I don't really think there's much that can be done, I don't think its the servers fault or anyone in particular, like @alexalex303said there's a reason it peaked in 2020-2022, GTA was a great way to spend times with friends and meet new people when we were all locked away. In my opinion, the server seems to have a stable enough population, sure, more can be better but everytime I'm on the server now it's enjoyable and there's enough people around to buzz off, albeit, I only log on a couple times every few months. I personally don't have time like I used to, I am working/ in education full time and I can't play 8 hours a day like I used to, I feel like gaming in general has slowed down a lot since COVID, and it is what it is. Mass Unban would be cool, but let's be real I doubt it'd solve the issue lmao, people will come back and only a small amount will stick around, it's probably not worth it but who am I to say

wtf am I reading honestly, and why does every thread look the same It's not debatable, cops are stupidly OP, idc what faction you play it is what it is, you and I both know it. Striving for utter realism is what hurts the server more than benefits it Dont understand the stigma around shooting PD either, it's a game, who gives lmao.. Also people in certain factions getting mad about getting shot... are you serious? Lowering gun prices won't turn the server into a full blown pvp fest lol, it will never happen anymore with the rules in place Like what exactly?

I'll be honest, these threads are useless, and as much as I agree with some of the things the crims have said also with some of the things LEO said, I don't think there will ever be a fine balance to please both sides at this point. One of the biggest problems is the prison times, like I've said on previous posts. I also do see heavily where an LEO who doesn't like you OOCLY for whatever reason will go out of their reason to make your life hell on the server Been a crim on ecrp for nearly 3 years now, fix the jail times ty x

I don't think anyone will be unsatisfied or dissapointed to where GTA V as a platform can go lol, we have seen numerous times where it can go, it's not even a question what it can do at this point, I'm not sure what you mean by this. It's a game brother

I heavily agree with what @SaltyPython says here @Osvaldon I'm not a developer but surely there is a way something like this can be circumvented and make it safer for you guys to work with others, implement and work on stuff? The server is absolutely great and has so much potential but right now it's incredibly stale and it does feel like the server pop is going down which sucks. Right now there is no social hub on the server, this isn't exactly anyone in particular's fault but what happened to Pier? The old population at bank? there was always at least 30+ people at said locations at any given time, even dead hours. Not to even mention Tequilala, you can go in there and be lucky to find a single person doing poker. As far as content creation goes, (this is really important imo for bring new people to the server) NO content creator wants to spend 4 hours in DOC on a livestream, it's simply not worth it for them. People like Shamel used to get arrested, and although he would serve the sentence, it slowly got old and he just stopped playing I cannot imagine how hard it is/was for 2 of you to work on a server with as much people in the past. But I feel like as an outsider into the team something needs to change and change quickly because as of now it feels quite stagnant. I think if things like development was addressed a bit more like you did in the thread earlier, instead of being silent would be a lot more appreciated from everyone, at least to give us some stuff to look forward to. When you look at other servers, it seems like most have a team of developers that constantly work on the server to a certain extent, to bring new features, etc, and I feel like with everyones help we can easily compete to that I hope none of this came off as rude, but I simply just wanted to provide my input as best as I could

+1 I think it’s time this drastically changes as it has been suggested for years and no decent action has been taken DOC officers do a good job of RPING to the best of their abilities but the environment in which DOC is in it is simply just a painful place to be for longer than 2 hours I have been in DOC over 100+ times and it just feels like a way to heavy of a punishment sometimes. @IAmTurtle I PERSONALLY don’t think DOC is dead, nobody is in the mood to RP after being in a cell for 3 hours, with little to no incentive inside the place to warrant good rp in my honest opinion a 2 hour cap should be put in place
