Kevlar Fixes

[Rage.]

1. Bring back the text for the durability/AP amount. The bar is cool and all but the text was better.
2. Fix the name of kevlar. It looks like clothes when in your inventory/equipped/taken off.

I enjoyed how the old kevlar was, as I could see the exact amount left in it, as theres also 200APS, it makes it confusing to know fully how much AP you have (as a crim).
