I don't quite understand where the fuss about "not trusting IA" is coming from. Internal Affairs Reports are taken very seriously, as mention probably ten times before. All cases are handled impartially, conclusions go through IA Command, everything is checked over etc. Yes, the response times are not as fast as you'd think, but our response times have sped up recently, it might not be significantly, but we are trying our best. There are times when an investigation can take maybe less than a few days, and there are occasions where an investigation can take over a week. This all varies with each report. In conclusion, I find it hypocritical that there are people that complain about officers being unfair and with a Play-to-Win attitude, but they choose not to report it because they don't "trust IA". If you wish for something to happen, then a good start would be reporting it.

No, it is not. It has been worked on both within PD and Server Staff for months. If you feel that the previous system was good, where a felon with 20x previous Murder charges could just walk into PD and buy a license with no issues, then your view on this seems to be flawed. This new system was designed this way - previous convicted felons will not be able to purchase a firearm. There are generally more misdemeanours than felony charges on our penal code (you can view it here.) You can be jailed for so many misdemeanours, but you will still have the opportunity to purchase a new license which in my opinion, seems fairly good for those who don't wish to abide the law.

Licenses aren’t given if they have a previous felony charge. People with past misdemeanours will have a chance to get it. I don’t see an issue, to be fair.

"you have the right to a government appointed attorney present during legal questioning" I'll explain what this means: You are being arrested. It is then decided that an investigator will be questioning you, if that happens, an administrator will roleplay as an attorney (given the fact there are no actual lawyers on the server, governmental attorneys). That is what that means, you don't get to order a lawyer when being arrested if you aren't being questioned. Overall, I am unsure about this suggestion. As we are based off of Los Angeles PD, there are a lot of similarities internally. Something the LAPD has, is in fact, a public handbook.
