I think we’re saying the same thing. Owning a weapon is in fact a right. period. Being committed of certain crimes removes that right. We in LS all agree on certain rules to live by. We break em and pay the consequence. I'm emphasizing the lawfulness of law enforcement to use seeing a weapon on a person as the sole reason to detain, run license, search, question the lawful citizen. We in LS should be able to travel and enjoy life without being harassed by the local gov.

Need a ECRP bill of rights. Cops drive around harassing citizens, intimidating them, running names and iDs with out probable cause of a crime being committed. Thinking someone is a criminal isn’t enough PC to search them. Seeing them with a weapon is also not enough reason to stop and search someone unless that person is already known to the PD and is know to be prohibited from carrying a weapon. Owning a weapon is a lawful activity that cops should be allowed to stomp on citizens freedom. Cops ride by the bank, run IDs, then make up some nonsense to justify arresting someone they had no reason to suspect of a crime. Cops pull people over and stomp their authority all over lawful citizens. need something written in stone so everyone is on the same page.

The price of repairing or getting the car from Mors is irrelevant to wether someone should be able to own one or not. Everyone’s RP story dosent have to include being a poor broke nobody who just got into town with nothing more than a dream. Having a fast car and being new to town isn’t completely far from reality.

Why is seeing this off putting? The person contributed to the server. Why is that problem to you? Do they not deserve it? What’s the difference between a new player and not a new player? Some XP? Some time? What measurable attribute would you suggest be used to determine if someone should be allowed to make a credit purchase? I don’t understand how something like this would be a problem. It’s not to much to maintain a Sultan RS.

Certain departments of LEOs use dirt bikes depending on their need. New York City? Nah. Cops in Vegas? Why not? There is a lot of desert around. Makes sense. And there are departments that do it in the real world. It could even be extra vehicles used as needed or called for over the radio. Or standard use by Blaine County Sheriffs. It wouldn’t be as you describe Brainded.

I suppose all of them. I didn’t know there were distinctions. In game I have VIP. Unless there is something different for donators too. no discord or forum designation.

Having apps for the phone that add to RP. A storage cloud app. Press a button and get some IC flavor text about logging into your cloud account, waiting to establish secure connections, etc. not even anything scripted, but could be. This could add to RP. Phone lock. Pin required before getting access into phone. Im having trouble thinking of other app ideas my over all point is apps could be used to add some flavor text IC for RP purposes that could be implemented with or without scripts similar to how dos and mes work. Sell the apps to players in game. Make using multiple apps drain the battery faster. Need to get new apps with new phone.

Law Enforcement should be required to have probable cause before looking folks up and what not. Using the IDs by law enforcement is meta gaming. IC wise, you could complain about violating your right I suppose. Not sure how that would turn out. IC lawyers? Can the player base solve their own problem here? I’m not sure is this is even possible.

There are rules already governing bad RP or Non RP. It is not reasonable to expect staff to dig through data ( there has to be a plethora of logs and data to dig through to find one specific incident) to find some idiot. People just need to report players for bad RP and non RP and handle through a process that already exists

Like I asked Kyle earlier (and he hasn’t responded), and now that you have mentioned it (“there should be accountability”) how would you make people accountable? How would these non racist RP rules be enforced? I dont think you realistcly enforce this evenly across the board. If you’re mature and can handle it, then RP it. If you get some player who is relentlessly repeating the N word with a hard R, isn’t there already a means to report that person for NRP or Bad RP? Record it report it appropriately. IMO we don’t need more Admin intervention when there are means to resolve issue already.

How would you enforce the new rule? It’s one thing to say there is a new rule. It’s another thing to enforce the rule in a fair and equitable manner.

This is to much. I don’t see how this could be enforced fairly. Start demanding videos of of people’s skin tone to see if they’re allowed to say a certain word? Going to be reports every time someone says something someone else might be offended by? No more gangs allowed to form based on one racial group? All black gangs ok, but all white gangs not? Jesus please no, it’s already a soup sandwich. There is a lot of forum lawyering going on anyway. We don’t need this extra level of bureaucracy.
