First, you've got to take into consideration that we're limited to our backup. This means that we can only call on backup from anyone within our own organization or from another group if we're doing a scenario together; if we aren't, then we can only do it ourselves. At peak times, this limits us to about 10–15 people. When we reach peak times, there will be 50+ cops online, with most having 100-200 AP, and we'd simply stand no chance whatsoever. For every 100 AP we use, we have to pay 40.000 dollars solely for the armor. You mention that you've seen criminals have a special carbine with silencers and 100 AP. Yes, you probably have, but these guys have spent an insane amount of money solely on this one loadout. They're risking so much money by running with this, so I don't see how that's anything to compare to. I'd only say it's fair that you balance it out and fight with equal force. This loadout would take hours of grinding to achieve. When you talk about weapons, man, I won't even start on what you guys have. PD currently has the strongest guns out of anything on the server. I'm currently seeing PD use Bullpup MK2s, Carbine MK2s, Marksman Rifles, and Special Carbines; these are all standard loadouts, so it's surprising to me that you can say crims have better guns. We have to put in multiple hours of grinding to get one gun as good as what you guys have. Another small thing I'd like to add is how insanely desyncy the PD armor is. I have multiple POVs where cops have been shot point blank with a shotgun and only a couple of the pellets have registered, or the shots haven't registered at all.

Today I had a video shown to me of rooks fighting PD. Officer Coral is being executed in this video. This video made me realize how over-the-top and unfair police body armor is. I am unaware of how much AP is exactly used here, but no matter what, this is simply unfair. I get that PD is meant to be a force to be reckoned with and is meant to have some sort of advantage, but in my opinion, their ability to call backup from every department is already a huge advantage in itself. I still believe PD should be limited to a maximum of 100 AP. This means that a criminal who spends $40.000 on armor has a 1 to 1 chance of beating ONE cop. This is only fair, as there'd be multiple cops at the scene either way. Here's the video: The time stamp is 11:52, and there are 3+ pump shots to the head + 2 people shooting her in the head with Pistol .50's.

I think you’re understanding rule of 6 wrong. What rule of 6 means is that you can only bring 6 people to criminal scenarios such as banks, stores, drug labs or so on. This makes every fight 6 on 6 no matter the size of the gang or whatever. For the PD side it would be the same, so they can only bring 6 cops in response to crime, but if the criminals start shooting at the police, then police can bring everyone who’s on duty.

I do wish you the best of luck. ShenzhenK

Humongous +1, but I think you meant remove shadows.

Aight lemme try to explain it so that it actually does make some form of sense, cause seems like you dont really know what being a criminal can feel like & I assume you're fairly new here. Basically there is a difference between playing a game and having it be fully real life. When we go around and do criminal stuff, then we do it cause we find it enjoyable & fun! If PD sees this then we can get so long in prison solely for having fun, this is why this addition would be so great. Currently in DOC there aint anything to do so this would be a great solution. This means we can go make some coffee, play a different game & basically take a break until our time is up. It wont add to more crime cause the time still has to be done. It'll solely just add a new and easier way to get the "game" & "fun" feeling implemented more. Hopefully this makes sense, cause in the end all we wanna do is have a fun time & DOC simply just feels like an OOC punishment where we're forced to stand afk for having fun in a video game !

Gang Politics The gangs within the city of Los Santos were ruthless. This was going to be a challenge with Shenzhen being primarily focused on business. The chance of this lasting was probably not going to stay, but the aim was to become neutral with everyone and get good relations with as many gangs as possible, so that business could be handled in peace. After the first meetings were complete, things were looking good. We had permission to do our thing in peace without any conflict from any of the other organizations. This was a big opening for the organization. This is going to help us get off to a good start and so far it has been going well. Economy is looking bright. The things that had been discussed so far were things such as Drugs, Properties, and Weapons. We were looking for a price that suits what we do and an organization that we can work with when it comes to weaponry. So far we've had good offers when it comes to drugs and guns, but have yet to accept anything. We wanted to make sure that we had met every organization before anything was concluded. The Shenzhen's are yet to stand strong with a great roster and are soon to be ready for any form of conflict. All members are suited to a good stash of weapons as well as a source of income. If issues were to occur they'd first be handled verbally, and if that does not work, then we'll deal with it the old traditional way. Shenzhen Dragons

Recruitment Waking up with a feeling of safety is easy to do for most Shenzhen’s but when it came to new members wanting to put their life into the family it was a bit different. They had a test to go through and if they were to pass the trial they’d be able to be put as prospects, but if they were to fail they, then they would no longer be alive. The point of the recruitment phase is fairly simple. It’s to see if the members who are recruited would be willing to take a bullet for any member within the family at any time. This was the main goal of the recruitment phase along with a ton of questions that had to be properly answered. Being recruited wasn’t necessarily easy since there were a ton of questions. Yet the questions were so simple, but hard to properly answer. The last part of the test was the hardest out of any of them. It was to truly test if they’d be willing to give their life for the Shenzhen’s. The way this was done was by taking the members blindfolded to a mountain where they’d then be pushed off. If the person was to yet be alive or able to recover from their injuries, they’d be able to prospect for the Shenzhen's. If they were to fail it would’ve all been lost. Now the job of the Prospects was to prove themselves that they’re worthy and that they can wear the Shenzhen mask with pride and work themselves around the city in a proper manner. This would take time, but if work was done hard enough and trust was proven, then it could definitely be achieved. Shenzhen Dragons
