Its a 4g and a 3g. The 4g alone is worth 5mil and the 3g 1.5mil. Due to the fact they're together probably 6mil minimum

Welp nvm then, Houses should not be worth that much money. It makes no since how it would take physical days of work to make that kind of money.

It should be worth, you are looking to get a house of very rich people so yeah and being so rich ain't easy and as you said you need to work hard for a long time to get that much

if you are spending 6mil on a house you have old money. Would take forever with he current economy to get to that point just to waste it all on once purchase.

Not true at all. PD, MD, flipping assets, running businesses etc can easily make large amounts of money in a reasonable amount of time.

businesses have huge start up costs (look at paleto general store auction, 14m?) and the way they operate should probably be fixed (as basically cash printers....should be something to stimulate competition between them and make it possible to lose money with them as well). Cheapest 'scriptly' businesses go for 5M +. (Unless you are referring to non script supported businesses)

PD/MD = what? 7k/hour post taxes average let's say, so that's 800 hrs of being a PD/MD to get 5.5Mill.

Flipping = meh, much much better than the other options but still very risky and somewhat volatile due to the relatively low pop of the server. Very time consuming / difficult to flip stuff in a reasonable amount of time that isn't 'meta'
