Just for clarification, raids aren't the rise or nothing. As far as I am aware, those warrants have been there for very long and they were all executed together, which can explain why banned players are getting raided. Getting raided is a major setback in an asset-driven server, but I don't think that PD should just turn a blind eye to people walking in their houses with AKs. FM should be providing official gangs with storages and warehouses to stash their weapons rather than houses that are registered to them. But then it you get that raided then it's you a issue. So you should probably bring it up with FM.

Idea is great, but the server is very grindy and as seen above people care more about assets than roleplay. That's mainly due to the fact that the server is very unbalanced between grinding and interaction, the latter is nowhere to be seen while the first is the only thing that people care about. Which they have every right to since the economy is very hard

I already did that and it doesn't work, its a server issue because on all servers the game works just fine, with or without mods.

-1 And I'm not against the idea of less fuel of in those bikes, but nerfing anything that players depend on alot and that they paid millions for is just unfair. It's not really an improvement even for LEO because where's the fun in someone evading for a couple of minutes and then running out of fuel? Situations are meant to last long, that's RP and that's what makes the game more enjoyable. I'd much rather chase the same bike for a good hour than spend most of my time waiting for someone going 81 to pull them over. The idea of trying to end every situation as fast as possible is what harms the community more than everything, it makes interactions overall boring for both sides.

A lot of useful stuff has been said here. But we all know this ain't changing, mainly because the people that can change it aren't interested. And I'm saying this as a retired crim, people don't shoot you for following protocol. I've had this X person and we were fighting for as long as I can remember, and as all crim wars go, there was a lot of reporting and ooc toxicity involved. Suddenly and overnight this person is back in uniform and now suppressing my gang that wasn't even made when he was round. Like yeah no shit I'm gonna think he's targeting me (Hypothetically) But yeah man let's just ignore that that's happening and tell you you're mad because things didn't go your way and it's just IC!

-1 Changing a radio freq to a certain bind doesn't take more than a finger and a click. I get your point about the missclicks, for those, a command can be created to go back to last bind. But a 3-5 seconds timer would impact criminals negatively because sometimes you have to change freqs in a tight situation.
