The hourly rate will only go beyond 8k with a considerably larger setup. That would again be unfair to newer crims.

A great answer would be - to enable players to be able to refill water bottles until the sources are further refined into drinkable and non drinkable water. It is better than having to spend more money on a new water bottle every time players are dying of thirst init?

I agree that human meat was a good source of income to the crims. But even though it has some unreal aspects, we could try and get it closer to realism by an in-game timer that would render the meat rotten within some minutes. Thus, the harvested meat/organs would have to be sold within a certain span of time before it would become useless.

Wooohooo! Excited to see how this story unfolds

+1. This could be an interesting avenue to create more rp when it comes to creating newer kinds of ops like cartels. Until now, it has all been gangs taking control of labs and growing or chasing down people who take plants from labs. Thats all well and good. But maybe an opportunity to not have to interact with gangs directly would also be a viable option. Realistically there are underground ops where weed is grown independently indoors in a LIMITED amount. That could be facilitated by making it possible to install a small plot indoors which could be limited to 1 or 2 in number so people dont start a plantation. Make the rate of growth slower indoors. These are minute changes and would be relatively slower than labs, but also allows for more rp opportunities as well as crim organisation ideas

Remove "You don't have the keys to this vehicle" from PD vehicles

If we are talking about individual credibility with the dealers here then I think there should not be any alerts to the gang after a certain point. Realistically the relationship would not make any sense if the player is grinding away to build his cred and then the dealer just snitches on him or her every time a shipment of an item is ordered.

I would like to suggest a solution for this. I agree that the number of people going to jail everyday is a lot and there needs to be constant activity from the DOJ to handle the cases. However, there can be an IC way like a section on the government site for the DOJ where the cases are posted and the judge and jury and involved parties can submit their cases with their respective lawyers and after the evidence has been reviewed, the RP part can be done in game after players set a date. This allows the Justice Department and other players to be involved in the situation like a normal report scenario. Also, giving an independent DOJ section would allow interesting opportunities for people to make strong cases. And even if the alleged parties refuse to show up for the hearings after setting the date, then the player could be put on the wanted list. I believe this can be done with some player coordination and the RP would be great! It is to be noted that the DOJ would have to hire enough staff to review the cases and assign judges that work in the same time zones as the alleged party.

This is just a small suggestion which I think would just improve the overall realism of being able to use the glovebox more efficiently. Many a times I have noticed that while giving a ride to players, they would, for some reason, check the glovebox of the car. Now consider how unrealistic it would be for anyone to just randomly open the glovebox and take a peek while hitching a ride, this small thing leads to NRP when a player takes out something without rping or asking about it. I would like to suggest an option for the players to be able to lock the glovebox with a command like '/lockbox' or '/glovebox' to simply make the glovebox inventory inaccessible to anyone other than the person who owns the car. Retyping that same command would be able to unlock the glovebox and retrieve things from it. This is just a very tiny detail I feel that would really make rping with vehicles just a tad bit more interesting.

+1. This could also be helpful at times when there are no EMS players during the slow hours

+1 I usually come online during the slow hours with barely even 130 people online. It is true that there is absolutely no roleplay experience as its almost empty everywhere and it would be great to have some scripted places where roleplay would be possible

This is a very tiny detail that I have noticed that has been used many times by players to rob players in many occasions. There is a prompt that appears over the player's head when he or she takes out an item from a bag, briefcase, car trunk or even the glove box. As per my suggestion, maybe the prompt should not be visible when an item is retrieved from the glove box into the player's inventory because more often than not, a person would be doing that out of other people's direct line of sight and it would be more realistic if the people outside the car would not know when a player inside a vehicle is accessing the glove box to retrieve items from it.

+1. I agree to the fact that from a crime rp point of view there is a lot of risk and absolutely nothing to take away from that. I mean even if the player do evade for a reason, whatever it may be, in the end you have a person sitting in jail doing absolutely nothing for 5 hours of real life. It's a game! And yeah the last point where you say there are people with day jobs that barely get some time to chill. The system does not allow them to have any 'fun' because of this heavy jailtime. But guessing from the -1 reply, there is a serious lack of empathy going on in the server.

Allow /low to be used when calling emergency services.

+1 to this. This can give way to so many interesting rp scenarios and also, so convenient to use -
I know that there is already a considerable amount of debate regarding players starting businesses that would directly or indirectly compete with major factions like the LSEMS and DCC. I would like to start a discussion here regarding the latter, that is the DCC and possiblity of factions that could function in a similar manner as the DCC. To give the reader some context, I have ICly attempted to start a cab company of my own and there are certain things that a cab service would require at the bare minimum. For example, a fare meter. Or even a treasury system where the funds would be collected when the fares are collected. I tried executing the idea of running the above said business without these things and I must confess it is extremely complicated and it tends to slow down RP. Also the lack of a common means of communication with customers causes a massive mess. I am not here to complain. Rather I am here to suggest that these changes be made possible and available to players so that there can be a new angle to businesses that players could use to expand the RP possibilities when it comes to business and introduce that element of fair competition. Please do participate in the discussion. This is my first open thread regarding something like this, thus my apologies if I made any error in my words or format.

1. Trucking Jobs / 2. Rent fee for renting a truck
Bodhi replied to John Kovach's topic in Game Suggestions
I have a suggestion about the fuel pricing. We may not know how much the owners actually have to pay for ordering the fuel but we know that the cheapest station sells for 7 bucks and most is 10 bucks per liter respectively. So we could have a rational system where the truckers would get 0.1 dollar per liter(I once saw an order of 200,000 liters for 1,500 that is like 0.0075 bucks per liter). So for instance, if there is an order for 100,000 liters, then the payout would be 10,000. This makes sure that the relative prices would be fixed and the payouts would be higher for larger amounts. There is one more point to consider. When it comes to fuel orders, I would also like to suggest that there be a maximum cap on how much fuel can be ordered in one delivery. If we for instance, have a max deliverable order of 100k fuel, then that would result in more number of orders with broken down and equal pay. Thus allowing higher number of players to access jobs as there would be like 4 orders if a cap of 50,000 liters is assigned for a total delivery of 200,000 liters.
