Osvaldon Posted October 24, 2018 Report Posted October 24, 2018 It's planned to add more new houses, perhaps on the 25th October. There will be a separate announcement on our Discord server. I'd like to introduce a new pricing system, that will be put into place to combat abusers, who purchase large numbers of newly added property. It's basically like an auction system, but for the duration of this "auction" the price will be going down rather than up... Newly added houses will have their normal price multiplied by 10, which will continuously decrease over time until the price reaches it's base value (normal price multiplied by 1). This process takes 5 days for each individual house. What are the benefits? Instead of having fixed prices, players will decide the value of each house. It will be difficult for one person to purchase multiple houses and resell them for a higher price. While this system is more advantageous to rich players, this advantage comes with a higher price (literally). 15
MrSilky Posted October 24, 2018 Report Posted October 24, 2018 This is great! Will be interesting to see what people value certain houses. 1
binkmybonk Posted October 24, 2018 Report Posted October 24, 2018 Cool! Could we have a small hint as to what kind of houses are gonna be purchasable now? Not locations, just pictures of the model of the houses that will be added. Just so we know where to look and such.
JayGamble Posted October 24, 2018 Report Posted October 24, 2018 Great idea, excited to see it unfold!

Seishin Posted October 25, 2018 Report Posted October 25, 2018 Great idea, I've seen some markers, looking good. In case anyone is wondering I've seen them from near the beach to the mountain, north of the city, so...pretty spread out.
