It's pretty eh going through the entire process of releasing a vehicle only to find out that the person you've gone through the process with doesn't actually have the money to have the vehicle released from impound. It'd also help answer the "how much is this going to cost me" questions we often get and cannot answer prior to having the money deducted from their account (or not).
