Character name: Kento Panchino Issue/bug you are reporting: If you place charges on someone while they have already been /prison'ed, it adds the time, but instead in seconds. Example: Someone is in jail and they get illegal firearms charge placed on them. Instead of getting another 60 minutes, they get 60 seconds. Shown here: https://imgur.com/a/eSHiBmN. Also, after the time is served, the charge is still on the persons record. Expected behavior: When placing charges on someone already in prison, they should get the extra time and have no outstanding warrants. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: 1. Get placed in prison. 2. Get an extra charge placed on you while in jail. 3. Observe the extra time given 4. Finish your sentence. 5. The story continues... "We did it." Allen woke up at parking lot to the sounds of lots of chatter over the radio. Allen quickly asks “Yo guys, what is happening?” Dimitri quickly responds with, “We did it.” Allen was thinking about what this could mean. Quickly, it came to his mind that we finally got access to imports. Allen drove down to HQ and met up with the rest of the mob. Dimitri and the rest of high command made sure everyone got into a straight line before discussing the events. “We did it bratans. All of us has been through blood sweat and tears to get this, and I am proud of every one of you.” Everyone at that moment began clapping in excitement as of what was to come, and what they have achieved. "It's just business" After celebrating for a bit, everyone got back in line. “We need to get to work. High command and I have decided what we need to do and figured we need to do it now. Everyone get armed, we are headed to butchers.” Allen knew that we were taking LNF’s turfs, and he knew they were not going to be happy about it. The whole crew searched and chopped all the cars in Los Santos they could find. It was not fun work, and it was most definitely long work. Then suddenly, LNF approached the Russians. LNF explained to them about how we could not take their turfs. Dimitri then said “We know what we are doing here. We get that you are not happy about us taking this but every turf we need to take would be stepping on someone's toes.” LNF was not happy about this. The Russian Mob had to rob them so they would not be able to shoot the Russians in retaliation. Finally, we let them go and stood at butchers proud, knowing that they have made their first steps in the bigger crime world.

Allen had a troubled past in his old city. Due to certain circumstances, he left his town and moved to Los Santos. After a while, he joined DOC. Allen made many friends at DOC, but most importantly some enemies. Allen saw what some people would do to inmates, what PD would do to citizens, and he couldn’t bear to be there anymore, so he left. Allen rejoined DCC, only for some more trouble to arise. Allen’s old boss and the current boss got into a fight which caused Allen to discharge his firearm. He got suspended and his career got ruined. Allen was thinking for a bit, and just decided fuck it. He took some of his DCC enemies hostage before PD came in and shot Allen. With nowhere to go anymore, he sat down and looked through his contacts. He remembers Dimitri Mandojev, who he had difficulties with in the past, but they shared one thing. A hatred towards any worker for the government. He called Dimitri, asking to meet up somewhere. Dimitri and Allen met at their HQ with other Russian Mob members. He told them “I know we don’t have the best relationship, but I understand your way of thinking and your loyalty to your family members, and I want to be a part of that.” Dimitri thought for a bit, before finally allowing Allen to join the Russian Mob. But, the story does not end here.

Hello there! First of all, I would like to state the length of prison sentences. When trying to do some fun crim RP such as taking someone hostage, you can get sentenced to prison for a ridiculous amount of time. I know all the cops in the replies are gonna say "wElL d0 tHE criMe pAy thE tImE" but that's not what I'm looking for. While I understand what you are talking about, there is no justification for going to prison for 6 hours. Throughout the time while your in prison, you are expected to RP with DOC guards (as I was ex-DOC employee). But from my knowledge, there isnt always someone to RP with/tons of RP actions. When we are all in jail we most likely go grab some stuff to eat, watch youtube, and do other sorts of things. It is frustrating having to alt tab back to check the AFK timer. AFK timer in prison is pretty dumb in my opinion because not everyone has time/patience to sit on eclipse and wait out the long prison sentences. While I'm not saying to completely remove the timer, but at least make it longer, as it would benefit everyone. Thank you guys for your time, NotButters

ANOTHER proof of NON-RP by cops just happened in Lifted's stream, there is an active hostage situation and cops just bust in there with no value of the hostage's lives.
