  1. You say people are encouraged to get medical training, yes that is true. But what about felons? Criminals? Again not considering the criminal team. @Marca
  2. +1 I have a scammer who keeps sending me deals I need to block xD.
  3. Currently, there is no headshot feature in EclipseRP. No matter where you shoot on a person's body it deals the same amount of damage depending on how far you are from said player. So, for example, I have a shotgun I should be able to down somebody in one hit if I manage to land a headshot. For example, I'm shooting from a further distance with a Desert Eagle .50 it takes a good amount of shots to down them but with headshots, I should be able to down them within 3 shots using the Desert Eagle. Cops also have body armor that covers only their chest no helmet, meaning that if we shoot a cop in the head, it should deal more damage making it more realistic, unless said cop is in swat gear and has a helmet protecting him.
  4. Neutral And here are my reasons: -If OFFICIAL Illegal Factions were able to park there vehicles, then it would only take away so much RP, say for example, Rooks and Vory decide to push said gang's HQ with the intent of stealing their cars, that would not be possible as the vehicles would be parked, meaning that said gang could store things in their vehicles and just park them to avoid loosing them. For example they store a machine pistol in their car and just parks it. Just takes away so much possible RP in my opinion -Takes away RP from LEO's people could park vehicles at the bank removing the need for parking tickets, which would then make it impossible to issue illegal parking tickets for officers, as everyone would just park their vehicles until they're ready to go. -Most of the Legal Factions listed either have a functioning gate or are within the bounds of an NCZ. Either way it was a good suggestion, keep the awesome suggestions coming!
  5. BIG -1 If anything vehicles such as this would have more fuel, as they're built for racing and drag racing.
  6. +1 Was just about to suggest this, other day I waited so long for a mechanic, and I had to run from up north to LSC to get a mechanic.
  7. Nice! Maybe said medics could be hired by gangs to roleplay as there "illegal medics"
  8. @Dizo welcome! You seem like a pretty nice guy, hopefully our paths cross ICly!
  9. I agree! when I was newer and I was sent to DOC for the first time,, I was attacked for no reason and beaten until I died, I was told that "it's fine it's prison RP".
  10. Really good idea, but I think this would end up being abused and eventually removed.
  11. You see some say its DOC that needs changing when it's not necessarily the case when I worked at DOC I couldn't wait for somebody to try and make a escape or get held hostage. Whenever I entered the cat walk i'd just get yelled at with insults and my RP would be ignored by most inmates, maybe it's both sides that need changes.
  12. -1
  13. How can I contact you @Luxas interested in joining for sure
  14. +1 You can tell that this really is a problem. This is putting both Criminals and Leos at a disadvantage. Something needs to be do be done ASAP.
  15. At the current state RP drops to 0 in FearRP, can't do /me attempts to knock his weapon out his hand. If you do this you immediately get blasted in OOC chat.
  16. I'm kinda torn on this one, I play both criminal and legal. But mostly criminal and whenever I get sent to prison, I really am upset, not because I will be stuck behind walls, but there is nothing to do and 50% of the people that enter usually have no concept of roleplay and just chase you around swinging punches and then saying "it's prison RP". In IRL prison you dont see people running around punching anyone they see. However at the same time if all people did was AFK then prison would be boring for DOC guards, or cops, where we occasionally have the hostage situation. I would like to see more and strict rules governing prison RP. +1
  17. Basically anyone who replied with a -1 they're saying that said user should perfectly understand the concept of RP within a 6 months period. I'm sure everyone reading this has made the same mistake within a 6 month period, whether it be small or huge. Messing up is easy, and it's scary. Knowing that you can be perma banned by shooting someone who you thought had shot at you or in an active shoot out and you mess up within the heat of the moment can lead to you being banned. I personally have maintained a clean admin record since November however I had joined the server with about a year's worth of RP knowledge of this wasn't the case I'm pretty sure things would have been different.
  18. Welcome! Most things can be learning ICly. However the OOC things you must have a decent understanding of is the rules and how they work and the context of RP.
  19. If these vehicles are limited then even the warrener should be limited as well as the PD cruiser. As this affects every car.
  20. I don't, you are just failing to put yourself in a criminal's position, who've spent months saving up 1-10 million Dollars for these cars, after all this non-stop grinding, you just wanna nerf it because PD can't catch them? If speed limiters are put on these vehicles, then speed limiters should be put on every single vehicle.
  21. I can also confirm that, I heard one occasion where somebody was chased by an SD driver in his own vehicle, no sirens etc, He had thought he was being chased to be robbed, when he was finally cought, he was given felony evading.
  22. I'd be happy if it wasnt capped at all
  23. No, the in game comet matches it's IRL speed and performance. I personally don't believe you should be complaining when you have a crown vic accelerating a fast as a sports car. Not an OOC issue if it is how GTA works. It's literally not a bug in my opinion. Its how GTA was built. Altering it would only be limiting the car's performance as compared to the realistic and actual Porsche performance, while PD is driving a 224 HP car going 220 KM/H upwards through out the city, overtaking a high powered sports car.
