I 100% agree, it is entirely to easy to take tires at the moment and overall just to easy to shoot from a vehicle. The forced perspective would make it much more realistic and more importantly FUN. You will be less likely to have all 4 of your tires immediately shotout when being pursued by LEO or a rival gang.
