any ways. so the will wait it out.

  9. ?? I am pretty certain you didnt read my suggestion. There is nothing said in it about adding things about combat loggers? I don't know how you read it but let me explain the suggestion again. You randomly crash in your car, a text appears over your car "Player recently crashed" which will make players unable to picklock the vehicle for 5 minutes or so then it will be picklockable if he fails to connect within the time limit. I don't see how does this affect combat logging in any way? You combat log you wait 15 minutes either with this feature or not with this feature. So I dont understand your point of view at all. And I do know the rules there was no need posting it.
  10. Combat logging or not, you wait them out till the cooldown is gone. If there was any former RP interaction he has 15 mins to log back in. If he doesnt thats a ticket to the report section. I don't see why isnt it manageable, perhaps explain how is it not?
  11. Having a text available over the car when you crash saying "The owner recently crashed" and adding a rule saying you shall not steal or picklock a car that has this message over it. Or even make it scriptly impossible, everytime you try to picklock the car it should output "cant picklock a car that its owner recently crashed, wait a little bit" this should help reduce incidents of people stealing cars from people that inevitably crash. I have edited the suggestion to another one as it turned out to be a feature that existed of cars autolocking after you crash as the driver.

  15. I get your point and realistically speaking you shouldnt be getting a ticket, but unfortunately this would be abused as hell. Imagine having a gang, everyone gives keys to all members and no one actually drives his own car. I give my car to james and I take his and the cycle continues. This means a loophole and some abuse in this feature and we dont want that. So its a big -1 from me.

    Doing /cpr and having a progress bar where you RP using /me and /do while the progress bar is active would 100% prevent people forcing their own death. +1 to this suggestion. Best having a scenario of running to someone RPing putting the BLS kit on the ground and doing /cpr before you start the RP. And during the progress bar you have to RP treating his wounds. If he RPs something untreatable that is his problem as per rules you can't force your own death.
  17. This suggestion should be carried out ICly. There are already RP scenarios where you RP going to the Medical Department and RP a medical condition that requires treatment using Marijuana. Noting that later on if you apply for legal jobs you would get medically checked and since you RP'd a medical condition you would answer in a /do your condition truthfully and it would be their choice to take you in given your health condition or not. This suggestion should not be posted OOCly, just go around ICly giving your opinion and making them sign that petition ICly. (just RP a petition) no links are allowed to be posted ICly I think.
  18. This is a forum suggestion that would help with implementation of suggestions more. With the current system there is about 1500+ topics in the suggestions that is just there without proper monitoring. People just put suggestions and tend to forget about them. These suggestions are then buried with all other suggestions, that ends up being re-suggested with almost the same features later on after it is forgotten about. I would like an actual system for suggestions that would be monitored by senior support staff+. Regularly locking and archiving topics that are downvoted and that are impossible to implement. So a couple of additions are needed. Basic subforums we need: Archive (already there) Topics for deletions (these will include archived suggestions that were denied and 6 months have passed on them "so people are able to re-suggest in the future") Private subforum for support staff+ only access Named: "Approved Suggestions Pending Developers Approval" that accepted and upvoted suggestions are approved and copied there so staff members can go more in depth in. Having a more precise and in-detail discussion regarding the suggestion. That suggestion should be locked with a reply from staff members "Suggestion approved and copied to staff private board of discussion - Pending implementation" Once it is approved by Nbdy or Osvaldon for developing the reply should be edited to " Approved implementation" and the topic becomes a pinned locked topic until it is implemented. How would this system work? So a person starts with checking the "Read before posting" topic which will state rules and guidance to follow while posting a suggestion. These rules and guidance will include the following rules: Your suggestion should not be an ongoing suggestion so please go to current suggestions and check whether your suggestion is there or not. Otherwise your suggestion will be instantly locked and moved to "Topics for Deletion Sub Forum" Your suggestion should not be an accepted suggestion so please go to current suggestions and check locked topics, make sure they are not pending development. Your suggestion should not be a suggestion that is currently approved by a developer and is being developed, check pinned locked topics in the suggestion board. Your suggestion should not be a denied suggestion that's been denied in the previous 6 months. Check suggestion archive sub board. When voting on a suggestion you should include a reason to why you're agreeing to the suggestion. Otherwise your vote is not going to get included. Suggestions with 80% positive votes and average of 20 votes will get approved. Suggestions that fail to reach the mentioned amount of votes within 10 days will be denied and archived for 6 months as community showed no interest in it. Voters should follow this form when voting. So what happens to denied suggestions? Suggestions that are denied are put in archive that will be regularly monitored by the support staff member(s) assigned monitoring over suggestions board. They will monitor the archives and every archived suggestion that has been archived for over 6 months will be moved to the "Topics for Deletion" board that is been mentioned before. So what happens to accepted suggestions? They will be copied to the staff private suggestion board by a senior support staff+, after they have had a majority of upvotes from the community where it will undergo further discussion between staff members only. Coming up with a conclusion whether it is worth developing or not and whether it is a good idea or not. The original topic in the suggestions board will be locked with a reply mentioned above "Suggestion approved and copied to staff private board of discussion - Pending implementation". Once it is approved by Nbdy or Osvaldon for developing the reply should be edited to " Approved implementation" and the topic becomes a pinned locked topic until it is implemented. So where should we start? As you all see, currently there is well over 60+ pages in the suggestion board with over 1500+ suggestions unattended. Since this is a new system with more seriousness to it. Last 55 pages of suggestions should be moved to topics for deletion board that will be made. And starting with the last 5 remaining pages as a startup for a whole new idea and way to work on suggestions. HOPEFULLY it turns more efficient and more attended as expected. How would we encourage people to participate in suggestions as voters? It should be a requirement to be able to join the support team or the staff team to participate in such community activities to help develop the community. This shows your dedication towards improving the community and its thrive to succeed.
  19. I mean who would know? How would you monitor this? It is already non-rp to use work vehicles to do crime. Making it so you are not allowed to use it for anything other than work. How exactly are you going to monitor this? +1 for concept, -1 for implementation.
  20. This should be in Rule suggestion but coping with what you're saying I agree to some extent. Perhaps a rule addition to Non-RP rules: "You are not allowed to play music through your microphone without significant RP" So people should do /me opens his phone and scrolls through his music list. /me hits play. /do Music would be transmitted through phone's speaker. Also it does not make any sense that you play music SO loud from a phone. So another rule that would limit such thing from happening should be: "Playing music through your phone on speaker should be in whisper mode (lctrl+z and set it to whispering on the bottom left) so people should not be bothered with it fully" You can RP being a DJ as mentioned in events and play music as loudly as you want as long as it is an event and everyone consents to it. Playing music in voip can never be a rule break unless there was no RP. Since with RP, there can be counter RP to make them stop transmitting. For example: /me forcefully takes his phone and shuts the music off. /do Would I be able to? Removing such thing would just increase RP limitations.
  21. I mean generally criticizing something is not gonna fix it. Put in what is boring and what is not right in this suggestion so a conclusion of best ideas could be concluded. Saying "this thing is boring asf" is neither gonna benefit me, nor you or the whole community. I would appreciate it if you would just state what exactly is boring in points and how you think it could be fixed.
  22. I highly support this idea. PLUS the one I made. Also not all drugs should have strong smell. Only drugs that are expensive should have a strong smell. Also the smell msg should not appear in chatbox text. It should appear on the bottom of your screen like the /ame so there can be a chance that a cop would not notice the smell. ALSO cops should be trained on such smells. RPly or IRL I would walk by a drug lab not knowing how it would smell as I don't do drugs. So in academies they should give them a sample plant or something and RP learning the smell. SO that would be a very strong RP approach to such addition.
  23. +1 to the idea but I do have one concern. The ONLY way PD/SD would know there is a drug lab is when they go afk? Or leave the cook on the stove and it starts burning? That is OP. Imagine gangs having drug labs at their hideouts, cooking 24/7 that would be hella profit. That would just increase inflation and would kill the server. I would love that we could think and come up with more means that law enforcement would be able to discover these labs through other means. For example, while cooking there is a chance that a cook might fail about 3% and it would create an explosion which will notify PD OOCly about it. You would have to quickly pack up and leave or leave your 20k cooking equipment there for PD to claim. "packing up your drug lab should have a progress bar with a timer about 3-5 minutes." Your gang should have KOS for PD that decides to arrive on scene and LEAVES HIS VEHICLE with one goal in mind is to raid and neutralize the lab and every member in it. Since an RP was initiated with the OOC call that happened with the explosion. "IRL if such incident happens I believe a gang would fight to death to atleast have one goal of escape" Criminals can surrender or leave their equipment and flee.
  24. I like how this topic turned from a suggestion to showcasing personal vendettas against gangs. I would like to see people actually discussing new features instead of telling us how much they hate crim RP. Do not hate on criminal RP cause you had a couple of poorly RP'd situations with other gangs. IF you do have poor RP with official gangs you can very much put in a report for Poor RP since their RP is expected to be top notch. It is not a petty thing anymore for official criminal factions. They have achieved official recognition for their outsanding RP. You can report them for poor rp. (that is my opinion) Any staff can +1/-1 me on that if they want.
  25. You got Rooks, Zetas, WCA, Wanted, Misfits, NLA, Triads, Fogcity and you only have PD+SD... What do you mean? You top PD at almost all time in the city. It is a problem that criminals ONLY RP staying at their hood, hideouts and literally doing nothing but talk and joke about.
