I play as crim and also cop. I see funny dynamic between those two groups. Like for crims it’s easier to get large chucks of money what I support heavily but still think cops are able to earn more just by being on duty. Although Leo’s are dependent on crims comming uo with creative rp like bank robberies with hostages etc. Which r fun for both sides until Leo’s decide to shoot through the hostage inside the bank an arrest everyone. Well what does this directly cause. Bank robberies on bikes where Leo’s arrive after everyone is gone and no ro interaction happens what makes bank robberies a grind for crims and boring for Leo’s. I am personally heavy supporter of lightening alt rp requests and rules so we could get more creative with our rp ideas in fields which are not scripted supported. Also I believe there needs to be hostage rule implemented which would make others fear for their friends life and Leo’s fear for life of hostage.

I actually suggested the aspect of "fearing for your friends life" but it wasnt well supported. Though fearing for the life of hostage is like the most realistic thing that happens in real life and if cops shoot through the doors and windows in hopes of taking out the robbers then that is truly unrealistic

Thats another huge issue altogether, players should be able to take anyone hostage as long as they have a valid reason to do so. If I need a hostage for a bank, I should be able to find one anywhere and kidnap them for the bank.

 

Same goes for deathmatching. I have seen so many different directions when it comes to enforcing the deathmatching rule. Some staff will claim one thing and others will claim different.

If you hold someone up, they refuse to listen - it only makes sense for you to be able to shoot them. Why can someone robbing me NOT shoot me if I do not listen to their demands.

I talk shit to the stupid alcoholics in my hood and they wouldnt shoot me, maybe hit me.
Same reason serial killer DM is not allowed because shooting someone for talking shit is so incredibly stupid it is borderline unrealistic. And if it does happen, it is probably because there was previous beef.
And there is no previous beef with someone if you got NLR`d it doesnt exist. So any new beef is NEW beef. No reason to shoot someone for a couple of words.

+1 This is definitely something that requires more work to be done though, to better make it fair and balanced but I think it's 100% worth the consideration and lay out the ground work, I can surely say, Public Labs = Red Zone, Poor to negligible RP standards are carried out, Besides if gangs can put their tables freely in their territories it will give them more reason to stay within their turf bounds and not just actively roll public labs while spending bare minimum time at their home turf, Maybe this new system could be introduced in a way that official factions HAVE to place the tables within their turfs, And add limits to the tables they can put or maybe cost to it, Solos can RP with the gangs to cook at their turfs by giving them a cut or an accepted upfront cash in exchange for using the tables, Giving gang members a better use for their turf.
